Everyone was very friendly. While trying on dresses, anyone who walked by complimntes me and made be feel really good about myself. The manager actually remembered my name and greeted me every time I went in there (which was a lot!). Negatives- the saleswoman I had kinda rushed me and it takes them way too long to answer the phone!

I was treated pretty well by this DB. They don't have a giant array of dresses, but I found one. I'm plus sized and I was glad they had my size, but they didn't for all the dresses I wanted to try out, and other ones they only had in really, really large sizes. This surprised me because I'm in the size range that I thought was more typically populated as far as plus sizes go, but maybe I'm wrong.

Anyway, just like at every DB's I visited (2 or 3 all told in different locations), they have ridiculously small dressing rooms. When the dresses you're trying on are big and poofy and you always need a second person to help you out, I don't know why they make them so puny.

They had to hem my dress by a few inches, as well as my slip a little bit too. I think they did it too short, which is a little annoying and I'm slightly irked looking at my wedding photos because of that, but it's not a huge deal and it showed off my awesome wedding shoes anyway (glittery ruby slippers).

As far as quality goes, for what I paid for the slip I wasn't especially impressed. It was very thready. The dress was ok, one or two random threads that had to be cut off. I liked the satiny material though, which might be considered cheap depending who you are, but this IS David's Bridal we're talking about.

I had wanted a sweetheart neckline for my dress, but the dress I liked didn't have one. I asked if it could be altered for that and they said yes. But the way they did was just to sew a few stitches in the middle of the neckline so that it looked slightly puckered in the center. It didn't do anything positive for my dress, but what could I do? They could remove the stitches and then I'd have tiny little holes in the fabric and it might be all crinkled or something, so I just left it. I'm still unhappy about how that turned out.

So, based on the fact that they shortened my dress too much and screwed up the neckline for me, I minused some stars on quality of service and value. I guess I'd still recommend the place since it's cheap if that's the budget you've got to work with.

Well where do I start. Dissappointment. Unprofessional staff. Ridiculous Managers who are fake and could care less about you. Alterations what a joke. I left my dress there in October and it wasnt ready in December, it had to be redone. Does anyone know what they are doing there. I bought the dress this summer. The Alterations Manager at that time helped me so much it was the only reason I bought the dress. But when I came in for alterations she was no longer there and the replacement didnt have a clue!!! I will never refer anyone here I was so upset I cried when I left the store after picking up my dress. I have read the other reviews and why am I the only registered bride...everyone else is only a guest. are these real reviews?

Let me start with the positive: I absolutely loved my dress!!! The price was great for the quality and no one would have known I hadn't spent $5,000 on it. It was also really nice to purchase all the accessories (perfectly coordinated) and have the whole ensemble put together and ready to go in one trip. My sales associate was nice and knowledgeable and it was good to have financing available on the spot. I also liked that I could have my whole wedding party coordinated (with men's wearhouse).
The downside: The store was very uncoordinated. Alterations were a hassle over the phone (great in person) and wound up not even having my hem started on the day I drove 12 hours to pick it up. I had checked the day before and they said they were on schedule. The other thing (that may seem small) was that when the special orders for my wedding party came they called me not whoever ordered it.... So then I had to call my party member and inform them to call the David's Bridal.

Hems and bustles are not included in price so figure on adding more to the overall cost of your dress!!!
Sales associates in Grand Junction are great, alterations employees were very difficult and at times outright rude!

David's Bridal was great... My mom and I probably went into the store at least twice a week for about 3 months and they are just the nicest people in there... The only one complaint I would have it sometimes they are not the most organized people but other then that they are great... and their dresses are reasonably priced!!!

My experience with David's Bridal was alright, nothing great. David's Bridal was the first place I went to find a wedding gown, but I ended up purchasing my dress elsewhere after the consultant reassued me the gown came in my size and went to place my order, only to come back and tell me it wasn't available in my size after all and that it would cost more than the price of the dress to alter. Some other problems I had with them were that they offered little help to a couple of my bridesmaids and my maid of honor's seamstress didn't seem to know what she was doing.
The good experiences I had with David's Bridal were that I was able to find my shoes and purse on clearance for a great price, all the bridesmaid dresses came in on time, and it made it easy to coordinate with Men's Wearhouse to get matching vests and ties.

I went through David's Bridal for an accessories package (garters, guest book, flower girl basket, etc.), and was pleased with the sales price, but upon use of the items, not so pleased with the quality. After signing, the pages of guest book were falling out. Otherwise, the rest was okay. I did not purchase my dress through David's, but did have a David's brand dress that I bought used through Craig's List. I was unhappy that David's refused to alter or clean the dress, even though I offered to pay them whatever they asked for the services. The worst of it was that one of my bridesmaid's was sold a dress that had already been altered. It still fit her okay, but okay was not what we would have wanted for a wedding. Our experiences with David's Bridal were not the worst, but weren't good either.

David's Bridal was great! I actually got sick in the middle of my alterations appointment, and no one even blinked an eye.

The sales woman was very helpful and honest. I told her what i was looking for in a dress, and she knew it exactly. She was very right, the first dress I tried on was the one I ended up buying. She listened exactly to what I wanted and didn't try to get me to go for the more expensice gowns just to make the sale. I received follow-up calls from her every few weeks to make sure that everything worked out with the dress.

Very very helpful. I actually didn't schedule an appointment but just dropped by to check it out. They treated me like I had an appointment and bought my dress that day. Very professional.

The quality of service at this David's bridal was very good. My mom, dad and sister went with me for trying on dresses and they were very accommodating to everyone. I found a dress that I liked. Their dresses are reasonably priced, especially if you find one on sale, however the cost of accessories is rather high (true of any bridal shop I suppose). I would shop around for accessories, but for your dress and for dresses for your girls, they did a great job. Very happy with the alterations and how quickly and efficiently they were completed.

The employees were very helpful, they helped me find the perfect dress, matched my jewlery, vail, shoes, and tiara perfectly. I was very pleased and impressed. All my bridesmaid's got there dresses there too, one across the country. They gave me a great weddind dress day experience.
