i found my dress here and fell in love with it the first time

The lady that helped me made me feel like crap by consistently pointing out to me that dresses in my prize range would be hard to find because my budget was too "low". She would look at dresses and be like oh lets skip this one, you don't have that kind of money etc. If it wasn't for this dress that i had my eyes set on that i saw online and hoping to find it in person i would have left immediately, however I found the dress...and I loved it! I tried it on even if i was annoyed from the service but i knew it was it! The tailor that had to alter my dress made my experience better and if it wasn't for her, i would be giving a lower rating.

The lady's at David's Bridal Hialeah were AWESOME!! they were extremely patient with me, my 10 Bridesmaids and flower girl. The alterations lady was great as well. I had been to the Pembroke Pines and Coral Gables location but the associates were rude. I <3 the way my dress fitted and best of all I bought 2 dresses for $300!!!

Great people to work with. They knew exactly the dress I was looking for. They made everything so easy!!

Had such an aweful experience from having to pick a new wedding gown 3 months before my wedding because it had a huge bump in the middle of the dress that they couldnt fix so i had to pick a new one then the same day the bridemaids dresses came in and were completely see thru.. it was such a mess there was more but it would take days to explain .. they were not helpful and didnt care at all about all the problems

To start, I just want to say I love my dress. Working with David's Bridal was a little rocky. I schedule my apt to come in and try on dresses and had brought my best friend, Mom and mother in law with me. They lost my apt so I was being passed along by two people. Finally when the lady was just with me she did an excellent job, during the time she realized she had the perfect dress for me she told me she would be right back and came back with a dress that was actually my size (0, which is very hard to find in a store) I tried it on and I just knew that was the dress. The dress was long and had a lot of embroider on the bottom and I knew I would lose some of that which I was OK with I'm short and had to deal with that my whole life. The people who handle the sewing came out and said yes it could be done. A few days later I came back and tried it on for them they told me who ever sold me the dress should never have done it b/c they couldn't shorten it b/c of the design on the bottom and I would lose some of it I told them thats OK I understood that but they still gave me a hard time. I was very annoyed with the sewing people and thought their cost were way to expensive and the attitudes needed to be changed.

I planned my wedding in 3 months so by the time I got to the dress part I could only get my they had available at the store and I couldn't order one. I don't know why u cant order a dress in a shorter time. They also didn't have many dresses available at the store in bigger sizes! so I had a very limited selection of about 3 dresses.

All the ladies at Davids Bridal were very helpful. They went every step of the way till the end. To amke sure that my dress and my bridesmaid and mom were looking fabulous!

Help me and My entire wedding party! would go to again!

I had such a great experience at this David's Bridal. I tried on 2 dresses and found the perfect one. The lady who assisted me was very courteous and professional. I went back with my entire bridal party a week later to purchase their dresses. Great service.

great place to find anything you need for your dress, or to add, even if you need a dress

While I really loved my dress, I thought the cost for other items like the slip, bra, and veil were ridicuous. For a chain company, you would think the prices would be more competitive.

I was very pleased with the services provided and the attention paid to detail.
