Was given the wrong dress after pickup. Didnt experience professionalism.

I loved my dress! However, my bridesmaids and I had to essentially do all of the work to find it, looking online to find styles and searching on our own for items to enhance the dress. It seems like the consultant should have had more expertise in terms of helping find appropriate styles and accessories. The consultants were not very helpful and the customer service was poor from the moment of entering the shop. My dress and my bridesmaids' dresses were great values, which was important to us - however, if I knew I could have gone anywhere, I would not have shopped at David's.

I had a horrible experience at Davids bridal. The wedding consultant and pretty much every employee I met in there was VERY rude. We waited an over an hour for all of our appointments. They messed up 2 of the dresses we ordered. The messed up the dying of the shoes. Then alterations messed up 2 dresses and also messed up my wedding dress. It was devastating. I would not let anyone I know step foot into that store!

I will admit I was a little sckeptical about getting my dress at David's because of some of the stories I had heard, but I found the dress of my DREAMS there and it didnt cost an arm and a leg!! I found a dress online that I thought was "the one" and when I tried it on, I liked it! It was very pretty and simple (what I thought I wanted) however my attendant (I wish I could remember her name because she was fantastic!!) told me to hold on that she had a dress she wanted me to try on. She came around the corner with this dress which was COMPLETELY not what I wanted. It had lace and beading...kind of traditional with a modern twist! I tried to on because my mom seemed to like it. I came out of the dressing room and burst into tears!!! I was PERFECT!!! I never would have tried it on if it wasnt for my attendant!!

while the woman I worked with was pleasant enough to me, she was very rude to my bridesmaids calling them my "accessories", I do not like to think of my friends that way and I did not care for them being treated that way.

My dress turned out beautiful and I was thrilled with it.

I had a pleasant experience at David's in Dedham. It was kind of what I expected. I had a very nice and attentive consultant, even though she was working with other brides as well. I loved my dress, and it definitely looked more expensive than it was. I've heard bad things about customer service at DB, but I didn't experience any of that. I'd suggest to other brides to book a time with a consultant during the week, and not during busy times. There was a big rush of brides on Sunday morning. Also I didn't have my alterations done at DB because I wanted to save money. In the end, not sure if I did!

Was not satisfied. Two days before my wedding they could not find my dress. They also forgot to alter one of my bridesmaids dresses all together and told her it was her fault. I would not recommend.

I had to plan my wedding out of state since my husband and I moved to Georgia, my bridesmaids went to the Dedham location to get their dresses. The staff was incredibly rude and they kept mixing up the dress that I wanted the girls to order. They generally seemed like they didn't know how to use the computer system and wouldn't put any information under my name for some reason. They even refused to give the girls the discount that's promised since I got my dress there. I called the corporate office and they eventually fixed the problem, but I wouldn't recommend going there if you can avoid it.

I loved my dress!! Fit me perfectly except being too long and wasn't too expensive. However my problems came withthe customer service at this location. 3 days before my wedding day, no one from the store was yet to call me about the alterations being completed on my dress. So I call and they can't find my dress! I'm already stressed to the max. Anyway, I'm hold for 30 minutes before I'm told they needed to call me back. they ensured me that I would get a call back within the hour. 4 hours passed no call. So after work I call back only to be told I was on hold but really they hung up the phone on me! So I call back, clearly upset and let them nkw I am now on my way to pick up dress. they state they still can't find it. I gave the lady my last name REPEATLY! FINALLY after being onthe phone for another 1/2 hour they find my dress and state part of my last name, like it was under X. So I told them that's not my fault I filled out the paperwork correclty and someone didn't bother to look at it. So I ask if my dress is even done and with a snooty attitude and woman barks of course. I told her I only wanted to ensure it was as it was 3 days before my day and NOBODY called to tell me the dress was completed as they stated they would!
Nevertheless, I would not recommmend this location as the women have poor customer service!

I absoluetly loved my wedding dress, it was affordable and beautiful. Unfortunately the people at David's were not nice, in fact they were rude to me and hung up on me numberous times. They also ordered the wrong dresses for my girls and then blamed them for their mistake. Overall the value and the dresses were good, but the customer service was awful!

The only problem that I had with Davids Bridal was that the consultants were very rude when I wanted to go back to the racks and look at dresses. They assumed they knew what I was looking for, and in no way did they find anything that I would wear. Also they try to get you to buy a bigger sized dress than you actually need. Buy whatever is comfortable! The woman tried giving me a size 10 dress and pinning it so I could "see" what it looked like. Unfortunately I'm a size 6 dress and was not buying an expensive dress if I couldn't actually try on my size. Overall though, the prices were decent for my budget and the delivery time on the dresses was remarkable. We got our dresses within weeks of the purchase.

Great place except the alterations department. Dresses were not ready on time, with no phone calls. Also, brought dress out, tried on, and had to fix some minor things, and they came back out 10 minutes later but drag marks all over the dress. Very unprofessional!

The best part of David's, was that I got the most unbelievably amazing wedding gown for about $600. Honestly, couldn't have designed anything better myself. It fit amazingly and I felt like a princess, which is how you should feel on your special day!

Now, the service I received almost made it not worth it. Scheduling appointments was a nightmare, and their customer service and attentiveness when you were there was atrocious. I often left appointments frustrated and upset. Simple "try-ons" lasted longer than they should because they have 1 girl helping 3 or more at the same time, leaving you in the dressing room alone and angry. I had some loose beads on my dress that took me complaining TWO times for them to finally fix it, and my dress wasn't ready until 2 days before my wedding which made me a VERY anxious bride. Everything worked out beautifully in the end, but not without a lot of complaining and diligence on my part!

there were right one time. Very straight foward like to have me try on different dresses and were very helpful with drerss putting on..

they were not very flexible when it came to appointments to set up and things and when my dress needed to be altered I had to change my schedule around for them. thats the only problem I had, otherwise they were very very helpful, sweet, caring, and put alot into me as a bride, helped to find the perfect veil, and tiara, as I found my georgous gown. they were for the most part great through this whole proccess.. they did try to add on things that were not needed.. IE body suits.. etc
