Loved my dress!!!! The staff stayed with me the whole time and was very upfront and honest with me.

I love Davids Bridal. They are attentive and respectful towards all customers. The only problem I have is their alterations prices are off the charts expenseive! I paid $500 for my dress and they wanted another $500 to take it in a 1/2 in and 2 inches off the bottom.

Two months after my engagement, I decided to check out the dress selection at David's Briday, "just to get an idea." Three hours later I was walking out with my receipt for a beautiful Oleg Cassini gown. The lady who helped me was extremely attentative and focused, even though there were several other shoppers in the store. I tried on at least 40 dresses, and she was very patient the entire time. Finally, I fell in love with my wedding dress, and she helped me feel secure in my choice. I can't wait to wear my David's Bridal dress in March! (I was also very pleased with the petite option for my dress. It fits my proportions - 5'2" - perfectly.)

I decided not to buy my wedding dress here because I was simply given a dressing room and ignored by the staff. When you register your wedding, they email you basically every day. When you fill out one of their surveys, they will keep calling you and sending you surveys, they are extremely annoying. I also had extremely poor service at this store when ordering and picking up bridesmaid dresses for other weddings. Including having sales staff attempt to help customers that had arrived after me.

TERRIBLE experience after the purchases have been made. So many hidden fees and charges. Talked my bridesmaids into buying a sash that I had never seen before in my life!!! When I went with her to return it, they'd only give her store credit!! Ridiculous!

David’s Bridal is the worst. Everybody knows this. Dress styles are OK, but obviously grossly overpriced. Unfortunately they are the most convenient (locations all across US, sizes available, etc.). The sales lady we worked with was rude and not very helpful at all (maybe because I wasn’t buying my wedding dress there???). Had to literally search the store for her and ask the front desk 2x to let her know we were ready to place our order. When one bridesmaid picked up her dress the sales person told HER to call another bridesmaid to let her know her dress was in as well - then 2 weeks later left rude vm messages for my cousin (bridesmaid) that no one came to pick up the dress and they weren't going to hold it. Why would a fellow bridesmaid, who didn't know the other bridesmaid very well, have to make a call about the dress. It is David's Bridal's job.

I hope to never give another penny to DB...yuck.

All in all I was happy. I loved my dress but because it is such a big store you feel more like a number. The prices of the dresses arent bad however their alterations are outrageous! But I did find my dream dress!

This place is perfect for bridesmaids on a budget. The dresses were great. They all came in a lot sooner than they told us they would. But they screwed up 2 of my girls names and we had trouble finding them in the system later. They called me one day and left a message that all my girls had got their dresses except one. When what they meant to say was that all my girls that had been sized had not ordered except one. HUGE DIFFERENCE people. Luckily I called to double check with the girls and called the store as well or my girls probably wouldn't have ordered their dresses on time because I would have assumed they already got them.

I can't say enough about this place. This was the third bridal shop I went too. We had gone to 2 of the higher priced small bridal shops before. The dress price range average was over $1000 at the other places. This seemed just so much to pay for a dress for one day. While the dresses were stunning, I thought I'd go to David's Bridal and just see what they had to compare with. I had already seen a new dress online from Davids Bridal that I loved ant fit my vintage theme. I was expecting it though, in person, to not look as nice. Well, thank God I was wrong! After trying on dresses in the $1000+ price range, the first dress I tried on at Davids was the one I found online shortly after we got engaged. It was a classic taffeta ballgown with pockets (a huge new trend), and it had a haltertop (but not a v-shaped halter), one that comes all the way up to your neck and then goes into straps in the back with a low back. This dress was so awesome, from the minute I tried it on I just knew I loved it. It blew all the others out of the park. Get this, this dress was only $399! David's has much higher prices dresses, but you can also get dresses like this, where you don't get junk. It's just as nice as the $1000 dresses. Everyone said how happy I looked and it was so comfortable too! You can even get your dress cleaned/preserved after the wedding for $99 through David's. That's a steal too. The workers there were so nice and Anesha in the alterations was awesome too. This place is great for the value! Maria Odeal Married 5.1.10

Found my dress on the first trip. Salespeople were helpful, but they were very busy and couldn't always help as much as we needed. Alterations were expensive so I used my own seamstress.

I was very disappointed with the service I got here. I got better service at the DMV! I pretty much picked my wedding dress off the rack and my maid of honor helped me get into it! The people there messed up and 'forgot' to order my bra and one of my bridesmaid's dress. We literally got the dress 2 days before my wedding!!! All of their alterations and prices were way over priced!! I would not recommend them to anyone!! Go to Abbots on Cleveland Ave!! Way better service there!!

Easy to work with, not always requiring appointments to look at dresses. Affordable and made dress shopping easy!

Dress selection is good....but not great for the plus size bride. Alterations were outrageously expensive but overall I was happy with my dress at a great price.

They did a great job helping my wedding party and my self seclect our dresses. We were only in the store maybe 2 hours and I had my dress and the bridesmaids dresses selected.

I used David's Bridal in Canton, OH. It was so-so and I believe this is the same way all are because I went with one of my Bridesmaids to try on her dress at one in Cleveland. I went in and there was one girl who helped me try on all of my dresses, so was pretty nice but she got me! She sold me the bra, veil, gown, and the slip when I didn't even realize that it would have been much cheaper to go elsewhere. But the dress was super affordable and I absolutely loved it!!! Once I purchased my dress they did a fitting on me and it was $300 for the fitting! When I got my dress back (which they forced my mother to take when she was picking her dress up...i guess they will let anyone take your wedding dress!) it was wrinkled and a little big on my. I took it back and the steamed it without hesitation, very nice. But the seamstress refused to admit that it was a little large on me, needless to say, I did cope with it on my wedding day and I do regret no getting it taken in a little more. My advice is to have it fitted 2 weeks before the wedding and thats all! I would suggest them though, just because of how affordable they are!
