I had an appointment to go in and try on dresses, and went with a few in mind that I had seen online. When we got there the lady was very helpful in pulling the dresses, but I never got to look at which one she brought in comparrison to which ones i picked out to bring. I brought along my mother and sister (maid of honor) to help me decide, and when i was trying on my second dress another bride without an appointment came in and they gave my consultant to her. We were battling for the help in out of the dresses. when upfront she told her consultant she hadnt even been proposed to yet. I found that discouraging due to the fact i had been and had the date set and was ready to buy. I was torn between two dresses and the counsultant would only tell me i looked good in all of them, I ended up with an A line gown that didnt flatter me at all, it was pushed on me a little bit because time had run out. I purchased the dress, and didnt know about their horrible return policy until it rang up. Two months later, I tried my dress on again, and took pictures of it, I looked so big and horrible. I didnt know what to do. I managed to sell the first dress on Ebay, and made another appointment with DB. This time, my consultant was on me only and I found the best fit and flare gown i could have hoped for. It was beautiful. My bridesmaids had no problems with their dresses and looked gorgeous in the Lapis purple, and my daughter the flower girls dress and matching Lapis sash and flip flops just topped it off, the second time was the charm for me, but a lower review just because of all the hassles with the service the first time.

I purchased my dress, veil, tiara, and jewelry from David's. I also got my maid of honor, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, shoes, and dollar dance purse from there. I truly had a good experience with them. The girl that helped me was amazing and made sure to help my entire wedding party every time we came in. She never made me feel pressured, just continued to help me find the "one".

We had a horrible experience at David's. I honestly will never set foot in there again. Initially I went in just to browse, which is what I did. I was not wanting to try anything on that day so I was told that when I was ready to try on gowns, come on in. So I did. They were busy that day, so I explained it was okay if they didnt have time to fit me in, I could come another day. They assured me they had time. They didnt. They put me in a gown, and left me to tend to another bride. After 45 minutes, I had to ask for help getting out of the gown. There was one gown I loved, but it didnt look that great on me, so I asked if it came in ivory, she said they could order it, but I had to pay up front. I asked what if I dont like the way that looks, she said i could only get store credit. I told her that wouldnt work because there were no other dresses in the store that i liked....her response?? Too bad!! I had a limit of three dresses that I could try on, none of which worked. The associate seemed to be getting annoyed because I didnt like they way those three looked and she obviously preferred to help the other bride. Well, that is what she did, because we walked out and went to Hope's Bridal in Atkins, where I bought a gorgeous dress!

I got my wedding dress from Davids Bridal... I didnt give them a perfect review for a few reasons... I did love my wedding dress but in the end I dont think that it was "the dress." I think if I didnt feel as pressured at my appointment I would have looked around more. I do not like that they have a no return policy that they are really strict about. But overall I feel that they are affordable.

I paid extra to have bussles put on my dress and they lasted for probably 10 minutes so that was a waste of money. Also, the tailor told me I needed to let my dress out because I was to big for it, if you see my pictures, I look perfect, so I found that to me very rude of her. When I went in for my meeting to try on dresses they had "double booked" by accident so my mother actually went and found dresses and brought them back to me to try on, (which was better because I didnt have someone lying to me if it looked good or not). I loved my dress, and got a very good price for it.

I had a pretty good experience with David's while purchasing my dress and bridesmaids dresses. One thing to remember - if you find a staff person you like, make sure they are there before you go in for anything. Some of the staff are very good at what they do and some are still on a "learning curve." For instance, I've never purchased a wedding dress so didn't know I needed a corset and underskirt. My consultant told me about it but a consultant my friend had didn't mention it...I actually had to ask the consultant to bring the items. All in all, it was pretty good, though, and I loved my dress!

I loooved my dress. Alterations are too expensive, but I guess it's worth it to have the dress of your dreams.

David's Bridal was absolutely horrible to work with. I'd heard many horror stories but decided to put them in the back of my mind and try their services anyway. Not only did they serve other people that walked in after I had (and I even scheduled an appointment!) but they left me hanging in dressing room for almost 30 minutes in my skivvies because they insist upon dressing you. Very bad service, responsiveness, and professionalism. Thumbs down on this one.

David's Bridal had beautiful dresses. However, the service I received was not the best. The woman who was "helping" me out opened the dressing room door on me a good couple of times while I was changing. My bridesmaids had trouble when they went to get their dresses altered. I do have to say that they had some very beautful dresses and even though I did not care for the service i still found a beautiful dress!

I didn't really care for the person who helped me at David's Bridal (I had already picked my gown and she kept making me try on others. Also I bought it that day and didn't think about shoes (standing on the pedestal it was perfect) so a week and a half before my wedding when I went in to have the bustle done I found that with my shoes on my dress DRAGGED the ground. So they had to do an emergency fix to it but had it done within the week. Got my dress, all three bridesmaids dresses, and the flower girls.
