I absolutely LOVED my dress! And they were great to work with. The only hesitation I have is how it was altered-it didn't lay completely straight. I will give them that it was an asymmetrical dress which made it difficult, but still, I paid them good money to alter it.

Overall, I was very happy with their service though!

My dress was absolutely gorgeous. However, like most brides, I was on a budget. One of the sales agents kept trying to bring me dresses over my budget. Eventually, She picked out the perfect dress for me. I would've never picked that dress. They were able to have it altered to look like a completely different dress. It blew my mind.

My wedding dress was absolutely beautiful, and the alterations were just perfect. The only problems I had with David's Bridal were concerning the bridesmaid dresses - the ones I chose became discontinued about a month after I picked them, and they never notified me, so when my bridesmaids went in the store, they were unable to buy the dress. I had to contact THEM in order to choose a different dress; I felt like it should have been the other way around.

Picked a beautiful dress, got lots of help and had all alteration completed within weeks. Ladies there are terrific, friendly and super helpful. Overall a great experience.

I went into David's not expecting to find a dress. I bought the first one I tried on. They really had a wide selection of different necklines...I didn't want the typical strapless dress and was having a hard time finding places that offered more than just that. I was suprised at how many differendt styles they had. The girls there were very sweet and always remembered me when I came in for fittings. We went on a sale weekend and got everything for a steal!

If you are a bride who already has a gown but just needs a few finishing touches, then David's Bridal is definitely NOT the place for you. I wore my mother's gown and needed only the shoes, handbag, wrap and jewelry. Once the sales staff learned that I wasn't going to spend a fortune in their store, they hardly noticed me at all. When I finally did order my shoes, I tried them on without socks. They were the MacKenzie style. They seemed to function as shoes should, so I went ahead and had them dyed ivory. ON THE MORNING of my wedding, I discovered that I could not wear the shoes. The way the shoes fasten caused them to slip off my feet when wearing nylons. The design of the shoe is seriously flawed. I had to wear a pair of shoes that had been lying in my closet for some time. When I tried to return the shoes, I was told that I could not have my money back, only store credit. They didn't care that the entire design of the shoe is faulty and could not be worn. I feel that they ruined my day and then didn't even make it right by giving me a refund on a defective product. I won't ever do business with them again or recommend any of their services to anyone.

Got the dresses that we wanted for our entire party.

We got all the dresses in the wedding party from david's bridal. Loved them all! The colors were great, and I loved loved my dress. The sales ladies were nice too, every time we went back they were friendly and helpful. My complaint would be in alterations... I was told it would take 6 weeks and I went to a talior and had it done in 1 week for less money.

Compare to others davids bridal store, this one is the best. They have the best services, especially the alteration department. I love this store. I will definitely go back to this store if i want to buy other dresses in the future.

I loved my dress. I went to pick up my dress and they were too busy to steam it. I had called several days ahead and told them when I would be in. I would suggest calling the morning you plan on picking it up or the evening before. I had to have someone else steam my dress.

I looked at the David's bridal in Dallas and in Lewisville. I also looked at 7 other bridal stores. I finally bought my dress at the David's Bridal in Frisco during their $99 dress sale. The sale is the way they get you in the door and the selection varies greatly by store at the time of the sale. I was determined to stay within a tight budget. I finally found a dress for the $99 price tag that was gorgeous and fit me very well. When I told the sales lady I was only looking at the sale dresses, she lead me to them. I picked out 3 and went to try them on. She was working several brides at the time and left me alone for 45 minutes so I just kept going with out her. The dress was beautiful and after I bought it, they keep it to do a bead check and make sure the dress is in good condition before you leave with it. Service was so so, but they didn't pressure me to try the more expensive dresses which I appreciated and I suspect the sale days are very hectic for them. I will say that when I was at the Lewisville store (not during a sale) they were very helpful and suggested options to add sleves and such to the dress to make it my own. For the price, you can't beat it.

My dress was beautiful, and I got a lot of compliments. I was disappointed a bit in the alterations department, though. I was told to bring my dress back in after I purchased it (right off the rack) for cleaning and pressing and to check the dress over for any loose beads, etc. When I brought it in, the girls in alterations argued with me about whether this service was included or not, questioned me about whether I had taken it and had pictures done before bringing it in, and then said I would have to leave it for 3 weeks for pressing and cleaning. Finally someone from the front of the store settled with them that the service was definitely included, and after calling the next day I was able to get them to cut the 3 weeks to 2 weeks. However, the day it was supposed to be ready, I called ahead to make sure it was ready, was told yes, then when I got there nobody had even touched the dress. I had to wait for them to spot clean it and press it, and I feel that there is no way they had time to look it over for loose beads and the insert on the back of the dress needed to be sewn back on in one section. I didn't have the dress bustled because it was going to cost me at least $50, and now I'm glad I didn't because I don't have faith in that department of the store.

All that said, I still loved my dress.

They took a lil while to realize i was in there and that i needed help with a wedding gown but my maid of honor eventually got their attention. They girl that helped me was really helpful and she really took the time to find some gowns that would work with my body type and budget. I also got my shoes there, they were lovely. Everyone commented on both my shoes and my dress, they went together amazingly. Over all i would definitely recommend this store.

I was 100% pleased with David's Bridal. They treated me with care and were incredibly accommodating and respectful. My dress was perfect and the alterations were flawless. I got my dress within a month of ordering when it was supposed to take six. They exceeded my expectations immensely.

6 months before my wedding I found the PERFECT dress at David's Bridal. It was simple and elegant. It also fit PERFECTLY. I mean it was like it was made for me! I thought it was so awesome that I wasn't going to have to get it altered. I bought it and of course tried it on several times during the next few months. Several weeks before the wedding I had my bridal portraits done. I got into my gown MYSELF. Zipped it up MYSELF. No problems. The next week I took it to David's to get it pressed for the wedding (the free pressing was included in the cost of the gown. Well, 2 days before my wedding I picked it up... IT DIDN"T FIT!!!! My mother could barely get it zipped up. I couldn't draw a deep breath. There was no way I could wear it for more than 15 minutes. I took it back to have them fix it. Oh, they'd fix it alright... and they'd have it ready in time for my wedding... BUT THEY WANTED ME TO PAY TO HAVE IT RESIZED!!! It fit when I brought it in but it was dramatically smaller when I picked it up. I cried and even had them call the manager. But since they said that it was IMPOSSIBLE for it to have shrunk then it wasn't their fault. It cost me $100 to have it resized!!!
