I got my dress, all my bridesmaids dresses and my mothers dress at David's Bridal. All of the girls there are super friendly and helped me find my perfect dress. The alteration girls are amazing as well. When I went in for my final dress fitting the hem was a little off on one day, the gal took my dress and fixed it in 15 minutes and it was prefect. I would buy any formal attire there again.

Megan helped me find my dress, and she was super awesome! I got an amazing dress at a super price. I was terrified of the whole "finding a dress" process, and Megan at David's Bridal totally took the misery out of the whole process. I am only giving a 4.5 for responsiveness, because I had a kind of crummy experience when I went to pick up my dress. They were very busy, and I got frustrated because I was told to sit and wait, and then over the next half an hour, at least three different people came up to me to ask me what I was doing there and if I needed help, but none of them gave me any help. Finally someone let me into a room to try on my dress, and then I was on my way, slightly miffed.

HOWEVER. The Wednesday night before my Saturday wedding, there was a problem with the fit of my jacket that went with my dress, and we went into David's about 20 minutes before they closed, and they were able to see the problem, offer a solution, and fix my jacket and steam my dress in time for me to pick it up Friday afternoon. Amazing. Totally saved the day. Their alterations gal is a genius. I know David's isn't for everybody, but they should definitely be the first stop on you list, if you are a budget-minded bride. I got my whole outfit, including jewelry and shoes for less than 1K. Outstanding value.

I was pretty satisfied with the quality of service I recieved from davids bridal. My dress was well handled and I like the alterations department they took care of my special needs. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was my innitial appointment to find my dress. The lady who was supposed to be helping me one on one had another bride she was attending to so I felt a little rushed to find the dress of my dreams. She was not at all very profesional and looked overworked.

Some of their staff were not friendly but all in all my dress was a great price and was at the store in time.

I got my dress at David's Bridal and it was a close match to what I had thought of always in my mind- which is good! It was the first dress I tried on and they had it in my size. There was a little bit of a pushy feel at times from the sales staff, but, in general, I felt free to look and try on dresses as needed. The price was definitely competitive.

I got my dress, the flower girl's and all bridesmaids dresses here. You can't beat the price value that they have to offer when you look at the entire group. All of my girls were able to get beautiful dresses that fit their bodies perfectly for under $100 each! And my dress was exactly what I wanted and I didn't have to go into debt to afford it. Thank you to all the women I worked with, from the initial fitting to the final alterations. You were fantastic and all of the girls looked wonderful! :)

I found the perfect wedding dress at David's Bridal for a reasonable price. Just keep in mind that you are going to David's Bridal... the inside of the store is pretty junky. The chairs are all chipped,t he carpet is green- it's not pretty to the eye. They have great dress selections though and the staff was super helpful. I didn't have an appointment or anything but I was helped right away.

DO NOT GET YOUR ALTERATIONS DONE AT DAVID's Bridal. It was the worst experience ever. First of all, alterations are super expensive. Second, they try to sell you either an under bustle or an over bustle. Be prepared and learn your bustle types! There exists more than one! After my first alteration appointment, they took 6 weeks to complete my dress- 2 weeks before my wedding. I should've given them more of a fuss about it and insisted they complete it sooner. Once I cam in to try on my dress, 2 weeks before the wedding- I almost broke down in tears. It was AWFUL. The hem was all wrong- there were strings hanging out everywhere, it was too long, it looked unfinished; the bustle was hideous. They insisted I do an under bustle for a lace dress. It did not look good at all.I was so upset and worried since it was two weeks before my wedding. I begged them if there was anything the could do to fix it and they said NO. I then had to get really firm with them and just tell them that they are fixing it and that I would be coming in ASAP. They gave in and agreed. I then come in a week later, but I came prepared with my saavy friend who is married and has been to countless weddings. I try on the dress- the hem had been fixed but the bustle was still horryfying. My friend tells me that there are other types of bustles out there and she grabs one of the associates and tells them what they have to do. They agreed upon the Ballroom bustle which looked a thousand times better than the under bustle. They then wanted to charge me another hundred dollars to the fix. I had to grab the manager and explain that if they only had showed me more bustle otions we would have never had this problem. The manager finally agreed with me and agreed to do the fix without charge. When I came in to pick up my dress for the third time (3 days before my wedding), the bustle still was not perfect. I was soooo disappointed but there was nothing I could do because we had to drive down to our wedding that day since we were getting married out of state.

On the night before the wedding, I see my bridesmaids dresses and one of them is a completely different hue of the color. It turns out because the dresses are made in China, they are never consistent with their color pallets. So although my bridesmaids all got "Champagne" dresses, one of them was a darker shade!! It was basically a crisis.

The point of my story is that if you choose to buy a dress at David's because of the convenience and price, just be CAREFUL. Make sure you have plenty of time to sort out all the kinks that could and probably will arise. I would also recommend that you take your alterations elsewhere!

I went to DB because I needed something affordable but I really dont think it was worth it. Yes, I loved my dress but alterations was a nightmare. Once I had to reschedule because my dress wasnt ready. WTF. I dont live close so that was frustrating. But the most frustrating was my bussle. When I bought the dress I was told I could bussle it a certain way and it had a huge influence on my buying of the dress. But when it came time to alter I was told it could not be done. I spend HOURS at alterations trying to work with multiple ladies to bussle my dress in a way i wanted. And the staff people are just bitter. 2 alteration ladies where who saved me from freaking out in the middle of DB. don't do it.

David's Bridal did a fabulous job on my dress. My consultant made the experience much better. The length of time for ordering ribbons, shalls, hair pieces is way too long. For a ribbon they didn't have in stock they quoted 8 weeks....

Good customer service. Found my dress online ahead of time, but had fun trying on dresses and was treated well by my salesperson.

My gown was beautiful and highly affordable but there service there was not great.

This place is great for a couple on a budget. I was extremely happy with the dress I found there...but I had to find it. They are understaffed and overworked.

I got all of my Bridesmaid dresses here and they did a great job and were very patient with me and my girls. So many women and personalities and they just rolled with the punches. Thanks for all the help.

I got my amazingly beautiful dress here and it was about $100 dollars off of the original price tag. I got mind from teh new signiture series and I felt like I had gotten a huge deal because of how beutiful the dress was. The staff are also helpful and will call you when they have important info or opportunities like bridal vendor shows.
