I felt like a princess getting their services! They were the first and last place I went to to look for a dress. I came back because I couldn't find anything to compare. The professional help was amazing!
I ended up getting a dress on sale(for $450), the only one left in the store. Love this dress!!!

I found the perfect wedding dress at David's. I was really worried that I wouldn't find anything to fit me. The ladies there were great. I took in some pictures of what i wanted and they helped me find the perfect dress. I tried on about 8 dresses, and i kept going back to the same one. It was a designer dress by Oleg Cassini. It was beautiful. They also did a great job of altering the length and making a bussell for the dress. I also got my bridesmaid's dresses there too. It was really quick and easy and the dresses were all correct and there in a timely manner. My dress even came in early. I also ordered my wedding invitations from David's bridal online. They were beautiful. It was very user friendly and the colors matched my wedding to a T. I've had many comments on how beautiful the invitations were and how unique they were. I also got my bridesmaids gifts there too, jewelry to wear with their dresses, and it was also something they can wear again with other things. I would recommend David's to anyone needing any wedding attire or invitations.

Awful! That's all I can really say because I will get too worked up about the whole ordeal. They had ALL wrong info on me and my dress...I went in a week after ordering realizing I was so excited the day I bought my dress I never asked if they had different sizes in the slips, so I went in to exchange (which was difficult enough)...in the process I found out they ordered the wrong color dress, but were dying my shoes a different color, had the wrong name, wrong phone number,wrong address, wrong size dress, and charged me incorrectly on several items on my receipt. I also was told the dress was a different price when I tried it on. THEN, when my dress came in, it was still the wrong dress and wrong size. So I had to order another one. Then we (my bridesmaids and I) were told we could order the dress they picked out...only to find out way later that dress was not available in our color. THEN, our flower girl dress came in wrong twice (the wrong dress and the wrong size). And they just aren't incredibly nice and incredibly sketchy. I'm still upset I was told one price and rung up for a completely different! I would've paid a lot more for my second choice dress at a local boutique if I had known this place was as bad as everyone said.

They never ordered my maid of honor dresses. I called every week and a month before they tell me it was never ordered!!!

David's Bridal is THE wedding dress Wal-Mart. Can't expect anything exceptional but you don't really leave that disappointed.

I got my bridesmaid's dresses here. Very friendly and professional at the Chenal location. The one in NLR was not helpful at all. The only reason I went there was because they have a bigger selection of accessories. No major problems with the dresses except that one of my bridesmaids found out she was pregnant after her dress had already been ordered and they weren't much help getting her dress altered or replaced. She ended up not being in the wedding at all. I used David's Bridal because it was convenient for all of my out of town/state bridesmaids to get their dresses from their local stores. I also ordered my invitations through their website so the colors matched perfectly. Overall, I think David's Bridal is a little too commercialized but I guess it's convenience makes up for it.

I Loved my dress from Davids Bridal, It looked expensive but itwas a steal! Davids bridal was a little difficult to work with in regards to coordinating bridesmaids that live in different states.

I loved that I was able to walk right in to David's Bridal on a Saturday morning and walk out that afternoon with my dream dress!! They give you a catalogue when you walk in and you pick out the dresses you like from there...and then they go and find them for you and help you put them on just right and pick out accessories to match plus give any advice. They also make you feel great as you try each one on! My experience with them (though it can get rather pricy) was well worth it!

I LOVED my dress. I found it online and saw it in a magazine and was able to get it at David's Bridal. However, the woman who was in charge of helping me was a complete joke. The service was so-so, but I was just glad to get that dress!

Didn't have an appointment, but they worked me later that evening. Picked up $99 dress, so excellent value. Not keen on being ushered about, though.

Jennifer at David's Bridal made what could have been a stressful experience, a great one! She was very helpful and very patient with me while I tried on TONS of different dresses. She helped me pick the best one for me and offered her professional opinion and help with everything I decided on. She definitely has great customer service skills. She also helped me pick out my bridesmaids dresses and even sent me a card congratulating me before the wedding. I wish I could do the wedding all over again just so I could go back to David's Bridal and have her help me all over again!

My dress was a dream. First impressions in this store were terrible, however. I came to David's on a whim, during their $100 dress sale...I wasn't even engaged at the time, but I could sense it was in the cards. I stopped by right after work, and was not greeted by anyone. So, I went through the racks and selected a dress, and found an employee and asked to try the dress on. I was very rudely informed that I was not following their correct "process"...I had to fill out paperwork and look through a catalog and let an employee get my dresses for me...I almost walked out then and there because of how rude this woman was. But, I decided to be patient and go through the process. And I'm glad I did.
A recommendation--if you don't want to be "sold" on something, don't say "if only you had a dress that was a combination of those two..." because the salespeople will always find one that fit the bill. But the dress was so beautiful, I had to buy it...even though it was waaaaay out of my budget. I do think that, if you try on designer lines at other stores, you can probably find a cheaper version in the same style at a David's Bridal Store. They stay very up to date on fashions...but that also means that if there is a long gap between your purchase and your wedding, your dress may be discontinued...so you'd better hope that your size can be altered to work for you if your weight changes, like mine did.
Also, I found out that they have high turnover rates in their employees, as brides to be usually apply to work there to get a discount on their dresses and then leave. In the several times I visited, I had to be waited on by different employees because the people I had worked with previously no longer worked there.
If you apply for one of their credit cards, pay the dress off before any "interest free" months expire. It has an EXTREMELY high interest rate, and otherwise, you will never be able to pay off the balance.
Alterations were completed within a week, and were perfect.

I loved David's Bridal for my dress, but the only problem was my helper was also helping a bride with seven bridesmaids.
That bride wanted all dresses that day, so I did not get all of the attention I deserved.

My bridal attendant did a great job finding the perfect dress for me, when the one I thought I wanted ended up looking like a disaster... she knew her inventory, and came out with the winner... and even let me try it back on 3 times before I decided it WAS in fact the one!

I do not live anywhere near Little Rock. We were there visiting some family and decided to go look for a dress. We happened to find one and wondered if they could ship it to a David's Bridal near us... They said NO! Well then we decided they could just mail it to my house. We had to pay a good bit extra for them to ship it to me and then when it came in i had to recall and recall to REMIND them it was supposed to be shipped to my house... They kept calling me telling me it was ready for pick up! Then when i got my dress they didn't ship my veil! SO, we had to go through the whole process again! Thank goodness I had found it early enough that I had plenty of time to get it in.. but if someone is crunched for time i wouldn't recommend it. But my dress was gorgeous and i received tons of compliments!!

I loved David's Bridal. I already had a dress in mind and mentioned that to them, but I still wanted to try more on. They were so polite and didn't care how long I took they woked with me the whole way. They called me over and over again until my wedding day to check up on things and make sure I had everything I needed and if they could help anymroe than what they had already done.
