Good service, but have to stay on top of your order, or they will forget about you. When my dress came it, I tried it on and noticed a stain on the train. I told the consultant and she immediatley took it to alterations who said they could not remove the stain. A new dress was ordered and in within a week. Overall, good experience.

I am a bridesmaid in a wedding in May 2011. There was utter chaos in the store. The salespeople were helpful once you tracked them down. However, since the dresses are purchased at David's, one would think there would be a "cut" on the alterations...I was quoted a price that I think is somewhat extravagant for a customer. I am currently seeking an external seamstress for the alterations. They purposely do not place mirrors in the fitting rooms so you'll have to step out in the utter chaos. Often times, you don't want others seeing you and there are also males roaming about the store. I stayed inside and used my reflection in the store rules frame. Their prices are reasonable for dresses.

I found my dream dress here at David's Bridal. That was after trying on about 40 different dresses at another place. They have a wonderful selection to choose from and the staff is very helpful. However, the alterations didn't go so well. When returning to David's after the alteration, the dress was hemmed to short and the hem/stitch was crooked and sloppy looking. After talking to the manager, she graciously ordered a new dress, which ended up working out.

The store had lots of styles to choose from. The people were very nice and gave me space when i needed it, but were also there to answer any questions i had.

I will probably not use them again. Although they have beautiful dresses, they are not very timely. I had my dress hemmed there and when I went to pick it up on the day they told me it would be ready it was not. I was VERY aggravated and they didn't seem to care.

I tried on about 38 dresses before I went to Davids Bridal (getting dresses to fit in the top is difficult) after talking to one of the ladies there, she recommened few dresses the would compliment women with curves but still have a small waist. the 2nd dress turned out to be perfect!!! They had excellent customer service and are great at giving advice on what type of dress looks good on every body type. I was able to get the dress that day (no alterations needed) and everyone at the cermony loved it.

They were soooo nice! They were excited with me and helped me pick out dresses that flattered my body...they really know what they're doing! And their follow up calls were very polite. I would definitely recommend David's Bridal to EVERY bride!

I really enjoyed shopping at David's Bridal. April was my bridal consultant and she was a tremendous help. I simply told her my wedding budget, what style of dress that I was looking for, and the color; and she helped pick out the perfect dress. I was simply breath taking, at least that is what the groom and everyone that were in attendance said.

Better make an appointment. Though one of the days we came for my bridesmaides fitting and had an appointment we ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours before they finally starting fitting the dresses.
Also, when we first presented the coupons I had for the dresses, they tried to refuse them. I had to go to their website, print off the reules and regulations, and bring it back to them and show them it could be taken.
Overall experience was a 2 on a scale of 1-10. The only reason I worked with them, was because the dress of my dreams.. was in that store window.

I was very happy with the price of my dress. I did find the sale's person to be a little pushy cuz I was not comfortable with her being in the dressing room with me nearly naked so I had a friend help me and she was annoyed by it and she also kept trying to get me to buy this ugly veil and I did not go with it and you could tell she was annoyed by that... but I ended up making my own veil that matched my dress better and was very pretty.
