My dress was beautiful! I loved it. I did not love the experience however! I was told that my phone number would not be put on any calling lists and it def was! Super annoying. My biggest problem was that the dress I wanted was supposedly the only one left in stock and it had a tear on the bust. They refused to give me any $ off because the dress was already on sale. But they did promise to have it fixed for no charge before I came to pick it up. I called the day I was picking it up to make sure it was ready and they could not find my file. They called me back an hour later and said they found my file, but were still looking for the dress. I explained the them the issue with the tear in the dress. They told me that no repairs would be made on the dress until the dress was paid for. So I explained again the agreement that had been made before I actually purchased the dress. I was told they would get back to me. After another couple of hours my call was returned, they had my dress and the tear was fixed. When I actually picked up the dress, it was clear that this was a new dress, not the previously "repaired" dress. Which I can't complain about having a new dress rather than a fixed up one. But still, they were dishonest and put a lot of stress on me while they were busy trying to cover their *sses.

Absolutely no problems. Beautiful dress at a reasonable price.
