I picked out my dress and bridesmaids dresses here! Little did we know that when we picked out Men's Warehouse for the Tuxes that we would get additional discounts! It helped a lot and Men's Warehouse is great to work with too!

The dresses were lovely; however, I found the alteration prices too high. The service was nice and I have no complaints; it just wasn't anything exceptional or out of the ordinary.

Sorry to say, but the only GOOD thing about this vendor was their seamstresses! We booked an appt slot, because I wanted my daughter to have 100% of our saleslady's attention. Sadly, not so! She was helping another girl that was not even scheduled! Nightmare...had to go find our own shoes, tiara and everything except the dress, bra and slip. When I asked her about it, she pooh poohed it off to it being "prom season". Twenty years from now that girl won't even remember the name of her date for prom! I mean, for REAL!

As I said, the ONLY good thing about our experience at David's Bridal took place in the alterations department. Those ladies took their time with us, and went over everything, so that we understood what we needed. I did not feel like we were taken advantage of in that dept. The dress fit to a T and it was truly beautiful. KUDOS TO DAVID'S BRIDAL for having the good sense to hire truly awesome ladies...now if they would just take a look at their sales staff!

I purchased one of the designer gowns from David's Bridal after searching every other bridal shop in town. I was extremely disappointed in their service. The first time I came in and looked around they told me I was not allowed to try on a dress without an appointment. So, I made an appointment for the following day. It happened to be on a Saturday (was not even prom season) - and there were many people there who apparently had the same appointment time as I did. I had to wait about 10 minutes at the front desk before they would introduce me to my specific sales person. She quickly grabbed some of the dresses I wanted to try on and came into the dressing room with me. She said that she had to dress me (I wasn't allowed to try on the dresses by myself) - so we put on one dress and then she left to go help another client (who also had an appointment with her). So during my appointment time she was bouncing back and forth between 3 people. Other sales people were doing the same thing - it was sooo crowded and felt like a 3 ring circus!! Horrible customer service. Not the type of service one would expect while trying to find a wedding dress for the most important day of your life.

David's Bridal is a great place to find your wedding, bridesmaids, and mother dresses. I do not recommend using their alteration services. I found them to be extremely expensive and not prepared when I came to pick up my dress. My dress was being altered for 1 month and I came in 10 minutes early to pick up my dress and they had a fit that I was early. There are several other places around the city that are much cheaper and will probably do a better job.

I ordered the Love Knot wedding invitation from David's Bridal that had a watermelon ribbon that
tied around the side of the invitation. The watermelon ribbon matched my bridesmaid dresses that I had ordered from
David's Bridal. I was able to give a glimpse of my color scheme to my guest with this invitation. I had so many comments on this invitation-it was perfect!

Everyone at David's was very helpful both for me finding a gown and for my sisters/bridesmaids. They made helpful suggestions for bridemaids' dresses that would flatter three very different figures.

Service was AMAZING, the woman who helped us helped all 3 times I dress shopped and when I had to return a dress... my dress was perfect and inexpensive but didnt look it. GREAT.

Overall my experience at david's bridal was okay. I picked a color for my bridesmaids that was apparently being discontinued soon, and they didn't tell me that. So within a few weeks it was very hard for some of my bridesmaids to find dresses in the right color. I wish they would have let me know (they had advanced notice) but other than that my salesperson was AMAZING. Her name is melissa and if you live in okc go to davids bridal and ask for her.

The staff at david's bridal were pretty helpful overall. One employee went above and beyond her duties and actually came to the wedding to help me get dressed and to help bustle my dress after the ceremony. If you're in Oklahoma City and need a wedding dress make sure Melissa is your consultant!

The dress was a great vlaue. It was in the Beach Wedding Collection and was wonderful! After the wedding the dress still looked brand new, even after being crumpled in a bag for 2 days travel and wading in the sand and surf for our pictures. The service at David's Bridal was ok.

I was not happy with David's Bridal when it came to getting my wedding dress. At first their fees seemed reasonable and I thought they were really good with keeping within my budget which I had told them about. But then they gave my dress to the alterations person without mentioning how much extra that was going to cost or really asking my permission, and I come to find out alterations costed me an extra $200+. I was very displeased. I could have taken the dress elsewhere and had it altered for cheaper, but I am new to the OK area and wouldn't of known where to take it.

They were pretty nice but the whole process was kind of slow, and the women in there were quite prissy!
