David's was my first bridal shopping. I tried on several dresses, some that were not necessarily a style that I wanted. But the sales associate was very helpful and attentive even though it was busy. She took time to choose dresses so that I could see how other styles looked on me. In the end, I chose the dress I had in mind when I went in. It was beautiful and I am so glad I purchased it.

I found my dress last summer, because at the time, we were planning on a winter wedding. We ended up pushing the wedding back to September of this year. The moment I put my dress on, I knew it was "the one". I've never been one to cry about clothes, but it's true, you find your dress and you tear up a little bit! Princess (associate who assisted us) was awesome! She paid attention to what I liked, but tried to mix it up to help satisfy my fashionista brother! She was also dead honest with me about the headpiece. I ended up going with 2 floral clips, because a headband, tiara, veil just didn't look right! And I am so thankful for honesty! We got all of the bridal party dresses through David's Bridal as well. Even online, the company is very attentive!

I got my dress and the girls bridesmaids' dresses at David's Bridal. The staff members are extremely helpful at the store at Millenia Mall. Each time I went, the staff was so great! I ended up exchanging my first dress for the new Vera Wang White collection and I couldn't have been happier! I absolutely LOVE my dress and it made me feel like a princess on my wedding day! And the bridesmaids dresses looked beautiful on my bridesmaids! If you decide to go with David's Bridal, I would recommend visiting the store at Millenia! You won't be dissapointed!

I loved my dress. That being said....I had to pay 10$'s for a dress bag the 1000$'s I already spent wasn't enough? They were not helpful for any of my bridesmaid...my flower girl was missing her sash because the sales associate did not tell they it was part of the dress....Davids Bridal was a disappointment

Found the perfect dress at a great price. The service was spotty. Felt like the sales rep was too busy with other brides at the same time even though we had an appointment so it took longer than necessary. Very chaotic in the store but you can't beat the selection and pricing.

Where do I start, first and foremost DON’T GO TO ALTOMONTE DAVID’S BRIDAL!!!!!!!!!!!! My wife was so upset that I had to write this review. First they sold her a dress that they said they had a special bra for and remember everything is finial sale. When she went to buy the bra they told her that they Altamonte store should have never sold her that dress as it was not made for her body type this was just months before the wedding. She was so upset and even though she did not want me to see the dress she was crying and I went in to help. I had to search on the internet until I found the bra, it took three hours. When we went to the store we were meet with negativity and again told that it would not work. Well it did work just barely. They were not helpful at all in fact they were downright rude.
Next she went to her dress fitting and discovered that the dress was too big and had to pay $300 dollars because it was so big to get it fixed. At the same time, we talked to a manager because a bridesmaid was having difficulty finding a shoe that had been discontinued. The manager said that she!!!!, would find the shoe and take care of it. She said that she would call, NO CALL. Two weeks later when we went for her SECOND dress fitting, which was still wrong!!!!!, too big and bad seamstress work, the manager told us that she passed that information on to her worker and it was not her fault that we did not receive a call. Then in the middle of talking to us she stopped the conversation and answered the phone to help another customer (RUDE!!!!!!!!). I then had to call every store that had the shoe until I found one in Illinois which I had to pay to get shipped and dyed. By the THIRD dress fitting we were fed up with David’s bridal and if my hand did not hurt from typing so much I would write much more. Finally I would never recommend David’s Bridal and I will never enter that store again.

I like this place because of the great variety. Every other bridal stores carry their own styles and this place has something for everyone. That's how I found mine. The SA are very helpful but I got the dress altered elsewhere cheaper.

I knew what dress I wanted before i went in to the altamonte springs store. I am a size 0 and wear a C cup bra... the size 0 dress fit perfect everywhere but was falling out of the top, i was told i needed to order a size 4 so the top would fit... i did and it was HUGE on me so i had to have to altered... the alterating people said i should have gotten the size 0 and it would have been eaiser for me to add material then taking a whole dress in 3 sizes... nice to know the alteration people and floor sales people communicate! 4 trips to the alterations dept i finally had a dress that fit, BUT the alterations cost almost as much as my dress in the end! The 4 trips to alterations were a nightmare, even with appointments i was there for over 2 hours each time! The 4th and final time i was in there for my final fitting i was told "we cant find your dress" so i calmly sat and waiting as they looked, and 45 mins later they found my dress... in a sewing machine in the back of the store... when i had, had this appt. to pick my dress up and the final fitting 3 weeks prior to showing up that day. After all that was sorted out i left the store never to look back and never to reccomend it to anyone else either... the dress is beautiful but other then that i was no happy with anything from davids...

David's Bridal definitely blew Michael Angelo's gowns out of the water. Michael Angelo's employees were very unhelpful and every room I went into was a mess. Complete opposite at David's Bridal.
Mary helped me find the perfect dress and got along well with my Mother, Grandmother and multiple cousins that help as well. She was extremely patient and helpful and even selected a beautiful veil and headpeice I ended up purchasing as well. David's Bridal is the place to go as they usually always have sales even on newer gowns (such as mine).

Oh dear, where to start.
I went to the Millenia location. Found a dress, bought the dress. The sales lady was very patient with me, but it was Thursday or Friday night, and the store was swamped. She had to go back and forth between ten different people. Didn't feel very personalized. The dress itself needed to be ordered a size up, which didn't make me feel very comfortable - not sure that I wanted a dress I hadn't really tried on the right size. I went to another DB in New York, bought a better dress. Again, staff was very patient with us. I went back to the Millenia store and explained the situation. They very gladly and nicely were willing to apply the price of the first dress to the alterations of the new gown, the bridesmaid and the flower girl dresses. Score! especially considering their cruddy return policies. The fitting for alterations took over TWO HOURS! Between other customers coming to the area, we had to shuffle around to fit everyone. Three weeks later, I had my first fitting. They hadn't hemmed it enough!?!? The seamstress, undoubtedly not looking forward to another extended fitting period, did NOT want to take the dress up, instead encouraging me to get a petticoat underneath. I finally told her to just hem the dress, I wasn't taking it home like that. The flower girl dress also needed to be taken in. She gave me SUCH a hard time! I get they're busy, but don't fight me on something that needs to be done!! I go to the second fitting, the bustles are wrong. By the third time, they got it right. This was two weeks before the wedding. I was stressed out and over the whole dress experience. I would have gladly worn PJs. When people say this is the Walmart of bridal stores, believe it. Prices are better than most, but you get what you pay for in service. Ugh.

I feel as though the sales person was a little pushy. Although my dress was pretty, I felt as though I was pushed into buying it with her sales tactics. My dress was a good deal, and it had a skirt that I liked. But I just wished I had shopped around some more instead of being made to feel as though I had to purchase that dress right now.

My first trip was to the Altamonte store, and I was completely not impressed. The store was empty except for one other bride to be...they put me in the room directly next to her. Every time I tried a dress on she was in front of my door, the salesperson did nothing to move her, paid me little attention and didn't help me find a style of dress that suited me. Completely unimpressed with her, I immediately went to the Millenia location and was helped by an awesome salesperson...I bought the second dress I tried on with her. All this dress needed was to be taken in at the waist and bustled. Alterations messed both up... ultimately fixed it but it was definitely not impressive. Overall I loved my dress and was happy with the outcome...the price and the final product. However, as a whole David's Bridal did little to impress me.
