I found the dress I wanted with the help from my family. The lady that worked with me was not as friendly as she should have been but regardless I still found the perfect dress!

Loved loved loved my dress.. It was the first one that I tried on, and I knew it was the one!

The staff was friendly and ready to help even without an appointment. They helped me find the perfect dress and the dress was ordered and arrived early. They altered it quickly and showed us how to bustle it. They helped each bridesmaid find what she liked and were very attentive.

The sales associate did good with helping me to find my dress. They are getting a two because they are always so busy and they overbook their staff. My associate had three appointments at the same time both times I went in, for my dress and then the bridesmaids. That makes it hard for the associate to tend to the customers. Also they measured one of my bridesmaids and they ordered her the size of dress she measured for. When the dress came in it was 4 inches too small and woulld not zip. They said they could put a corset in the back for 170.00, they should have fixed it for free because they were the ones that ordered the size. I think the lady measured her incorrectly because she had actually lost 10 pounds since ordering the dress. Then she had to pay 20.00 to rush a different dress so that we could get it in time for the wedding. They are not very professional at all.

Overall Davids Bridal is a wonderful dress shop! Depending on who is helping you though will determine really how fun your trip is. I do know that i had to have my dress altered and the seamstress was amazing!!! She made it fun and she knows exactly what she is doing. I trusted her opinions and in the end my dress was beautiful!!!

They did a good job with my dress. They seemed a little disorganized at times. Very expensive on alterations. I found a person that did it for waaaay cheaper.

Pretty good considering they are a 'franchised' wedding gown vendor, not disappointed. dress was beautiful, service was good, and price was excellent.

Please note that alterations are NOT part of the original cost of the dress. I picked a dress from here instead of the one that I really wanted from a different store thinking I might save some money, and in the end with all the charges on alterations I could have just bought the dress I really wanted.

However the alterations were perfect and my dress felt great on my wedding day. No pulling up on my strapless dress at all.

My wedding party was spread out through several states and everyone was able to get their dress right on time for the ceremony.

They do try and scare you in to buying your dress immediately though. They told us if we didn't buy our dress right then that they would not have it in time for the wedding. So we did, scared that not everyone would be in the right outfits, and it stressed the pocketbook for that month. The dresses showed up literally 2 days later.

I was not that impressed with David's. At first, when I was shopping for a dress, they were as nice as can be, did whatever they could to help. Then, came time for alterations. At the time I bougtht my dress, no one explained to me that I would need a bustle. When I went to have my bridal portraits taken, the bottom of my dress got very dirty. The ladies at David's acted like I should have known I would need a bustle. I had NO IDEA what a bustle was, much less know that I would need one. They went on to explain that since I had worn the dress that I could not have it pressed for free....that was not explained to me either. Anyway, I left my dress to have a bustle put on. When it was time for me to pick up my dress from alterations, the service and professionalism was ridiculous. The dress looked great....until the wedding night at the reception. My bustle BROKE. My friend has to pin my dress up...using the strings sewn on my dress for the bustle. We had to make another trip to the bathroom during my reception to, once again, try and fix the bustle. No surprise to me, but the strings that were sewn on my dress for the bustle came completely off. Needless to say, the bottom of my dress became even dirtier than it was to begin with when I dropped it off to be altered.

We found the perfect dresses for the bridesmaids here...as well as my own bridal gown. The girls had strapless, teal dresses with rhinestone embellishment on side. None of the girls had the same body type, so we were going to be flexible and have them pick out there own styles in the same color...but once they tried on the strapless dress...it was flattering on all their figures. They were beautiful! What a delight and relief!

I found the perfect dress for me, but when it came in it had stains on it, mind you this was a brand new dress...it also had a run in the overlay fabric. Robin was on duty that day, and got me a sizable discount on the dress and made the experience better for me. This is a big retailer, just make sure to check your dress when it comes in...overall, I would recommend this vendor to shop for your dress. I did buy my bridesmaids dresses there as well...and they were perfect!

I couldn't have asked for better service. When I arrived I was taken back immediately. They did not have the discontinued dress I wanted in the size we needed so they called multiple stores to try and find it. Unable to find it they made me a great deal on altering it to fit what I needed. The staff is very knowledgeable and great when it comes to fashion, design, and feeling out what is wanted based on deions and body style. Alterations did an awesome job getting things done. I was very impressed with the whole ordeal. And this took less than 6 months not almost a year which was a huge plus since I didn't have a lot of time.

Staff is great from start to finish with my dress and the girls we were treated like queens.

I bought my wedding dress from David's in Town East about 10 years ago and actually got to wear it for the first time on my wedding day this year (9/4/2010). The dress remained in excellent condition just sitting in the back of my closet all of this time! My only issue with David's is that they wouldn't clean and press the gown although it was their gown and I could prove that it was because of the gown's age. Once they found that I was not an opportunity for a new sale, I kind of got kicked to the curb. Oh well, glad the dress was good and I could still fit into it! LOL

I used the Davids Bridal in Hurst! These ladies were amazing!! In a freak out last minute frenzy I felt pressured to buy a dress during their $99 dress sale from my parents. The problem was it was the last day of it and I had to make a decision. So I went with the dress that I really liked. A few days later I was full of guilt and remorse that I didn't even try on the dress I really loved. So went back and the ladies were sooo nice to me, they allowed me to exchange my dress originally purchased for the one I really loved!! They took really good care of me and made sure every time I went in there I was completely taken care of. I really enjoyed my dress shopping experience!

I was pleased with David's Bridal. However, on my fittings the dress was not altered correctly. Whenever I came to pick up the dress with the final alterations (I bought the floor model) it was supposed to be spot cleaned and all the wrinkles out. However, it was completely wrinkled. The ladies were all nice and a great value for the money. Alterations dept. was a pain though.
