great service

I was really pleased with the quality of my dress from David's Bridal but I was not pleased with the service.I felt like I was rushed the whole time I was there.

We used David's Bridal in Johnson City to purchase my wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, and flower girl dress. They were all very beautiful and affordable! We enjoyed working with the people there and they helped in making our day very special. The only complaint we had was the first seamstress we had but from that point on we had a wonderful one there so overall, it was a great experience!

David's Bridal is the only bridal shop I went to and found my perfect dress! I had wonderful service by Sheilah who took me on and treated me as her own daughter. She was very upfront with me and knew exactly what I was looking for. After only 6 dresses, I found the one!! She helped me find the right sash, veil and jewelry to match! My dress was beautiful! She even helped pick out the bridesmaid and flower girl dresses! Everything came together so well! It was perfect!!

I never thought I'd buy my dress from them but I fell inlove with this dress and the bridesmaids dresses. I am very happy with how everyone looked. Everything went smoothly I didn't have any problems.

I got the wrong wedding dress ordered for me and then I had to pay more when they got me the right one. Also, they give you coupons for invitations, but the coupon only works on a little part of the invitations. It looks like you are getting a way better deal than you really are. I would be careful! Be sure to look over what you purchase at this place because they add on fees, etc. Then, if you need your item exchanged, etc. they give you hassle over it. I will say once I got my dress, it was as described and I was happy I got the dress.

I Loved Dealing With Everyone At This Location!!!

I bought my dress there, but wasn't happy. The dress I wanted was in the catalog and in the store but was not available for order anymore so I had to buy the one off the rack which was filthy. They are outrageous on alterations so I ended up going to an alterations place to have my dress altered. The flower girl dress was the same way except noone had one on the rack for purchase.

David's Bridal allowed me to stay and try on dresses for hours before choosing one. They provide alterations (at a fee) and can do them in a hurry. The people are friendly and not too pushy, and it was overall a good experience.

Extremely helpful in trying to find dresses in my budget. Very patient as we tried on about 50 different dresses. Don't believe that the $99 sale is ever going to end it was on going 6 months before I got engaged and now almost a year after being married it's still on going.

David's bridal was an expericance that I will never forget. My consultant (Julie) was very kind & helpful. She treated me like I was her own daughter looking for a dress. I described the dress that I wanted, even thought she brought me several she also found the dress of my dreams & brought it to me. She helped me with all of my brides maides, even the one who didn't get ther to get her dress ordered until about 4 weeks until the wedding. (I could've killed her). I spent about $1100.00 for my dress & the brides maids, concedering 2 of the girls belonged to me.

I made an appointment for early saturday morning. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment, and had to wait an hour to even start looking at dresses!! then then tried to make me try on wedding dresses in the the smallest fitting room ever with tiny mirrors. I told them that i deserved to have the big mirrors just like everyone else and then I got an attitude. that was just for my wedding dress. I went in to get my bridesmaid dresses picked out and I found an awesome design with my favorite pool blue color. I made sure that they dress was not going to be discontinued and they assured me it wouldnt. I should have known that by time I got all my bridesmaids together to purchase the dresses, they had sure enough been discontinued and we had to ship in our dresses from various locations that still had some available! Too bad that this place is one of the most popular places to buy this stuff. the service sucked and the turnover rate in the places is huge...they should do a lot better for a HUGE event for a woman!!

Well, not only did they have, hands down, the most selection of any other place I went, they have deals with so many other vendors so you end up saving money everywhere. I got 20% off invitations which saved us a TON, groom's tux free and discounts for groomsman, discounts off of flowers. Plus, since I got all my bridesmaids dresses, my dresses, flower girl and jr. bridesmaids dresses there, i knew they would all match and flow together even though each one was different.

We loved it so much, most of my family (mom, grandma, aunts) got their dresses there too.

They really worked with me and made sure I got EXACTLY what I wanted!

I love davids bridal! I didn't buy the veil, but I bought everything else, the dress, shoes, jewelry, and gloves for 500-600 total!

They have a great jewelry that matches the dresses so you don't have to shop around, great prices!

The girls at David's Bridal were wonderful. I told the girl that I didn't want to see any dresses that were over $350 and she spent about 45 minutes picking out dresses that she thought I would like. I got the first one I tried on!!! I also bought my shoes there.
