From what I saw, my bride was not too happy with David's Bridal. The bridesmaids got the wrong tops, or missing bottoms. The sales people were not too courteous. I would not recommend these people to anyone.

customer service was on the so-so scale, they were very helpful with my bridesmaids though! they got their dresses on time even though they went on short notice. Everything worked out!

This is a review for the store at 45 & 1960. When I walked in, I had a pre scheduled appointment. The front desk employee was talking with a friend that stopped in. The employee made me and my friend wait FIFTEEN minutes before helping us. UNBELIEVABLE. Then the woman that assisted us with the dresses did not listen well. We asked for a different type of undergarment and she never returned. There were 2 other customers in the store. We had to track someone else down. We went and got the dresses that I wanted to try on ourselves. She was useless. I would NEVER recommend shopping at this particular branch of David's Bridal. The employees make it more than clear that they would rather be anywhere else but there.

I loved my dress. Thanks for the patience of the assistant. I tried on at least 14 dresses, and finally found the perfect one for me. I didn't need to go anywhere else. There were dresses galore, many many different styles!!!

This is for the 1960 store in Houston, TX. The lady helping me pick my dress was more than wonderful however she had a very pushy boss that only cared about making a sell. We even over heard her stating this while shopping. Once the dress was purchased I had alterations work on the bustled. She seemed caring until I wanted it bustled differently than she wanted to do it. Then she became irritated. When a girl knows she wants something different, it’s her wedding and she is paying just do what she wants. In the end it turned out beautifully.

i love the store in arlington,tx off of cooper. I had the best bridal attendent ever.The david's bridal off of 1960 gave me horrible service and was normally rude. They didnt give me a lot of options about how i wanted things done and i felt forced to pay for things i didnt want.

My experience here at David's Bridal was ok... but could have been a lot better. The part I was thrilled with was finding my dress...Perfect! Was the first dress I tried on, after trying on 2 more I knew it was the one. And it was very reasonably priced. The part I wasn't thrilled with was my out of town bridemaid that purchased hers without me there did not receive all of her accesssories as she was supposed to. It is supposed be in their computer so all she has to do is go in and give the bride's name and then she gets all necessary stuff(or so I understood). Well it didn't happen with her and I didn't know until the wedding day so she stood as is. Not a total diseaster but I wasn't too thrilled about it. Also, the flower girls dress was not in there as I had picked it out so she could get it later. So this is just a caution to watch that. I will say that everyone there is friendly and trained to make you look beautiful on your wedding day.

The front of the store staff was wonderful, but the alterations department was awful. They lost my dress. Then when I called to find out what the problem was they told me they would call me when they found it. I never got that call, so I call back about 4 days later and they told me they found it, but it still wasn't ready. When I got a little upset with the woman on the phone, she started laughing at me and said "It will be ready when it's ready, we'll call you" and she continued to laugh at me. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that there wasn't one. What store have you ever been to that there wasn't a manager? It was horrible customer service. I will never buy from there again nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

The process of trying on dresses wasn't so great just because the salesperson wasn't entirely focused on helping me. But everything else was great, especially the alterations ladies who did a fabulous job of making my dress fit me perfectly. And the invitations turned out exactly how I wanted. The dress and invitations arrived earlier than was quoted which was great!

Overall the experience with David's Bridal was a pleasant one. Finding the perfect dress is sometimes a journey - mine worked well here.

I love my dress! I know who doesn't love their dress, I just have to say that Veronica at the store on 45 was an absolute dream come true. She was so helpful and kind, and very knowledgeable!!! I ended up buying my dress offline, and not at the store, because they didn't have my dress in the store, but the one I tried on at the store, that was almost my dress she helped pick out, and I absolutly adored it!!! Veronica, you are the bomb!!!

Too many people go to David's Bridal but the dress is affordable.

If you are looking for a dress and your wedding was and is on a budget like ours, David Bridal has what you are looking for and the dresses are beautiful.

They were all very nice as soon as you walk in the door. They assign you to one person and that person helps you with everything from helping you pick out dresses, getting them for you and taking you to a dressing room. If you need help buttoning or lacing up something, they're there for ya! I even had one lady going to get accessories for me to try on with the dresses. They will occasionally have some really good sale on some dresses! I would highly recommend David's Bridal!

Invitations were awesome and cheap.

They were so amazing.
Not only did they help me find the perfect wedding dress, they helped me with the accessories, gave me ideas for my bridesmaids and they kept in contact to make sure everything was working for me.
