The dresses there are beautiful, but I went several times and I often felt rushed. Other than that it was great and delivery is fast.

I had the best service here and found my dress after trying on one! I was helped by hope, and would definitely recommend her! She listened to what I wanted and found the one! David's Bridal has a great selection and is definitely worth stopping by!

Consultants were very helpful! Dress shopping was a breeze! Tried on 5 dresses and picked the third.

My first visit to David's Bridal was horrible. My mom and I did not have an appointment but decided to stop in early on a Monday morning. A very rude girl that works there immediately turned us away stating they could not take walk ins. As we were walking back to our car the manager came out to stop us from leaving and apologized for the rude employee. I was looking for a inexpensive wedding dress. After two trips I found what I was looking for. I took the dress somewhere else for alterations due to the long drive to David's Bridal store from my house. After the alterations I asked if they would press my dress before the wedding and they refused because I had my dress altered somewhere else.

Here's what is good about all David's Bridals: 1) if you have bridesmaids in multiple locations, they are convenient; 2) bridesmaid dress colors coordinate perfectly w/ Men's Warehouse selection.

I didn't have any problem with my dress, but I walked in and the first dress I tried on was THE dress. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Here's my horror story of what happened with my bridesmaids's dresses: I chose lapis blue which is the in color this year. I had 6 bridesmaids go to David's over a 2 month period to order their dresses. Mind you, when I ordered the dress, it wasn't even on the shelves yet, only the catalog because it was so new. By the time my last 2 bridesmaids go to David's, they were out of stock. David's conveniently has a no return policy so I was told that my other 2 bridesmaids would simply have to select a different dress. So I was on the phone with the manager's manager's manager on and off for about 8 days before it was decided that we could return the dresses and all 6 girls could match, but we'd have to buy equal or greater priced dresses or we couldn't do it. Of course the first dress was the most expensive bridesmaids dress David's sells, so then I had to have the girls buy shoes too.

On top of this, when we went to select a 2nd bridesmaids dress, my grandmother who was also looking for a dress for herself, was told that she could not have a dressing room "because you are not a priority." So I squeezed her into my room. Her dress size was not available in the one she wanted so she was told that they could have one mailed from another store. The catch: she'd have to pay in full and it was non-refundable. Needless to say, we went to Belk for her dress and it was prettier, less expensive, and returnable.

I would NOT recommend them to anyone! Men's Warehouse on the other hand has stellar customer service.

I always wanted to go to a cute boutique and find a dress but when I stopped into David's Bridal, I made my decision that day on the spot. They have a great selection with great prices. I really like the website that has a tons of accessories too and is very easy to navigate and find what you want. The staff was very helpful, I got my dress altered there, it is a great one stop shop for everything.

I had such a wonderful experience here. Walked in one Sunday afternoon, no appointment and had a young lady who was given a blank slate to work with. The first dress she chose for me ended up being my wedding dress. It was such a fun, laid back experience but so helpful to boot. I would recommend David's Bridal to all other brides I know!

The crew was awesome! They really put in a lot of time with me in picking out my dress and the colors for my wedding party!

I never thought I would actually find what i was looking for at David's Bridal. First of all, because David's Bridal is just always slammed pack and busy with so many people, and I was looking for a more relaxed environment to go to. Second, because although they have a lot of dresses, most of them are sleeveless and have a similar look, and I was looking for more of a unique, natural, earthy dress that had some actual sleeves.

Surprise!

I found a beautiful dress that the sales associate held up different add-on sleeve options to so we could see what it would look like if they were sewed on (David's Bridal has that option) and a dress with some potential at the beginning turned into the most beautiful, funky dress that I was looking for.

Yes, David's Bridal was still slam packed full of people, but if you make an appointment, the sales person will really help you and hopefully can find things in the category you're looking for.

The Davids Bridal in Pineville, North Carolina was great I absolutely loved there service!!! There is a Davids Bridal near my house but they weren't nice at all when i went in. But in Pineville they helped me out so much and helped me find the perfect wedding dress for me they listened and worked with me and made sure i had everything I needed!!!!!

I got my bridesmaids dresses from Davids due to the fact that my bridesmaids were all over the country. The dresses came out perfectly and the orders were all great. My only problem was that my sister found out she was pregnant after purchasing the dress. The style was not made for a pregnant girl and when I ask if she could change styles I was told no. They said they would re order a bigger dress but would not get a different one. I have to imagine this happens from time to time and was very disappointed that they were unwilling to help with a situation like that.

Absolutely LOVED my dress.. however.. you have to search yourself instead of a consultant doing the leg work for you. Or at least I did. The value that I got for the money is well worth the hunt.. for me at least. RECOMMENDED.

I went in on a Friday and it was really quiet so I enjoyed the experience. I gave the sales lady some pictures of what I was looking for and she picked out 5-7 dresses and one was it. I was in and out in less than an hour and was pleased with the experience. The dress came in about a month and a half later and I had no issues with them at all. Overall, a really easy experience.
