I wasn't really sure what kind of wedding dress I would like to wera, but they were helpful in inquiring all of the styles and helped me pick out the perfect gown.

Basically you get what you pay for. My experience wasn't great, I felt rushed but then this isn't a fancy Boutique. I was able to find my dress and left with it. I did not trust them to alter it. Do not go here is you want professional assistance and pampering. Go here if you want an inexpensive dress.

Any and All problems that I ran into while planning my wedding came from David's bridal and their affiliated Men's Warehouse. First, they ordered my junior bridesmaids dress in the wrong color. I didn't know this until they came in two weeks before the wedding. Then they tried to make me pay various amounts for rushing the RIGHT dresses and altering them to fit my junior bridesmaids. I don't really have the time to go into all of my complaints but I chose them mostly due to their fairly large selection at prices that seemed affordable compared to anywhere else I had looked. But since their alteration prices are ridiculous, I ended paying just as much as I would have anywhere else.

David's Bridal was amazing. We got all our dresses (1 wedding dress, 1 MOB dress, 7 bridesmaids, 3 junior bridesmaids, 1 flower girl, 3 special occasion) there and they helped us through the whole process. They were so amazing during two very large emergencies - a last minute alteration on my dress and a bridesmaid dress that broke the day of the wedding. I have and will continue to recommend David's Bridal to all people!

I got my wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses from David's Bridal. My gown was gorgeous and I loved the bridesmaid dresses. We also got the flower girl dresses from there and my mother got her dress from there. The only positive thing about this experience was the fact that the dresses were pretty. However, there are a ton of dress shops that sell pretty dresses. If you have ever read a negative review about David's Bridal, BELIEVE IT!!!! The service is the absolute worse. They overbook their appointments, they messed up the dying of the shoes (although it was a DB color), orders were in, but they never communicated with us that the orders were in, and the list of negative things just goes on. Take the time to explore other shops and save yourself a huge headache in the end.

Brenda was absolutely amazing and I trusted her opinion and everything she had said! I would definitely recommend this location and her in particular. She helped so much and you could tell she wanted nothing more than to make you happy! I was so happy when my day came!

Loved my dress but my fitter would say she was getting something for me, walk away, stay gone for a while, then come back with nothing. She told me the dress I puchased did not have a jacket. When I found out it did they did let me return the original dress and pruchase the one with the jacket. The ladies in alterations were really nice. Again I loved my dress!!!!!!!! Service...not so much.

David's bridal was great! I got my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from there. They offered many deals for our wedding. Overall, very impressed!

There are so many mixed reviews on David's Bridal. I think it is all in the salesperson who helps (or does not help) you. Fortunately, for me, I got one of the most honest, reliable and helpful sales ladies' available. She truly made my experience at David's great! I originally decided that I would probably never end up purchasing my wedding gown from David's. However, I ended up trying on some absoultely beautiful gowns there, with, of course, the help of my friendly sales lady.
After picking out my gown, it was time for alterations. I, by the way, have had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with the alterations department in the past. However, I decided to give them one more chance. I was very pleased with the lady in alterations! She was very patient and seemed to know what she was doing. One very inconveinent thing that I had come to find out was that when it came time to bustle my dress, it bustled fine, but the buttons did not hold the dress fabric up for a long period of time. My bridesmaids had to continually bustle my gown throughout the entire reception :(
David's Bridal also said they would notify the Bride when all items (that had to be ordered) came in for the bridal party, the flower girl and the bride herself - this did not happen. I also find it inconveinent that David's Bridal specializes in Bridal and yet it still takes them forever to order certain items. For example, they told me it would take six months for my bridesmaids dresses to come in.
I was extremely happy with the wedding gown I chose. It held up very well and was absolutely gorgeous. I received so many wonderful complements on the dress. One thing I love about David's is that all of the gowns are made exclusively for David's Bridal and you will not find them anywhere else.

I always pictured the day that I was going to pick out my wedding dress and a day that would be so very special, and I had always thought about davids bridal because of the wide variety of dresses available. I went into this store and was not given the opportunity to look around to find a dress- I was brought a few 'choices' based on a slight deion. I found a dress that I loved, and for a relatively decent price.
The alterations lady yelled at me forcing me to allow her to show me what a bustle would look like on a dress that I DID NOT want, and I had made that very clear.
All in all- I would advise people to go elsewhere if they are looking for a special experience on the day they go to pick out their wedding dress.

Went in on a Saturday with no appointment and the staff was so kind to help me pick out a new dress and have it express ordered. ( I picked a dress that was a 15 week wait and I had 2 months til my wedding). Everything worked out and both of my dresses were gorgeous!

I had a great experience with Davids Bridal while searching for my dress and making alterations. Make sure you make an appointment, and it's better to have one during the week. My appointment was at 10am, and there were very few people there and I was able to get a lot of individual attention.

I had a wonderful experience with David's Bridal in Raleigh (Louisburg Road). I worked with Kishna and Dijon for my wedding dress and bridal gown (I bought dress #2-it was the one. No need for making the endless rounds to bridal shops). Kishna would send me email reminders and helped me set up appointments for the girls. Dijon helped me with picking the right gowns for he girls.

Kishna and Dijon were amazing consultants! They did not exert any pressure and gave many helpful hints about hair and dress styles that would work with the dresses chosen. Kishna helped me pull my look together with veil, jewelry and shoes. I never felt rushed and took my time making choices. I would recommend these two ladies to brides who want to feel comfortable and want the best customer service possible!
