David's Bridal in El Paso, Texas was not at it's best in customer service. My bridesmaids and mothers of flowers girls had some complaints about how they were treated. Some of their associates were very rude and disrespectful.
On the other hand, the dresses ordered came in earlier than expected. They also steamed my bridal gown and did a magnificent job. I had bought the dress at a David's out of town and they were very flexible about taking care of my dress the week of the wedding.

David's Bridal is easy to work with. Alterations are expensive though, I would try to find an alternative. All Sales Final too..

I went shopping for dresses here and the Sales Associates were really nice. I didn't find my dream dress here, but my bridesmaids got their dresses here. I had a good experience with David's Bridal. I had to go several times for bridesmaids, and accessories and each time they were nice and not rude at all.

David's Bridal is the place to go to get your wedding gown. They have sales very frequently. My dress was perfect, because I wanted very inexpensive ($99.00), elegent and simple. The associates were very negative & had no intentions in helping my last minute bridesmaids.

They have a slim selection available but their prices are great.

The wedding gown and veil that I chose for my wedding ended up looking better on me the day of the wedding! I loved the detail of the dress and did not have to spend alot to purchase it. The bridesmaid and flower girl dresses also came out fantastic and everyone looked gorgeous!

In the end my dress was wonderful, but it was a long process to get there. First they put pearls on my dress to hide the alterations. The problem with this was my dress was a clean look with no lace or pearls. They did take the pearls off, but the bustle still was not what I wanted. After the third try they did get it right. So if you are not good at confrontations bring a friend that will stand up for you. Remember it�s your wedding and your dress so get it how YOU want it.

Everybody loved my dress and I had fun with it! the employees are good and I was amazed how good they are at taking care of you! thanks for making my day so much fun!

The staff were pretty helpful on a busy Saturday, especially considering that I didn't have an appointment. The sales person was able to get me a discount on the dress of my dreams, and didn't try to "upsell" me to a more expensive gown.

The customer service could be better, and need to be more flexible with customers. We spend a lot of money for our big day and don't need to be hassled.

The clerks were so nice, and they never get tired of staying with you and helping you try a 1000 dresses. Most of the dresses were beautiful and not expensive, in fact the one i chose was exactly what i was looking for and I only paid 400.oo plus shoes and accesories (approx 600.00 total) they had everything, and i really loved the way it looked on me.

I was very unhappy with this vendor. The did not give me the right dress length. If you are over five seven they should automatically get you the longer dress. They did not do that for me and my dress was severely short in the length. I had to find a new dress three weeks before my wedding date.
