I am very unhappy with the quality of gown that was purchased at David's Bridal three of us Brides maids paid $180 for our gowns( all the same gown) and within the first hour of wearing them the tear drops in the gowns fell out causing us to trip on the gowns we had to pin them to continue the night. i will never purchase a gown from David's Bridal again!

I was able to get two dresses from David's bridal - one for the ceremony and one for the reception at an amazing price. They did everything they could to get me the right sizes, and even shipped one of them to me at minimal cost. I also liked the lack of pressure from the sales personnel.

The final product I revieved from David's Bridal was good, not exceptional, but good. The first dress I got they had to return because the bottom hem was not straight and the original person who fit me did not put me in the right size. The second dress I got I ended up keeping, but because of the design of the dress (gathered on one side) it stuck out on my hip more than the sample dress did. Simply because the sample dress had been tried on over and over so the side was able to loosen up and fall correctly. Overall I was happy with my expreince, but I do think the price you pay for the product you get is a just a little much.

I found my dress just minutes into the appointment. It's like the lady could read my mind. She knew my size, she knew which style, and she knew how fancy I'd be willing to go or not go. The only thing I'd have to complain about (My Fault) was not speaking up and telling her that the brazier didn't fit me comfortably enough, but it did fell better once I got the dresses on. But I didn't think a strapless would work for me being so big chested but, it all worked out and felt more comfortable and "sturdy" with a strapless than I did with a Halter top (hate halter tops with big chested women). The lady who had helped me and I wish I could remember her name, but she was so nice and so helpful and a good saleswoman! I hadn't planned on buying a dress, but then my mom snuck away and applied for a David's Bridal account and bought it for me! Thanks mom!! And Thank You Sales woman!

Horrible!! I hope to never go there again. You end up paying more trying to fix things. Bad staff, cheap looking dresses, horriblel alterations... all wrong!

Overall, I was very pleased with my David's Bridal experience. I went in almost a year before my wedding, not expecting to buy a dress, and left that day with the perfect dress. The associates there were all very helpful, and I did not once get the feeling that they were trying to sell me something that wasn't perfect for me.

I also got my shoes through David's Bridal and had them dyed to match my sash. They were perfect. I am so glad I didn't wear the conventional white shoes as my "Pool" colored shoes were a MUCH better reflection of me.

My bridesmaids also got their dresses from David's Bridal. I LOVED the style, and almost ordered one for myself. We did have a slight problem with one order, which didn't make it in in time for our wedding, but David's Bridal worked with my bridesmaid to find something as close to possible to match. We are still not sure how that whole debacle happened, but in the end, it didn't really matter.

For the price, David's Bridal is pretty hard to beat!

Something always seems to go wrong and it seems hopless but David's Bridal helped. My mom had me get my vail at David's Bridal. I had gotten a white vail. Then I got an ivory dress. My matron of honor wanted me to get an ivory vail. My fiancee and I went to the grandrapids location to pick up the last ivory two piece vail. Got it and compared it to the dress it was not ivory. I took it back on my rehersal day to David's Bridal in portage. They helped me find the right color vails I needed in the nick of time and complemented me many times on my dress. They even helped unsnag my dress closure from my dress. The ladies at the portage location are great and extremely wonderful.

I bought my dress and my bridesmaids all bought their dresses at the portage michigan store. I tried other places but once I started working with MOLLY at Davids, I knew she would help me find the perfect dress and keep me in my budget. She has such an eye for detail and just knew what would flatter me and my body shape. I had such a beautiful wedding and felt like a real princess on my special day. Thanks to Molly, my consultant, I had THE perfect dress. I would recommend her to everyone!!

I went to Davids Bridal in Portage,Michigan. I was married last year and went to this store for my bridal gown and for bridemaids dresses.
I loved this store! I worked with a lady named Molly. I thought from the time I walked in from the time I left it was great. She helped me out in every way. She was so busy and seemed able to help me out and the two other brides that were in there. I thought the only thing that could have changed was that the girls get alittle more help from others. Molly was running around and I saw two managers just standing around talking. So I would say to anyone to go to the Davids Bridal in Potage...also dont get mad if there helping another bride. I think Molly did such a great job and helped me as if I was the only one in the room!!!!

I was VERY pleased with David's Bridal, I got an amazing dress for a very affordable price. Their service at the Portage, MI store was great and I have recommended many friends to this store!

I know that I've read a lot of bad comments about Davids Bridal, but I had a great experience. I actually ordered my dress from their website and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, I had an incident with my seamstress. I had chosen to have someone else other than Davids do the alterations and she basically ended up ruining my dress less than 2 weeks before the wedding. Fortunately, I was able to go back online and order another dress. I called the store and they gave me a direct number to their online customer service who was able to rush the delivery and then I took the dress in to Davids this time to have it altered. They did an awesome job with the alterations. I should have taken it to them first. They got all the work done in just a matter of a few days and I had the dress back by the Wednesday before the wedding. I would definitely recommend Davids in Portage, especially for alterations.

Was GOING to get my bridesmaids dresses here. I got my own dress here and had no issues, but when my bridesmaids when to try things on, they didn't have all styles available in all sizes. Sorry, that's not even cool...

I went into David's Bridal MANY times before finally purchasing my gown. Each time I was welcomed and many times the girls even knew what dress to pull before I asked. I usually worked with Joy, who was always wonderful and helpful. The women who did my alterations were also very patient and helpful in trying to teach my bridesmaids how to bustle my dress! Overall, great service!

I got both my wedding dress and my bridesmaid dresses through Davids Bridal. I loved all of the dresses and they had the exact color and designs that I wanted for both me and my bridesmaids. Yes, they can be a little expencive but you can also find some good sales and I got everything that I ever wanted in a wedding dress!
