Consultants were very helpful! Dress shopping was a breeze! Tried on 5 dresses and picked the third.

My first visit to David's Bridal was horrible. My mom and I did not have an appointment but decided to stop in early on a Monday morning. A very rude girl that works there immediately turned us away stating they could not take walk ins. As we were walking back to our car the manager came out to stop us from leaving and apologized for the rude employee. I was looking for a inexpensive wedding dress. After two trips I found what I was looking for. I took the dress somewhere else for alterations due to the long drive to David's Bridal store from my house. After the alterations I asked if they would press my dress before the wedding and they refused because I had my dress altered somewhere else.

I had such a wonderful experience here. Walked in one Sunday afternoon, no appointment and had a young lady who was given a blank slate to work with. The first dress she chose for me ended up being my wedding dress. It was such a fun, laid back experience but so helpful to boot. I would recommend David's Bridal to all other brides I know!

The crew was awesome! They really put in a lot of time with me in picking out my dress and the colors for my wedding party!

I never thought I would actually find what i was looking for at David's Bridal. First of all, because David's Bridal is just always slammed pack and busy with so many people, and I was looking for a more relaxed environment to go to. Second, because although they have a lot of dresses, most of them are sleeveless and have a similar look, and I was looking for more of a unique, natural, earthy dress that had some actual sleeves.

I found a beautiful dress that the sales associate held up different add-on sleeve options to so we could see what it would look like if they were sewed on (David's Bridal has that option) and a dress with some potential at the beginning turned into the most beautiful, funky dress that I was looking for.

Yes, David's Bridal was still slam packed full of people, but if you make an appointment, the sales person will really help you and hopefully can find things in the category you're looking for.

The Davids Bridal in Pineville, North Carolina was great I absolutely loved there service!!! There is a Davids Bridal near my house but they weren't nice at all when i went in. But in Pineville they helped me out so much and helped me find the perfect wedding dress for me they listened and worked with me and made sure i had everything I needed!!!!!

I got my bridesmaids dresses from Davids due to the fact that my bridesmaids were all over the country. The dresses came out perfectly and the orders were all great. My only problem was that my sister found out she was pregnant after purchasing the dress. The style was not made for a pregnant girl and when I ask if she could change styles I was told no. They said they would re order a bigger dress but would not get a different one. I have to imagine this happens from time to time and was very disappointed that they were unwilling to help with a situation like that.

Absolutely LOVED my dress.. however.. you have to search yourself instead of a consultant doing the leg work for you. Or at least I did. The value that I got for the money is well worth the hunt.. for me at least. RECOMMENDED.

I went in on a Friday and it was really quiet so I enjoyed the experience. I gave the sales lady some pictures of what I was looking for and she picked out 5-7 dresses and one was it. I was in and out in less than an hour and was pleased with the experience. The dress came in about a month and a half later and I had no issues with them at all. Overall, a really easy experience.

Don't expect to get pampered at this chain bridal dress shop! My experience at Davids Bridal didn't make me feel special but for the cost you get what you pay for! It offeres on stop shopping for your wedding essentials.

I worked w/ a consultant by the name of "Kristen"! She was wonderful! Very helpful! Kristen works at the David's Bridal at Northlake Mall.

I didn't have a good experience while buying my dress. The lady was helping me and another girl at the same time. I was not told the dress I liked came in another color although I specifically said I didn't like the color. I was pressured into buying a dress I didn't love. I went back the next day and cancelled my order after learning the dress I loved came in another color. They are too busy to truly help you. I did find the perfect dress but no thanks to David's Bridal staff.

David Bridal did an awesome job on helping me pick a dress that made me look gorgeous on my day.

I absolutely loved my wedding dress and the price was unbeatable, but the service, lack of professionalism, and horrible alteration services (please NEVER use the Pineville alteration services) made it hard to give David's Bridal a high rating. In regards to alterations, the ONLY thing that needed to be done was a bustle. I got poked by a pin twice (once drawing blood!) when they made the bustle. After waiting for 6 weeks, when I went back to pick up my dress and try it on, the hooks were not put on...what did they spend 6 weeks doing?!?!?! The lady attempted to cover it up by having me take the dress of and hurriedly sewing hooks on in the back room. Needless to say, her 5 minute job did NOT come out like the bustle we had created 6 weeks ago. Minimal apologies and no compensation was given, despite the horrendous experience and service.
