Great customer ser\/ice. They are extremely patient. I do not like the fact that you are not the only client they are working with and appointments o\/er lap. You need to ha\/e $500 or more for most dresses. They are NOT budget friendly. Also if you put 2 items on lay-away you can NOT remo\/e just one, you ha\/e to cancel both. :( Okay place but I would not ha\/e chose them if I was in a time crunch.

Our consultant Angie was amazing! She pulled all of the dresses I requested and after those I asked her to pick one. Guess which one I came home with...her pick! It was perfect, elegant, and beautiful!
The rest of the sales floor staff was not impressive.
The alterations department was great. My dress had a manufacturer defect and they fixed it without charge!

Very impressed with how the associate seemed to know just what I had envisioned. They made me feel beautiful for the first time in my life. Prices were pretty great as far as the dresses, however accessories were a tad on the pricey side. I was blown away with the price of alterations and was able to find someone else to do that at a VERY VERY affordable price. Got my bridesmaids' dresses here as well, everything went wonderfully there too. Overall great experience with Davids.

As requested, I made an appointment to pick out brides maids dresses. I only have 2 brides maids. We showed up, early at that, had to wait about 30 mins past our appointment time, then when we did get our 'attendant' for our appointment she didn't help AT ALL. We ended up pulling all of our own dresses because she was never around. I had to go SEEK her out when we were ready to leave. Then the first time they ordered one dress in the wrong color and the other in the wrong size. They said they'd call when they were in, but never did, I finally called the store to see if they were in and the lady snapped at me 'Yes, they've been in for 2 weeks, you need to come get them or they'll be returned' - well this isn't an easy task because I was getting married 2 hours from where I live. Annoying. Their dress selection is good though which is nice, but I HATE dealing with them. I always dread when I'm in a wedding and they say we're going to Davids Bridal to look for dresses. UGH. GO somewhere else, and go here for a LAST RESORT. You'll find a dress you like, but it's not worth the hassle.

My first appointment was very hectic, and the service was poor. Despite that, I found the dress I was looking for, and purchased my dress that day. Appointments were difficult to get scheduled, but in the end I got my dream dress so I have no real complaints.

Ask for Donna, she is a consultant at Davids and was awesome! I went looking for a new dress 7 weeks before my wedding. Not only did I find the perfect dress, I was able to have it cleaned and altered in time. The staff was so helpful and gave their advice and opinions plus I got a great deal on my dress!! I would highly recommend Davids Bridal.

I purchased my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from Davids Bridal. Although I did not feel pampered or waited on hand and foot by the consultants, they were very nice and helped me with anything I needed. All the dresses were very reasonably priced. I would recommend Davids Bridal to a friend.

I, myself, had a great experience working with David's Bridal, however some of my bridesmaids had trouble with their locations. One bridesmaid was forced to buy two pairs of shoes because the employees dyed her shoes before she got a chance to try them on. They tried to accommodate her, but I don't feel like they gave her the best service possible. I would still strongly recommend going with them because they have reasonable prices and they are located all over the country which makes it really easy to coordinate everything with your bridal party.

They are awesome there. I had less than a month to plan my wedding so everything was crunched together but they managed to have me fitted for a dress in one appointment. I literally walked in, tried on a few dresses and found the one. I may have just been lucky but my veil needed to be ordered. This concerned me but the veil was in two weeks before the wedding and everything turned out amazing. I chose to go during the week which allowed the ladies to spend more time with me but sometimes they were double booked but everything turned out great!

The people at David's Bridal in Omaha helped me find the dress of my dreams!! The experience went really smooth and enjoyable. I tried on several dresses at other places, but always ended up coming back to the same dress at David's. Great experience!
