Our dresses arrived in plenty of time and looked beautiful. We did the alterations on the bridesmaids dresses ourselves to save money. The alterations on my dress were a little pricey. But overall very friendly and cooperative service. And beautiful dresses for a great price!

A little expensive but I did get the dress that I wanted. Honestly, the staff didn't have to do too much because I had picked out my dress in the catalog before coming to the store. I didn't like how they kept trying to add more and more accessories. It kinda made me feel like I was being pressured and I didn't like that.

My bridesmaid dresses were perfect. They even had pockets so the maid of honor could put the ring in!!!!

Ordered my dress from their website's $99 sale, it came in the mail that week, took it in & they altered it for me - did a GREAT job. It was a perfect fit and the PERFECT dress! I later used them to clean & preserve my dress. They got all the stains out (there were a ton since in poured RAIN - mud, dirt, etc.) & sent it back in a preservation box.

I loved my dress from David's Bridal, but it was a terrible ordeal purchasing the dress and having alterations. I ordered my dress in January, but due to unprofessional alteration staff members, the dress was not complete until May. Additionally, I received poor service, unless I was rude and threatening.

I didn't actually buy anything from David's Bridal. I just asked some questions to help me in planning my wedding. They were happy to assist me and gladly answered all my questions.

Had everything on time, but get the alterations elsewhere!
