Everyone I worked with at David's Bridal was very helpful in helping me find "my" dress. Same with the bridesmaid dresses. I purchased a dress on my first visit and then began having secong thoughts, I went back in to try on a few more dresses a week or so later and I found "the one" and they had zero prolemswith me exchanging the first dress for a new one. Great place!

David's bridal in Clearwater and in Orlando at the Mall of Millenia gave superb service. In their fittings, alterations and customer service, I would give a solid 5 stars! The only issue I had was with special order earrings for my bridesmaids. They didn't call me and I had to drive up there on 2 different occasions to check on them. Other then that, great product and great people/service!

David's Bridal of Clearwater was wonderful. It was my very first place to try on dressess and my consultant was amazing. After about an hour I had found the dress of my dreams and was getting the alterations started. I would highly recommend this location!

I went in to David's Bridal with a mere six weeks to go before my wedding. I was told that was not enough time and I would have to buy a store model off the rack. I found my dress relatively quickly and even though it was on sale I still ended up shelling out $700. I was rushed to alterations to have it pinned for a bustle and sent on my happy way.
Not two hours later I go home and look the dress up on the website. The price online was the same as the price in store. I thought I was getting a deal by buying a store model because it had been worn before by other customers. False. Even better? I could order the very same dress, brand new, and have it delivered to my home within a week. I called the store and told the manager what I had learned and she ordered the dress for me. She was very quick to get me off the phone and did not tell me when to expect my dress in. A week later I call to get an ETA as if I had ordered online it'd be in by now. I was told that the new dress wouldn't be in until two days before my wedding. UNACCEPTABLE! I called back and spoke to a different manager. This one was helpful. She assured me that there are no different warehouses for online orders and orders from the store, so if you've been told that it's a downright lie to buy time. She told me that the computer was showing her a bride getting married in two weeks would have her dress within a week and there was no good reason mine would take 5 weeks. A few days later she got a rush on the dress and it'd be in within two weeks. Fast forward to when the dress is finally in and I have a horrible distaste for David's Bridal, the dress doesn't fit. There is no way I could grow a whole size up in two weeks without any of my other clothes not fitting. We confirmed, the dress ordered was the same size as the one I tried on. Then I'm being told that the manager that ordered it should have known to order a size larger because they run small. If the dresses run small, then why don't the ones in store run small?! There is no good reason or excuse for this to be happening. I was dealing mainly with the fitting department at the time and they saw no issue in this and were ready to charge me out the a** for an alteration. The 2nd store manager that rushed the dress for me arrived on the scene and helped me find ANOTHER store model of my dress because we really didn't have time to reorder at this point. The next size up fit perfectly. So did the size I originally tried on. Again, no good reason or excuse for this to happen. It was suggested that the smaller size was stretched out because it had been tried on so much and the larger size was a newer dress (they could tell because it still had creases from shipping). I did not get a discount. I stood there to be pinned in now the 3rd dress I had tried on of MY dress. We had prepaid for the dress and the bustle the month prior so I should be able to have it pinned and walk out unscathed yes? Wrong. The person bustling my dress this time did a beautiful job, but it required more buttons. There are two ways to do it I guess and this one shows all the detail in the train and like I said it was absolutely beautiful. Because it required more buttons it required more money. So now I want to know why the first person bustling the first dress did a lazy job of it? Oh that's right, because it was a sale that day and they wanted to get me out of the door. Once the bustle was done I came back to try it on. They had also sewn in the straps to my dress. I had one strap repinned to be adjusted because it didn't fit. Two days later it was steamed and ready to go. I wanted to try it on again to make sure the strap lay right because I did NOT trust these people. These people are horrible. They know they'll get your business and that's all that really matters. They have a few gems among their staff but for the most part they suck. They're pushy. I actually felt like my dress might not have been "the one" because of the horrible experience I had. I wanted to ditch and go to Alfred Angelo but all sales are final of course. All they care about is money. You might as well be a mannequin. Thankfully, my wedding day was perfect despite the devil dress. It looked great even if I'm not sure about it. Probably going to give it to Good Will.

This started out as a great experience, but slowly went downhill after that. We couldn't seem to ever get our original lady and others were pretty rude about picking up shoes, getting them dyed, dress fittings, ordering bridesmaids dresses and so on. Left messages at the store that were delivered to our lady a week later. Ordered stuff online and received it in a week to 2 weeks max. Ordered stuff from the store and it took a month or so. They always asked when the wedding was and then they would set your pickup date days before that...we said no we want it as soon as possible. Very, very disappointing! Good prices, though, especially if you wait a little bit and things go on sale online.

I bought my wedding gown at David's Bridal in Clearwater, FL. The gown was very beautiful and simple but yet elegant. I really loved it and got many compliments on it. I also bought it for a decent price which was within my budget but the alterations (hemming and taken in at the sides) cost $200! Also, the day I went there to have them start the alterations it was very busy and they ended up giving me someone else's alterations receipt and gave that person my receipt. Luckily we were both getting the same alterations so the $ we had to pay was the same.
I didn't notice I had the wrong receipt until a week later when I was cleaning out my purse. I went down there as soon as I noticed the mistake and they had me waiting forever (not a lot of staff I guess) until they called me back to alterations. Luckily my dress was ok and had been taken in and hemmed properly despite the receipt mix up. They also spot-cleaned and steamed my dress so it did look very beautiful when I went to pick it up one week before the wedding. Overall I would recommend David's Bridal in Clearwater, FL...I found a very beautiful dress at a good price, my only real issue was with the $ of the alterations.

I was happy with david bridal staff they helped my mother look great at my wedding we got her dress and her shoes dyed the right color and I was able to get my shoes the match my dress. I only had one problem my mother shoes were not ready when I went to pick them up,but they make good on it and shipped them to the house in plenty of time for the wedding.

My dress was beautiful. Crystal, who helped in the Clearwater location, was wonderful. She was great with my girls and getting everything correct the first time. The ladies in alterations were not as great to deal with. They were very rude and not flexible at all. They were very hard to work with around a work schedule for fittings. The alterations through them were, also, very expensive. I don't know that I'd recommend David's Bridal alterations. Getting your wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses is another story. I would send my friends and family there.

I loved my experience at David's Bridal and thank God for their patience since it took three trips and 27 shopping hours to find a dress! However be very careful they are typical corporate business and all about the add on...they even charge for cheap garment bag dress comes home in....alterations are incredibly expensive paid almost as much as I had fr the dress.

When I went into the store, there were like 6 people near the entrance, NOBODY said any greeting. NOBODY helped me during my shopping and NOBODY helped me when i need a fitting room. I mean there were like 10 people working at the time. How am I supposed to buy a wedding dress without any store clerks' help?? Another thing, there is no mirror in their fitting rooms (they have them outside) so I couldn't look myself in a dress in a mirror because my underwear was showing and I couldn't go out of the fitting room! People work there are so rude and do not give a shit about your wedding! I mean look at the reviews on google for how many people say about their bad customer service....Do Not waste your time to go there!! The dresses are bad quality too....You get what you paid for including dresses and service.

I've heard other people say disparaging things about this particular location of DB, but I have nothing but rave reviews for it. The sales lady was attentive and helpful- I found my dress within 20 minutes. As for the alterations team, THOSE LADIES ARE AMAZING. The one whom I worked with most was a lovely and sweet lady. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly that every time.

I have purchased several dresses (bridesmaid dresses) from David's Bridal in the past. Luckily, I've always had the same attendant, Krystal. So when it came time to purchase my own wedding dress, I knew that I had someone to turn to that knows what she's doing! Krystal is so super friendly and knows the stock in the store. You give her an idea of what you want, and she goes to work, pulling dresses and getting everyone set up. I had 10 bridesmaids, so we went in there with a pretty big party every time, and she doesn't panic, she just settles everyone in and starts working. She really does know what she's doing as a consultant, and we all found something that we loved, and at such an amazing price. I love David's Bridal, and I'm pretty sure that most of the pleasant-ness about it is because of all of the great experiences I've had with Krystal! I absolutely loved my dress, and it was comfortable and stayed in place all night long, even after all the dancing! I got a ton of compliments on the dress as well, it was very suiting to my personality and to the venue. Perfect!

I absolutely loved my dress from David's Bridal. From the day I first walked into the store untill the day I walked out with my dress after the third fitting, Crystal was a God send. She was always so nice, sweet and catering to my every need. You can tell that she really enjoys her job and it shows. She is always happy to see you and has a smile on her face. Crystal was also very personable but yet professional. She is very busy all of the time and yet she always knew who I was and my name! My only problem with my dress was that during the middle of my reception the top two loops that held up my train broke, so most of the night people kept stepping on my dress. This was by no means Crystal's fault. She does not do alterations. They have a separate department for that.
