I was happy with David's Bridal... the alterations were fast and well done, and the dress was a steal!

Overall, my dress turned out great but it was difficult getting to that point. They ordered the wrong size and were going to make me pay to alter it an entire size smaller. But we asked them to order a smaller size. They went ahead and covered some of my alteration charges and apologized for ordering the wrong size. I loved my dress but not the stress it caused!

So they order the wrong size for one of my brides maids and to top it off when I went to look for my dress NO ONE wanted to help me...I stood there for about 20 mins before I walked out and the only reason I used them for my girls is because one of the brides maids was prego. other then that I would have not used them at all...

I found my dress after only trying on 4 dresses total and trying to decide after that out of two! The consultant was very patient and great with her advice. We had a theme wedding and my dress was PERFECT for our theme.

They were great in getting my "birdcage" too me when I went for my hair trial and went to pull it and the feather out....and it wasn't there! It was an empty bag!! They apologized over and over and said we will note your account so whenever you are able to come in, we will have it for you!

I really appreciated the consultant, as honestly, I thought I was just going to find my attendant's dresses there!!

Very helpful for ordering discontinued shoes and dresses from other stores and having them sent to this one. Ladies very helpful and great communicators.

I worked with Andrea at the Independence location and she was great. We came back a couple of times and she was always very nice and patient. Everyone raved about my dress!
We also purchased the bridesmaid dresses, my shoes (had them dyed purple) and some jewelry from them.
Online I ordered the guest book and a necklace for myself.
I have been pleased with all these aspects of David's.

For the price, you can't beat David's Bridal. We purchased my wedding dress as well as the bride's maid dressed there. There is a good selection with new styles coming in all of the time.

I was very disappointed with David's Bridal and their service. I will not be purchasing not one more item from them again!

I love David's Bridal. The dress that I purchased was the first one that I tried on. They were wonderful to work with for my dress and also my bridesmaids. The only complaint I would have is that I believe the tailoring fees might be a little high, but that's about it! Overall you can't beat their prices!

The store was great with ordering my dress in the correct size - and petite style, but did not inform me of how long it would take which was over 8 weeks! I am so glad that it was a long way until my wedding when I ordered it. I was also not informed that I would have to purchase the preservation kit the DAY of the my dress purchase in order to get the "special price". I would have bought it that day, the manager was unwilling to flex on the price after the fact. I was able to get some assistance from the corporate office but it was a very frustrating week. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Everyone here is AMAZING!! They were helpful with absolutely everything!! They did my bustle beautifully and I got in and out of alterations with no problems!! My girls all had no problems with their dresses and one girl actually went above and beyond to make sure my mother had her dress in time for the wedding WITH a discount!!! They're great!!

My consultant, Renee, was *wonderful*. She made the experience enjoyable. However, when I went for a fitting, Renee was not working and the consultant the assisted my mom and I was rude and cared more about herself than helping us. Some of the prices were pretty steep, but overall (with Renee's assistance) the experience was a fairly pleasant one. The seamstress was very accommodating as far as when we needed to pick up my dress after alterations, was patient and helpful, and truly cared about what I needed.
