I just KNEW the dress I saw online was the one I wanted, that was until I arrived and tried it on and ended up hating it. Well, it was recommended by a member of staff that I try a gown that had just arrived that day. He said he knew it would be absolutely gorgeous on me and indeed, it was. I cried the minute I put it on and everyone in the store, including staff marveled at me in the gown. Needless to say, I purchased it THAT day. I experienced nothing but courtesy and professionalism when I visited the store. Cheers to David's Bridal!!

Just want to share our amazing experience we had at DB. The huge number of gorgeous range of dresses really can meet your need. The customer service sucks, but oh well I knew DB was bad.

I loved my dress, and I loved the price of the dress, but that complementary cleaning was useless for saving money because they charged an insane amount to put the buttons on it to pin my train up. Don't get alterations (not even 6 buttons put on for the train) done at this place because they will charge you like crazy! Buying the dress on one of their annual sales is definitely a must though!

They were o.k. Not the best. I had an issue with my dress and it had to be sent back twice. The girl that was help me was rude and very "as a matter of fact" with me. Once I started having problems it took them forever to call me back to answer my questions. In the long run everything got worked out. Due to my budget I didnt have thedress of my dreams but it was still very pretty

The staff at David's Bridal were very helpful and professional.

My mom bought me my wedding dress from David's Bridal. It was beautiful! Service that day was busy and so my consultant was not as attentive as I would have liked but once some of the other brides cleared out, she worked very hard to make sure I had everything I needed. She supplied hair accessories, shoes, and earring to complete several different looks until I found one I loved.

David's Bridal was also the location we selected for bridesmaids dresses (the Vera Wang collection is really pretty!), and flower girl dresses as well!! All of them were lovely and they were prompt about calling when items were ready for pick up.

For a wedding dress on a budget, David's Bridal is the place to go.

I got extremely lucky finding my dress there. The sales woman was completely unprofessional and refused to tell me when a certain sale ended (it was my first time dress shopping and i wanted to try a few more before settling) She was also unresponsive and ignored me half of the time, the other half she made me very uncomfortable with how pushy she was.

Typical dress fitting. My dress was beautiful, however the consultant could have been more patient. Brides will of course have a hard time choosing the right dress and as a consultant you shouldn't rush the process or become irritated. Other than that loved the quality of my dress.

I had an extremely positive experience with David's. My dress came in way before the scheduled time and my alterations were also completed in a timely manner. The alteration dept was very attentive to me when we discovered some minor changes needed to be made after the initial alterations. My overall experience with david's was a very good one.

Wow! I was impressed with David's Bridal and when I first started my Dress Search, I wrote them off as the "Walmart" of the wedding world! But a last minute issue with my dressmaker, left me two days before the wedding with no dress! My mom and I ran to the David's Bridal Westheimer and asked if they would fit us in without an appointment and THEY DID! Then the guy who helped us was amazing and we found a dress in about two hours! It looked perfect, felt perfect and I just had to hem the sleeves and I was able to pick it up the day next day. No one knew it wasn't the dress that was custom made and everyone complimented me on it.

What can I say its David's Bridal. I booked my consultation while at the Bridal Extravaganza in Houston. When I showed up for my appointment they didnt have me on the calendar. They ended up fitting me in however my consultant was working with me and another bride at the same time, so I didnt get the attention I wanted. I didnt get to try on all the dresses that I wanted, and the consultant didnt really do a good job at bringing out other alternatives to the dresses that werent available. I ended up buying here and loved the dress.
I also got my bride's maid's dresses here. They had some issues with alterations. First they charged a lot because they said it was rushed since we needed them done in 3 weeks, then one of the dresses was taken in too much, but they did fix it.
I would reccomend them for a budget bride, but dont expect much.

Purchased my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from here. They have a good selection and fabulous prices. Our consultant was nice and helpful. Dresses came in faster then expected.

When I took my dress to get alter it was 3.5 weeks before my wedding. It normally takes at least 4 weeks for them to do alterations. They had my dress alter by the wednesday before my wedding.
