My dress and girls dresses were beautiful, however their customer service sucks! I had no help with my dress, not one person. It was a great value though and I got my dress on sale.

Every time I walked in this store to buy something for my wedding, I felt so unwelcome. I guess if you want to be treated well, you need to make an appointment and be spending at least $10,000 there.

I was very unhappy with my entire experience with Davids Bridal and would never recommend anyone to go there. They were very rude from the beginning of my wedding planning all the way to the end. The first time I came in there, one of the consultants actually told that I should try and lose some weight first before making my dress appt. The only reason me being overweight, I had just had a c section. Then during alterations that was a whole different set of issues. Same goes for my bridesmaids, the whole store is full of very rude and ignorant sales consultants. Do not go to David's Bridal.

I managed to luck out and get an amazing sample dress from David's Bridal! I believe they were testing it to see if it would sell well, and I'm so glad I found it. However, there are a few things to watch out for... I had a very bad experience with the alterations. First, the woman who was in charge of my alterations was sort of... not entirely explaining why she was doing everything she was doing, and was rather brusque. However, the real problem came when, somehow, my dress had been altered three inches too narrow in the torso! Now.... I'm a VERY small girl, 4'11", and very petite... so I'm pretty sure most grown humans would not have been able to fit into a dress where the torso was three inches less in diameter than my ribcage. However, the women who took care of me after this mishap were very wonderful, and my dress did get fixed in time for the day, thank goodness. Personally, I recommend scoping them out, but only if you can manage to find something unique there (I lucked out, I don't see that dress anywhere on their site so it might be gone) or you're on a real low budget. The service was usually distracted and harassed-looking, but I went during prime wedding season.

I was going to borrow my cousin's veil for my wedding until catastrophe struck and her cat attacked it, leaving huge holes all over. So, with less than 5 days till the wedding, I called my local David's Bridal and found out they didn't have the veil I wanted in stock. So I went online and bought a veil from their website, choosing rush next business day delivery and was very happy to receive the veil 2 days later. Wedding crisis averted, with great value for money. Thanks!

We wanted flexibility in the bridesmaid dresses (all in different styles but the same color) so we went to David's Bridal. We found exactly what we were looking for. I also happened to fall in love with a dress, so it was a win win. The service is iffy, but overall couldn't be happier!

The staff was not overly helpful, but the dress was exactly what I wanted! They altered and steamed it there and I was very happy with the end result.

I knew going into working with Davids Bridal I was taking a chance based on various stories I had heard from other people but I didn't realize just how bad the customer service would be. I did not purchase my dress here. I only purchased bridesmaids dresses here because they had the exact color I needed. We had the shoes dyed to what was supposed to be the same color of the dresses but they turned out way different which was very disappointing considering what you pay or such horribly made shoes. Every time I had to come into the store the customer service was horrible. I will not be going back to Davids Bridal for anything in the future.

David's Bridal in Lynnwood is an extremely busy location. They were helpful, but stretched. My bridesmaids bought through them and they turned out.

Davids Bridal was very helpful for buying my dress and all of my bridesmaids dresses. One of my maids even ordered the wrong dress color and they let her exchange for the right color (thank god, I may have gone Bridezilla!). The girl who helped me was named Shay and she was awesome, although I went back later to pick my dress up after it was ordered and she didnt work there anymore. Sad. All in all I would say they were great.

I was SO not impressed with David's Bridal. If you are going to purchase from them, at the very least try to aviod the one in Lynnwood!
I went into David's several times before finally picking a dress out for good. The first time I had an appointment, and the 4 of my bridesmaids came with me. They got a room for me right away, and my girls were all just browsing the bridesmaids dresses but didn't try anything on. An associate helped me get dresses to my room to try them on, and helped me into my gowns, etc. The next time I went to David's was with my mom, and we also had an all right time trying gowns, and I bought my dress on sale for $200 off which was a GREAT value. I went back with my bridesmaids, so they could pick their dresses, and out service was TERRIBLE. After being there for half an hour, we did not have any associates help us get the 4 maids rooms, so we had to find our own (and then got yelled at for not waiting, WTF???) nobody helped carry dresses back or remove the ones that were definate "no's", it was ridiculous. We went back months later and the b-maids finally selected their dresses and placed their orders. David's was supposed to call the bridesmaids when their dresses came in; 4 weeks after the dresses were supposed to be in, still no call. One of the maids called David's herself and found out that the dresses had been there for 3 weeks! When asked why they didnt call, they said "oh, we thought we did call". Nobody received their phone call.
I did get my alterations done there... they were quite expensive, but my dress fit me perfectly, no complaints there. It was $175 for it to be taken in one size and have the back bustled. A bit extraneous in my opinion, but I was too busy to look elsewhere! I also find it pertinent to mention that I scheduled my alterations 4 months before my wedding to make sure I got a date on their calendar. A week before my alterations date, I called to confirm my appointment and was told that they didnt have it. I made a new one, for the same weekend, luckily. Literally the next day David's called me to confirm my original appointment! When I told them that I made a new appointment after being told they didn't have my original one, they said that they didnt have my new appointment! Frustrating beyond belief.
All in all... I highly suggest giving any other business your time and money. David's is highly unattentive, lazy, and not customer oriented at all.

I went to David's bridal after I looked at their website. I had picked out quite a few dresses online, printed out what I wanted to look at and then took those in to them. I had Jennifer as my consultant and she was wonderful. I chose the first dress I tried on, and when I had to have the bustle put in and the hem altered, the alterations lady gave me a huge discount. A few weeks after I bought my dress, Jennifer even called me to make sure everything was going smoothly with all my wedding preparations. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I bought my beautiful dress and all my bridesmaides dresses from David's. I was happy with the service and the dresses. It is as fancy as some of the other bridal salons but the prices are much better.
I tell all my friends to go there.

I ordered my gown from a DB in Spokane and was told it could not be shipped to the store near my home in Renton. When I flew back to Spokane for a fitting, I was told it could have been shipped. Any time I called regarding a fitting or alterations, no one seemed to have any idea what was going on and I had to speak with 5 people before I could be helped.

My sister found the perfect brides maid dresses in the Spokane store as well, and was told they had them in stock in every size. When my other bridesmaids and I went to the Lynwood store, after they tried them on and we decided to order them, we were told the dresses were discontinued and there were none in any David's Bridal stores in any size.

I will never shop there again- the customer service is awful and they do not even know their own inventory.
