very unethical business model. they will try and tell you anything to sell you the dress and once you purchase it---you are done!!! Our whole bridal party have such a tough time with them. We will never buy anything from there again!

The David's Bridal at Tri-County was amazingly helpful and always happy to help me! I was very pleased with the service that I got from there! I wasn't "hovered" over, but was always greeted with a smile when I did need assistance. Once I bought my dress, Geisla was brilliant at altering my dress and adding beautiful bustles! I highly recommend them!

I knew what I was getting myself into when I decided to go with David’s, but with 2 of my bridesmaids living out of town, it was the easiest way to go. I picked a color and length and let them pick their own dresses. The selection and price were great, but the service left a lot of room for improvement. I went to 2 different locations (Kenwood and Florence) and got much better service at Kenwood than I did Florence, but had a couple issues at both locations.

The first issue I had was that I ordered my shoes and sash from the Kenwood store. I got dyeable shoes for myself to match the color of the bridesmaid dresses. When I went to pick them up there were tons of white splotches where they didn’t apply the dye. I talked to a manager who assured me that they would correct the problem, and they did.

Another issue we had was that when my sisters dress arrived, it had a broken zipper, so they re-ordered one and the second dress that came in had a stain on it, so they re-ordered it an finally the third dress was right.

Overall, I was okay with the service there, and my bridesmaids were happy with their dresses.

I am so glad I bought my dress from Davids Bridal. They were able to give me WOW factor without killing my budget. It was absolutely beautiful. I felt stunning on my wedding day!!!!

Everytime that Either myself or one of my girls went into Davids we never had a problem. We were always welcomed in and had no problem with any of the staff. When I wanted all my girls to pick out their own dress they were very helpfu with each one of the girls.

My dress was great quality for a great price....Check out Davids before heading to expensive boutiques!!

I got my wedding dress and all my bridesmaid dress from David's Bridal. Most of the people that helped me through the process were very nice and welcoming. I just warn about getting alterations done there. My alterations were done very nicely, but very very expensive. I had my shoulders taken in and the bustle done on the back and that totaled $250! When my dress was only $500. Might want to shop around before selecting them for alterations.

Absolutely fantastic, accomidated a last minute date change, cleaned and pressed the gown quickly and efficiently and even opened a few minutes early so we could pick up! Thanks!!!!!

I had a great experience at David's Bridal in Tri-County Mall. I went with my mom and we picked out about 8 dresses. The the lady who I worked with picked out some (I can't remember her name, but she is now the manager of the Kenwood store). She easily eliminated what I did and didn't like based on what I said about each dress I tried on. The one I tried on was one of the dresses that she picked and I completely fell in love with it. I had great service and help! I really do think your experience depends on who you get....I just happened to get a really great salesperson.

Gorgeous, well-made and intricate dress for $600, so wow... but alterations are outrageous. Also, couple issues like when I dropped it off for a press and when I came to pick it up at the established time, was told it wouldn't be ready until the next day (they should have simply called me)... and one time Mom was picking it up from an alteration they wouldn't let her, despite same last name and her being able to provide all my info that they had, because she wasn't on "The List" of authorized people. Which I get, but geez. Other than that it was a perfect experience.

The alterations were probably the worst part in this. It was very pricey. But I'm only speaking for my dress. My maid of honor and my bridesmaids dresses are a different story. Wasn't too happy with the way the ladies handled their dresses.

My dress was a dream. Everyone thought I was wearing a couture gown. The service was great, including all the alterations.

Order online for a couple of things and it took forever to come back.

Awesome dress for a great price with wonderful customer service! Tip: go at non-busy times! Otherwise, you will wait for forever to get help. If you go when it is less busy, they treat you like a princess!

The prices at david's bridal were very cheap for a nice dress and lots of sales. My dress was fine, however my bridesmaid tried a dress on there and then paid for it and had one in a different color ordered, and the dress that she recieved when it was ready was shorter in length, was floor length when she tried it on and it was high ankle length at the wedding. Also dress was much tighter when she actuall got to put it on at the church. IT was deffenatly not the same size dress as was in the store. Be ware, try everything on before you leave the store with it....
