Davids Bridal located in San Jose, CA on Stevens Creek Blvd. the staff was great - our sales person was very patient for dealing with a bunch of undecided bridesmaids - and finally got great dresses and great prices to boot -- thanks to them I also found a sash to match my wedding dress in the color I needed-thanks Davids Bridal!

They were somewhat helpful. They need more people to help customers.

Normally, I would suggest that David's Bridal is a good place to go to to get great wedding dresses for a good price, but there is also a price to pay for it as well. I got to try on many dresses, I knew exactly what I wanted, but when I ordered my dress, they ordered me a size too small. I didn't find this out until a month before the wedding and it was too late to re-order another dress. I had to go on a very strict diet. I fortunately fit into it, but my dress shouldn't have been small in the first place.

I had a few problems with my initial visit, but once I was paired with a more experienced worker, she found me the perfect dress. The dress came in perfectly and my alterations appointment was great, and the dress came out PERFECT!

They seemed to be understaffed, but helpful.

I got my dress on sale for $250. It was exactly what I wanted and fit beautifully. I figure, why pay a thousand dollars for something you will wear once? We got all the wedding party outfits there too. It was really convenient to coordinate everything.

I was not very happy with Davids Bridal. So glad I didn't buy my wedding dress from them! When my Bridesmaids & I went in to find their dresses we got no help. The only reason I went with Davids Bridal was because they had the color of dresses I wanted & the price was reasonable. I would never suggest anyone buy their wedding dress from them...

I bought my dress the first day I went shopping. It was a beautiful dress. The salesperson spent all her time with me and gave me personalized service.

I just went in to try on different dress cuts, but we found the perfect dress there for 1/8 what I was planning to spend to have a dress made! So of course we bought it. The service was wonderful (we lucked out getting a GREAT, down-to-earth sales assistant). I ended up wanting to return some jewelry we bought there and we had to do an exchange rather than get money back, which was unfortunate. I am concerned about the sweat shop nature of the origin of these dresses, too. But honestly, who has $1,000 to spend on a having simple dress handmade (or making your own) when you can get a gorgeous dress here for $200?

Davids bridal was great for our bridesmaids dresses. The price was very fair and the staff was very professional. They even got our dresses in a few weeks early!

David's Bridal is a great place if you don't need to be babied/ pampered. I had to buy a dress that was too small because they didn't have my size in the store (and wouldn't order it for me?). That caused a lot of anxiety but they were about to alter it to fit. The dress was dingy when I bought it but they cleaned it and it looked great on the day. The dress was around 800 but the alterations were almost 300.

This is an ok place to buy a reasonably budget wedding gown. My biggest gripe with them is that I specifically asked them to not give out any of my information and immediately after I purchased my gown with them, I started getting a ton of wedding junk mail. My dress was my first wedding purchase and I didn't register ANYWHERE else. They were far more helpful in picking out my dress than when I picked up my dress. Apparently they were surprised I wanted to try on the one I'd ordered to make sure the ordered one fit properly and was as long as they said it would be. Can't say it was definitely worth the money, but the dress was pretty and it was convenient.

David's Bridal was great to me...even altered my dress to make it my own!! No complaints..

Eh, not bad. If you are there at the right time and get the right person, some of the salespeople are very nice, friendly and helpful. Others... not so much. The dress was gorgeous, value priced and arrived on time. Same with the bridesmaid's dresses, though they were of lesser quality. The problem was, they really screwed up the shoes. We had them dyed black and they looked horrible. There was dye slopped on the bottoms of the soles and on the tops there were spots that were smudged and didn't get dyed. They looked awful. When I called to see about returning them, I got some hassle. Of course I know that dyeable shoes are not returnable.... HOWEVER if I am returning them because you did a piss-poor job on them, that is different than "I don't like the style" or "they don't fit" or "they don't exactly match". They suggested I bring them back, so they could "wipe them off" or some other ridiculous excuse that was not worth driving back there for if I wasn't getting my money back, so I just donated them to goodwill and bought them different shoes. What a waste of money.

I bought the most beautiful dress for only $600 here! Unfortunately if they do not have the dress you want to try on in stock in your size you have to purchase it and they will call you when it is in or you have to go to one of the stores that has it. I purchased it and it turned out to be a perfect fit. The girls were soooo sweet. They really help you.
