Great experience. Davids was polite and professional, and did their best to make sure I was comfortable during the whole process. We had a few problems with the specific consultant (who kept insisting I was a size that I clearly wasn’t…when I would move a certain way or jump, the dress would slide down to my hips). He was new, and has since quit. So chances are you will have a more experienced consultant. And hopefully you won’t be forced to order a dress that is so awfully large that you need dramatic alterations.
As for price, you can’t beat it. I was able to purchase a dress with beading and a long train for an extremely reasonable price. I felt like a million bucks, without breaking the bank.
I did buy my accessories elsewhere…those were far too expensive at David’s. But if you’re willing to do a little research, you can find great deals online or at other stores.

When looking for my wedding dress I knew what I wanted and how I wanted to look and feel on the day of our wedding. When we went to David's Bridal we met with Stephanie who had just been at David's for a few weeks. She got what we were looking for right away and by the 3rd dress I had found the dress!

Stephanie was extremely helpful and patient. We went back to see her to get my bridesmaids, matron of honor and mother of the bride dresses and she was great as I changed my mind several times! I would highly recommend David's!

I found my dress, shoes, and veil at David's Bridal. All of the staff there was very helpful and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. They have a huge selection of dresses that you can try on in your size (unlike some of the smaller bridal stores). I would highly recommend David's Bridal to any bride looking for that perfect gown!

I purchased my dress from Davids Bridal of Glen Burnie but was very dissatisfied with the service. I went in requesting to try on 3 different dresses all mermaid styles. The consultant who helped me could not find either of the 3 dresses and proceed to find me full ball gowns (even though i told her I was interested in mermaid style dresses).

When I asked to see other mermaid style dresses, she still continued to bring me ball gowns or gowns that she said "are my favorite in the store", I appreciate her showing me her favorites, however they were not the style I requested. After about 45 minutes I was ready to leave and find another store to purchase my dress from.

My best friend decided to take matters into her own hands and searched every rack in the store for atleast 1 of the 3 dresses I like. Sure enough in just 10 minutes she came back with my top pick of the 3 dresses my consultant told me she couldn't find.

I purchased that dress that day thanks to my best friend. Without her David's Bridal would have lost me as a customer.

On the other hand my bridesmaids purchased their dresses from Davids Bridal. Everything for their experiences was great.

I worked with mollie and She was lovely and helped me find the perfect lace jacket and ribbon to match my dress. I had purchased my dress elsewhere but it was nice that i was not treated differently.

I chose to pick out my wedding dress on my own and the bridal consultant was so professional and supportive of my decision. She even took pictures with my cell phone so I could send them to my grandmother in California! She was almost like family to me. It was great. Her name was Gerri. Not sure if she's still there but she was the best! I came back a few days later with my 2 bridesmaids and she was wonderful. I had already bragged to my girls about her and they loved her just as much as I did. She really made my moment so much fun. She also was very professional and constantly reminded us of dates and deadlines. Even called to remind me of appointments or deadlines.

I LOVE my dress. I couldn't have found a more perfect dress. I feel that this bridal shop needs to make less appointments at the same time though, it is so hectic in there and your consultant is also consulting with several other brides at the same time. Would have liked to have had more undivided attention

DO NOT GO TO DAVIDS BRIDAL! First they forced my bridesmaids to order their dresses 8 months in advance because they said their dress was going to "be discontinued." It is still on sale today. Because of this, the girls that lost weight were forced to alter their dresses as Davids would not let them exchange them for a smaller size. The alterations were AWFUL and when my mom called the company to see if they would reimburse them for the awful alterations the woman on the phone was crass and disrespectful. All around a terrible experience.

The price was great!!! The consultant the assisted me was wonderful and very expieranced! The Alterations department was not so cordial or professional but I did get my dress done in time!!

I loved my dress! Knew what I wanted when I walked in, they helped me get fitted and accessorised perfectly for my day!

In the past I have heard snide remarks about David's Bridal, as if it were the Wal-Mart of dress shopping, but now that I have used them for myself I have alot of great things to say about them. Firstly, Jeff was so helpful and they were even able to alter my dress just about 2 weeks before the event. The dress was a little more than I would have liked to pay, but getting my dress the first time we went looking and having them arrange to do all the alterations in time for our event, was well worth the expense!

David's Bridal gets a really bad rap and I was nervous about going to them for my dress, but I didn't have much time (less than 4 months) before my wedding when I went dress shopping. Overall - my experience with the David's in Glen Burnie, MD. was excellent! My consultant Jeff was AMAZING! Patient, fun, and completely helpful. Within two hours of shopping I found the perfect dress and because it was brand new into the store and not torn/ dirty, etc., I took it home with me that day. I didn't find the alterations cost to be outrageous (and I had to have about 5 inches taken in around my lower waist), and they were very organized and professional. Overall - it was a great experience and I got the perfect dress for my wedding day!

It is a great place to get a dress. the only bummer was when i went to get my dress is was so packed the whole experience was a little deflated. The customer service was good and the seemstress was very nice! I was alittle bumbed about how expensive my alterations where, since they we cloase to the cost of the dress its self.

We went to the location near Glen Burnie/Bowie, Maryland. I had called prior to arriving and mentioned that I was interested in a certain dress which I had seen online and requested they hold it to ensure it would still be there upon my arrival. When we arrived, they gave me the dress and assigned me to a woman who worked there who could help us choose a dress. They said they were very busy and we should have made an appointment. When I called, I told them I would be coming on Saturday and I gave them a time I would be there! I feel they should have mentioned over the phone that an appointment was recommended, especially since I thought I had one! So we had to share our "dress assistant" with two other women searching for dresses. I felt I did not receive the once-in-a-lifetime attention that is expectied when searching for bridal gowns. I did end up buying the gown there becuase they were the only location in Maryland which carried the dress I liked. When I purchased the dress, the woman at the checkout counter told me alterations were included in the price. I found out later, however, they were not. I will not be going back to that store in the future for any reason. They only positive remark I can give is that I found a dress (on my own) that I absolutely loved and it perfectly fit the theme of my wedding.
