I love the girl that helped me with the wedding dresses. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease and was very honest in how I looked in the dresses - even though I had people there with me. She was also very happy for me!

I went to the store in Ahwatukee and in Peoria and both were fabulous. The dresses are in decent condition, so it made it a pleasure trying on the dresses. Got a great deal for my dress and the bridesmaid dresses. Plus went to Mens Warehouse for the guys. The color swatches they use are the same, so when you tell them the color they know what it looks like! Great deal!

I visited 2 David's Bridal stores, one in paradise valley with great service and one in peoria with a great alterations dept. I thought the people were nicer in pv, but she sold me an "as is" dress and told me to come back for alterations. When i brought the dress to peoria to be altered, they told me they couldnt alter an as is dress... but they were soo nice that this happened... they did it anyway, they had me sign a waiver. I visited other bridal shops that i really loved, but i could afford david's bridal... so thats the honest truth

I'm happy to admit that I had a wonderful experience at David's Bridal. I got a great deal for a FABULOUS dress! The employees treated me well and made me feel special!

I had one issue with the color of my dyed shoes, but they fixed it right away. All of my bridesmaids were taken care of. The only bad thing was that I fell in love with a dress that was more than I wanted to spend. But, hey... it was my wedding.

I spoke with a representative at David's before I went dress shopping and they assured me they would have something in my size, they did not. I waited an hour to get help, and then was stuck in a room and forgotten while my bridesmaids wondered around looking for help. I did not purchase a dress by them but for the sake of convenience recommended that my bridesmaids do.

I went with several of them and I am still waiting on my paycheck because i did all of the work while there, every time. They were dishonest about the time frames for dresses to come in, and after the purchase there was no help from the staff for my girls... I would not recommend people continue to support this poor customer service, and business practices.

Quite honestly i was not pleased. Overall my consultant was terrific however the remainder of my experience was lacking. Yes Davids have a great selections on value priced dresses but some of the staff really make for a tacky experience, not to many of the staff there seem happy to have jobs let alone in customer service. Caddy Caddy Caddy... I was hoping for a more pleasent experience during the buying process. icing on the cake was after i picked my dress up after it was apparently pressed (apparently) it took 5 women to locate my gown, no only striking fear in the bottom of my heart 4 days before my wedding by oh my what a way to do business. My only wish is to always have the options avaliable to me to purchase future gowns elsewhere, i have no confidence in Davids Bridal service or care.

I would not recommend doing business with David's Bridal. I had gone there for my bridesmaid dresses and flower girl shoes and didn't have a pleasant experience any time that I was at the location.

While shopping for our bridesmaid dresses I had been ignored on more than one occasion - even after scheduling an appointment. I felt that their sole focus was on selling bridal dresses.

I also purchased the shoes for our flower girls here. They turned out great but the ordering process was less than professional and very unpleasant. They could brush up on their customer service a bit.

One of my bridesmaids did utilize their alteration service and said they were great. Her dress looked fab so I suppose they have something going well for them.

I loved my dress but the rep did not measure me and when the dress came in it was to small. Not impressed with this company. I was forced to take a dress that was not ordered just for me but off the rack.

Overall I had a great experience at David's Bridal in Awhatukee. I loved that they had all dresses in my size to try on. They were very attentive and supplied a long line and petticoat to use while trying on the dresses, where as other stores I went to did not have either of those and I had to be pinned in all of the dresses since they were so large. At David's I could actually see what the dress was going to look like on me and wound up only having to get the dressed hemmed a little since I am on the petite side. I bought my dress there as well as my bridesmaids dresses. Very good experience!!

About 5 months before my wedding I went to DB with my mother and 3 bridesmaids to pick out my wedding dress. After I picked out my dress, we worked with the lady to try and find a style for my bridesmaids. DB had all my info of when my wedding was and she new that I wanted the dresses in light pink. We told her we would be back in a couple months to get the bridesmaids dresses. 3 months before the wedding we were back. We picked out the dresses and places the order and come to find out it takes 12 weeks to get the light pink dresses in!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAH that was a week before my wedding! I was soooo mad that NOONE told me this when we were there 5 MONTHS before the wedding!!!!!!!!!!! What if something happened and they didn't come in....I was in such a panic but I had to just trust they would come. They did come but we had to pay A LOT of money to get them altered in such a short time! My wedding turned out fine but I did not need that stress in the back of my mind for three months!

I bought my wedding dress from Davids Bridal. The attendant Janeth was very pleasant and helpful. I also had my dress altered at Davids Bridal as well. Joanna in alterations was amazing! She did exactly what I asked and even gave me a few pointers to make it a perfect look. The price of the dress was awesome and the alterations were very reasonable especially because we altered the dress beyond making it fit right.

I love the dress I found, but the service was a little lacking. I went to the Ahwatukee store on Ray & I10. Beautiful dress, I the one I wanted was even in my price range! Lucky for me, because she kept bringing me dresses that were 2-300 too high. Other than that, it was OK.

The alterations people were fabulous, she even gave my mom some extra beads for my veil (she was hand beading it) that matched the dress!

This is for the Ahwatukee location. Also included is some feedback about the North Phoenix store; Tampa, FL store; and the North Attleboro, MA store.

It took two trips to David's Bridal to find the dress I chose. I loved the dress! Did not love getting the alterations. I called to make the appointment and was told the latest appointment for alterations was at 3PM.

I got there for my 2:30 appointment early. Still wound up waiting around for a half hour. I was ignored quite a bit. When the appointment finally started, I had to stand still for an hour and a half. I have a bad back and this is a painful process, but I was never offered a break to sit even though I mentioned it in the beginning. More annoying than that was that a girl came in after 3PM for an appointment. No appointments after 3 huh? Alterations came to $220! That was a little steep for a hem and bustle (which I was told the dress didn't need so I was surprised when the lady ripped my train's loops off).

North Phoenix is where one bridesmaid went and her alterations to take in the sides of the chest were over $200. That's more than the dress cost!

North Attleboro store had the least amount of complaints from my Maid of Honor. Except they had rules about which days to pick up the completed gown.

Now Tampa was the worst of them. My bridesmaid there had given all her info when she bought the dress. Despite this, they contacted my mother (???why her???) several times instead of contacting my bridesmaid even though she kept giving them her info. Their ruules about hours and days for alterations were the worst. Absolutely no weekends??? Crazy. That store was the only store around for hours. But that didn't seem to matter to them. Considering it took my bridesmaid 3 hours to get there, she couldn't very well leave work and get there before they closed. She was forced to take several days off to deal with them.

My dress is absolutely beautiful and I want to wear it everyday! The price we paid for the dress was very affordable. However, the service we received at David's Bridal was terrible. First of all, we had an appointment, but while we were waiting to be taken care of, people who just walked in without an appointment were served ahead of us. The salesgirl who was assigned to us had no respect for personal space and kept touching me (so not ok). Once we had found the dress I wanted, we needed to order it in a petite. The size 10 in the store fit me perfectly, but the salesgirl said I should order a 12 petite because petite sizes were made smaller. She also tried to sell me a tiara, a veil, shoes, whatever, but didn't even offer me a garment bag to protect the dress (they're not included). When the dress came in, I went in to try it on. First I had to wait while they paged for the salesgirl who had originally helped me, even though I told them I only needed the dress and a room and she was obviously busy helping someone else. I got sick of waiting and the manager showed me to a room, but not before harrassing me to signe a release form saying I'd inspected the dress and everything was alright. I told her I wasn't going to sign it until I'd seen the dress and she wasn't happy. I tried on the dress and it was way too big. I wanted to cry because it looked so frumpy being a size too big. I told them to send it back and get me the 10 petite. When that size came in, it fit wonderfully and I bought a garment bag to take it home in. I love my dress but I'm glad I won't have to go back to this store ever again.
