The dress was gorgeous and the price for it was good but the alterations (hemming the dress and putting in a bustle) cost more than the dress itself. They were not very helpful and were very understaffed.

I had a very good experience with David's Bridal. Everyone was very helpful each time I went in. My dress was absolutely everything I had ever imagined and my bridesmaid dresses were wonderful as well.

I purchased my dress as well as my bridesmaids dresses here, and if I had to do it again, I would probably go elsewhere. No one was helpful or excited about my wedding (I know they see brides all the time, but they need to at least feign enthusiasm). My dress was not ready when they said it would be and no one apologized for the shortcoming. I got my dress at a good price and I really liked it, but then again I'm not picky about those sorts of things. The cost for my bridesmaids dresses was ridiculous, but I let them choose their dress as long as it matched my colors and they chose some expensive dresses. Overall, I was very underwhelmed about this business and in hindsight should have gone elsewhere.

I used David's Bridal for my wedding dress and for my bridesmaids dresses. I loved both!! The people were very friendly and provided me with great service. They said my wedding dress would have to be ordered and it would take close to 4 months to come in. I had it withing 2 months. I highly recommend them for Weddings and Special Occassions. They have great deals and lots to choose from!!

Who can say anything bad about David's Bridal? They are helpful, fun and really make you feel like the only customer they have! My dress was exactly what I wanted for our wedding day, and it turned out beautiful.

You definetely get what you pay for. Not so much in the quality of the dress, because it was amazing!! But more the quality of the service. My first visit was amazing! The attendant was so helpful and didn't try to just sell me a dress. But when I went back to pick up my dress and order the sash, flower girl basket, and ring bearer pillow, I asked for the same attendant and they said she no longer worked their. DEFINETLY THEIR LOSS!!! I couldn't get any descent help after that. In the end it was all worth it because everything looked wonderful and was sooo affordable! But I'm a pretty easy going person so if you get annoyed by slow and dumb people, you may want to stear clear of the Montgomery and Mobile locations (I worked with both b/c I lived near montgomery but the wedding was in mobile)

Overall I had a good experience with David's Bridal. Don't let them talk you into buying things you can find elsewhere much cheaper. Just because it is a one stop bridal shop, doesn't mean they should take advantage of you and your wedding budget.

I love my dress I wouldnt change it for nothing.

They had good prices on dresses and items. Got my flower girl sash from them. Did not find anything else that I liked.

They have an awesome selection in store and you don't necessarily need to order your dress. They are one of only a couple dress shops in Montgomery and Prattville, though.

I did not have a good experience at this venue. if you are thye type of person who can find things on your own or you ahte assistance then this is the store for you, other wise steer clear!!! The sales people all had attitudes or acted as if they had better things to do. They mixed up serveral of my orders and their dress selection left much to be desired!

They had great service and a lot of professional planners to help with the process. They gave all the right advice. They also found 4 matching bridesmaids dresses few weeks before the wedding.
