I absolutely love my dress I got from Davids and it was only 120 dollars! It was a quality gorgeous gown and no one could believe I got it at David's and for such a great price. Staff is another story though. I also got my bridesmaids dresses from them so I spent a lot of time at Davids. Sometimes staff was friendly and helpful other times not at all. On one occasion, the staff who was supposed to be helping me continued to talk about her own wedding and tried to "one up" everything I said about my own wedding, even when I wasn't talking to her! The bridesmaids dresses all fit perfectly when they tried them on in the store but not when they were ordered. Basically they have good products but are more like the Walmart of wedding shops. You'll have plenty of options it's convienent but don't expect outstanding service. I don't regret my decision to use them for my and my bridesmaids attire though. My dress was beautiful and so were my girls in the end.

David's Bridal definitley has it's plusses and minuses. First of all, the staff I met with was generally very helpful and friendly. They allowed me to exchange my dress for a different style (of equal or greater value) when I had a freak-out moment and decided I'd picked the wrong dress. I was SO grateful they allowed me to do the exchange! My dress turned out great and was at a much more reasonable price than some of the designer shops and boutiques would have been. I didn't have any issues with them. I was dissapointed that I purchased a bra from them that didn't end up working out, and was unable to return it (even just 2 days after the purchase, in original packaging with tags still on). I wish their return policy was just a little more lenient. However, I ended up exhanging the bra for a veil and hairpins so that ended up working out ok in the end. I did not get my alterations done there, as I found a private seamstress at a better price. Overall, I wouldn't be afraid to shop there based on some of the negative reviews you see. My experience was just fine and I LOVED the drses!

Davids Bridal was unacceptable to returns like when my veil was torn when i bought it, but didnt notice until i got home. other than that, i would purchase from there again!

A great experience, start to finish. I tried on a ton of dresses, couldn’t find a complete package I liked. The manager stopped by, asked what I liked about each dress, then she went and pulled one that had those features – incredible. They were very accommodating; I even took a picture with my sales person!! Ha ha. We ordered the bridesmaid dresses like 2 months out and everyone had them with plenty of time. I got my dress altered there too, the bustle was great, we had a hard time figuring it out at the reception, but it was complicated with the design of the dress. I also had it taken in a tad – should have taken it in more, it was snug at my final fitting, but day of, it was sliding all over the place. I got a TON of compliments on my dress and veil, super affordable and if you look, or ask in my case, you can find a unique dress!!

They were very patient as I tried on lots of dresses. The alterations were wrong the first time I went back, but they fixed it. The cost of the dress and other dresses was good, but alterations were really expensive. Also, nobody told me the last date the bridesmaids needed to order their dresses, so I ended up having to change the color.

The experience of wedding dress shopping at David's Bridal was amazing. The employees were very helpful and made sure that I got exactly what i wanted for my big day!

I went in 3 weeks before my beach wedding, I had in mind what I wanted and my budget and told the ladies. They were very helpful. Though this was my 2nd wedding, I wanted something simple and around $250 or less, as I had seen several dresses online in that price range. Come to find out, most of the dresses shown online are not carried in the store and you have to order them online. The ladies helped me work around that problem and we narrowed it down to a few dresses.The first dress I tried on was the PERFECT wedding dress for my beach wedding! It was a little over my budget, but it was perfect. The ladies were so nice. I ent back to this vendor because I had used them for my first wedding as well and they were fabulous! I will reccomend them over any other David's Bridal store in the area! My only problem was that one lady kept pushing alterations on my dress when I had told her that my mom is a seamstress, my wedding was in 3 weeks, and I did not need it altered nor did I need a bussel, she seemed a little pushy, but other than that, everything was wonderful!

The dresses there are very beautiful and they have lots of sale and decently priced dresses. My only complaints with them is their sample dress I tried on did not match in size to the dress I received. The sample fit snuggly, very well. While I did lose a little weight, the dress I received and tried on was according to the seamtress, a whole size bigger. I know that I did not change a whole dress size between ordering the tress and trying on the one I bought.
Because of this I had a huge alteration cost of nearly $300. No alterations are included in the cost. The bustling they did was pretty but was also very expensive. I was also surprised when they called for my alterations appointment and hadn't been told my dress is in! They never called me and it had been in for over a week.
I also agree with another reviewer that they are slightly pushy in selling you the 'extras' like veil, bra, and shoes but they are all overpriced in my opinion. I found a perfectly good pair of wedding shoes online almost identical for $20! With shipping!

I had gone to David's due to them being well known for their affordable wedding attire. The wedding dresses were pretty, and I liked the wide variety of bridesmaids dresses. Despite having two appointments to look for my wedding dress, I ended up not getting it here due to not finding anything unique. The one dress I had narrowed it down to ended up being the same dress 14 of my facebook "friends" had worn to their wedding. Needless to say-that turned me off. The bridesmaid dresses were found at David's though, and they were extremely flattering and made the maids look so pretty! The one downside to ordering them though, was when the manager who was taking the dress order tried to get my maid of honor to order the dress 2 sizes bigger than the one she had previously tried on, and fit in perfectly! The manager tried to explain that due to my maid of honor's measurements, she needed a larger size! So despite being made to feel fat, we ordered the smaller size, which ended up fitting her perfectly! I think David's is nice, but lacks in having the "special" dress for the bride due to the mass production of the stock.

I had a very mixed experience with David's Bridal. When my wedding was called off, my mom called the very next day to see if there was anything that could be done, as no one had received their dress yet. She was told there was nothing we could do.

Imagine our surprise when, 4 months later, someone told us that if the girls hadn't taken possession of their dress, they could receive a full refund! If we had known that, no one would have picked their dress up. As it was, 4 out of 6 bridesmaids already had their dresses in hand. We were told that if their dresses still had the tags on, etc. they could exchange them for merchandise.

While it is not their fault that the wedding was called off, it is very frustrating that my girls could have gotten their money back. We didn't order super early - 5-6 months out, as recommended.

I bought on of their higher end dresses (Oleg C) and it was so beautiful. I wear a size 14 and ended up in a strapless dress which looked amazing on me. The quality of the dressed they sell (we bought our bridesmaids dresses there also) was outstanding as well. The dressed fit the bridesmaids very well and looked beautiful.

I got my veil from David's Bridal, as well as my bridesmaid dresses. My veil was $150, I was buying it only 2 days before the wedding, and the sales ladies were very helpful.
My bridesmaid dresses I had already picked out online, and it's a good thing because when we came in to get those, the sales girl was not helpful at all. She left us alone for more than half an hour...not the service I am used to from them.

I was lucky and was able to get my dress on sale. It was my 2nd dress. They were very pushy about buying all my stuff there. I received a used bra and slip. They would not give me new. I paid new for the used item.

David's Bridal has absolutely gorgeous dresses however they are a little expensive. I did pay a lot for my dress and having alterations done was difficult for my schedule but in the end they are a wonderful place. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. They are willing to help with anything and I loved my wedding dress in the end.

They have the best staff helping you i had no problems and all of my stuff and my girls stuff came from them. They are an outstanding team and will work with you all day to find that one perfect dress!!
