The best advice I can give to all future brides who intend on using David Bridal's in Jackson is make your appointment on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday only. The weekends are extremely chaotic!! The staff was professional (most of the staff..not all). Jackie in the alterations department was an absolute joy to work with!!

I loved the dresses and shoes for the wedding party and the variety was great. The problem is that with all my bridesmaids being in different states David's Bridal could not ever find me in their computer except in my local store. Also, myself and several bridesmaids encountered an issue with appointment times and pick ups. Not only did David's Bridal not call when items were in, but also when we would schedule appointments and bring out appointment cards they would argue that we were there at the wrong time even though the appointment card clearly stated we were on time for the correct day. I love the items, but customer service is more than lacking.

When i first walked in to Davids Bridal they all seemed nice and were willing to help. I bought my dress from them and was very excited. About six months before my wedding I had my dresses fitted at Davids Bridal. An hour later I called to make a change and I was purposely hung up on. I had decided that I did not want a bussle since my dress was so short. The next morning I called again. I was put on the phone to alterations and she told me that they had already bussled the dress. I was shocked that they did it so fast. I called again to speak with another lady. I asked her this question "Would you bussle a dress before you hemmed it"? She replied No you would need to hem the dress first. I then told her that I just spoke with alterations and they said that they bussled my dress first. She then started to say well i do not work in alterations so I would not know. But a few seconds before she told me my dress needed to be hemmed first before the bussle. As I caught her in a lie she quickly hung up on me. I could not believe it. When my mother went down there that day they were not apologietic for the salespersons rude behavior. ONCE they make their sale it went all down hill. When my dress was ready a month later i went to try it on. The dressed had criss cross straps that you clip in. They were only supposed to take the straps in. I get there and the straps were criss crossed sewed into my dress. I told alterations that this would not work.(how was i sopposed to get it on) they helped me get it on but the dress would not come off. They had to cut me out of the dress. I had never experienced anything like that in my life. Even the David's Bridal is conveniant I would not recommend it to anyone. Especially the alterations department

I love David's bridal. They pay close personal attention to you, and make you feel like a princess. I was hesitant to shop there for my second wedding, because I was afraid people would look down at me for wanting a wedding dress. They made me feel so comfortable and reminded me that this was a fresh start in life! They had great options for a second wedding also. I ended up with an ivory dress that was strapless and came to just below my knees! It was beautiful!

I enjoyed my trip to David's Bridal and was very pleased. The only I would ask is that you guys would review your gown prices and try to price them on an average newlywed based income.

Davids Bridal made the attire process soooo easy, and they worked with me when one of my bridesmaids needed to return a dress due to a car accident she was in! The dresses were reasonable, but alterations are ridiculously expensive!
