I wouldn't recommend David's Bridal for good service, it felt a bit like you were being herded through like cattle - not personal. Cheap, but they nickel and dime you on veils + alterations.

Davids bridal was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them!!

EVERY time I went into this store they were rude. When I was searching for a dress they helped with my decision but then when it came time to decide on a correct size they told me to get the size bigger and so when I tried it on at the first fitting it was 2 sizes too big.

I don't really like the fact that the dress couldn't be exchanged even if nothing had been done to it.

I am so happy with the bridesmaid and flower girl dresses. The consultants were so helpful in finding a style and colors that looked great on my wedding party. Wonderful!

As a bride David's Bridal was great and they were very helpful even though they were very busy. My bridesmaid dresses were a great value $79. I loved my dress and everyone complemented it because I had a red sash that was a great pop of color As a bridesmaid (I have been a bridesmaid three times this year) they were not as helpful and did not give you a lot of attention.

Solved my veil and flower girl dilemmas! I was able to get the exact veil I wanted in record time and they have a great selection for junior bridesmaids and flower girl dresses.

I got my dress for $99. I didn't have to settle for something I didn't want because it was on sale, the dress that I got was exactly what I had wanted and it was perfect! The staff that works there was very attentive and helped me pick out styles that I liked and styles that they thought would look good on me. The dress I ended up getting was actually one that the lady working there had picked out.
We also got the bridesmaid dresses there too and they were also exactly what I had pictured. They don't always have the size and style for the bridesmaid dress in the store so if you need the dresses within a few days that is the only negative thing I can think of. However, they ordered ours for us and they were there in about a week and a half which I think is very timely.

consultant was too busy to help me even though I had an appointment. They did not have my dress steamed and ready when I scheduled to pick it up, had it shceduled for pickup AFTER my wedding. I loved my dress but wish I had looked elsewhere

I was happy with my dress shopping experience. This David's Bridal shop was flexible with my schedule as an out-of-town shopper, and were honest with their opinions in how the different dresses looked on me. They were very busy that day, and I felt the customer-worker ratio was too high.

I got my gown at this store. Had an appointment, took my mom along. Jade was my attendant. I'm a plus size woman, and she is tiny, but she didn't make me feel uncomfortably at all! She was great... helped me try on 6 or 7 dresses, within our budget. Several of them were lace up backs and she patiently took her time with each one. She didn't try to push the more expensive ones on us, which was great! She even let me try 2 of them on twice as I was debating between the two. She didn't even get impatient when we took more than our scheduled time of an hour & a half. Overall a great experience!

I found a beautiful dress there for a great price... I didn't use them for alterations. I also bought a few accessories that I was very pleased with.

I was very pleased with the service at David's Bridal. The dress was absolutely gorgeous and cheaper in comparison to other stores for approx. the same dress. I also had all alterations done through the store and was more than satisfied with the quality of service and friendliness of the seamstress!

I am a larger size girl and when I started looking for a dress I talked with a rep from David's and she said that they had a large selection of dresses that would would fit off the rack no problem. I made the appointment and brought my mother in from out of town so she could be there. Well when we got there the lady to was to be servicing us was late by 20 minutes. We took measurements and got the dresses a whooping 4 that they had in the store in my size. There was only one that actually fit off the rack the rest were barely clipped to my under garments to keep them on. The dresses were all over 2ooo dollars before alterations and I did not have that much to spend. The service girl was double booked to help brides to be try on dresses so on top of everything else it took us over 2 hours to try on dresses. It was humiliating to have to stand there with half the back open in front of the entire clientel of the store that day. Needless to say I did not purchase the dress from them although they had one that I loved.

I absolutely loved me dress. And they were able to change the waiste ribbon to any color I wanted. It was great

I was completely happy with the salespeople, atmosphere, and product of Davids Bridal. Everything was top quality; everyone was friendly and helpful and cheerful; and they all did what they could to get me exactly what i needed.
