Very patient with me and the many dresses I asked to try on! I had a good experience there.

I purchased my bridal gown and accesories from David's Bridal. The sales lady, Quay, was wonderful in helping me choose the perfect gown. She was friendly and professional and knew just what would look good on me. I was thrilled to find out how affordable it was! Not so thrilled to see how much the accessories ended up being, but regardless a good value.
They would not hold the dress for me once it arrived. I had to pick it up and bring it back a couple months later for the fitting (I live an hour away). I didn't realize that when I bought the dress, but it worked out ok. The lady who did the fitting seemed irrated that I had a couple of friends with me, they didn't get to come on the dress search day so I thought it would be fun for them to come for fitting. We all got the impression she wasn't too thrilled with that. When I picked up the dress after the alterations, the lady who helped me that day was fabulous!!! So 2 out of 3 isn't too bad when dealing with employees I guess. If you go there, ask for Quay. She made the experience great for me!

My dress consultant was double booked with appointments. Other than that, the experience was what I expected from a huge chain store. If you want expert service, go to a boutique.

I live in Niceville, FL (over 1 hour away from David's in Pensacola), but since I purchased my dress from David's in MN, I thought it would be best to get alterations done by seamstresses who specialize in David's dresses. Well I ended up making the drive 4 times in the end. The first seamstress told me (without doing any measurements) that I definitely did not need to get my dress taken in despite the fact that the dress falling down gradually was a concern. When I went to pick the dress up, the hem and bustle work looked great, but I was still concerned about the dress being too large in the torso area. The seamstress who took me back this time basically rushed me in and out of there without addressing my concerns, saying the dress looked great and was a sure thing. After trying the dress on at home again and noting that it gradually slid down exposing my chest, I called back and asked to speak with a manager. I drove back and saw the alterations manager, and she treated me very well and professionally and listened to my concerns. She did take the dress in, but I still ended up having a different seamstress add straps at the very last minute. Overall, I was very unimpressed by the quality of service and lack of measuring and addressing fit concerns.

I dealt with Andrew at David's Bridal and he is simply amazing. Helped me find a dress when I didn't have a clue in what I wanted. Spent time with me and didn't worry about other customers which helped me feel welcome. I had to deal with a couple others there and they were AWFUL. I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the store but Andrew was awsome!

Great place to get a wedding dress. They were very helpful and the price could not be beat. The wedding dress was beautiful and extremely inexpensive, but look to be an extremely expensive dress. All the attendees could not believe how beautiful the dress was and where it was bought. We recommend this bridal salon.

I DO NOT recommend David's Bridal pensacola to anyone. I worked with 5 employees and only 1 of them really helped me. They acted like they could care less if we were there. This was not a good first time, wedding dress shopping experience. :(

The staff was amazing and made all my dreams come true!

David's Bridal was the absolute best! The team members at the Davis Hwy location are super friendly and helpful. I got my entire bridal outfit, bridesmaid's dresses, and flowergirl's dresses from David's Bridal! I don't have one single complaint about them!

One of the employees that worked there was very unprofessional. I had my bridesmaids dresses ordered from this location and I felt like because it's only "bridesmaids" dresses, we didn't deserve to be treated well. Even though there were plenty of open dressing rooms available, we had to stand there and waited for about an hour - just for them to tell us at the end that we can go ahead to use the room.

Some of the girls were nice, but don't know if it's my luck, I often get the grumpy old ladies.
