Got both my wedding dress and my bridesmaid dresses there. Reasonably priced and the girls that helped me while deciding on which dress to chose were wonderful!! Couldn't have asked for more patient people to be helping me! They went above and beyond! Other places that I went to look at dresses, I wasn't treated as well. If you aren't in some of these other places to spend a butt load of money, they act like you are wasting there time. Very please with David's!

Rachel and Davids Bridal in Beaverton is lovely. She pulled an array of dresses for me to try on, and saved the best for last! I loved everything about my experience at Davids Bridal. The staff was super helpful and friendly, alterations went smoothly, and my dress was gorgeous and reasonably priced for the Vera Wang White Collection. Highly recommended, and ask for Rachel!!!!

The girl that helped me when I first found my dress was great. She was so sweet and made me feel special. After I finished with her, everyone else was horrible. No one treated me like the bride. They were not helpful. Paid no attention to me at all and were rude. I would not go back! But at least I know there are a few great employees!

The associates at the Beaverton David's Bridal are okay. I had some great customer service from a couple of employees and some not so great customer service. The quality of the dresses is fine. I love my dress. The thing that put me out was the service. When I picked up my dress I was waiting outside alterations for a good 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start and several associates passed me but didn't bother to ask me if they could help me or anything. I was very disappointed. This location and Happy Valley are the closest David's Bridal stores to me so those were my choices.

HORRIBLE. I ordered my bridesmaid dresses here. They were cute and I loved them. But their customer service and management SUCKS!!!!!!! They charged extra for one of my bridesmaids to have her dress altered when they do not carry size zero. They start at two. Also, many things came in and we never received the promised phone calls to tell us our stuff was in. Horrible, i tell ya. Many problems with them. Reasonably priced but bad service. Be warned.

I purchased a dress for less than $500. Can't beat that! The alterations were great and affordable.

I wasn't expecting amazing service since, but I was still disappointed several times. The day I shopped for my dress, we had to wait for a person to help me try on the dresses, then I only had 10 minutes before I had to leave for an appointment. Once I actually had her help, I tried on 5 dresses in 10 minutes. Thankfully, I loved 2 dresses and came back that evening with my parents to purchase my favorite one.

My mom had a horrible experience shopping for her mother of the bride dress. She walked in, asked for help, and no one gave her personal attention; the person just pointed to the area of the appropriate dresses. My mom was completely turned off by the experience, and she purchased her dress elsewhere.

I LOVED my wedding dress, and my bridesmaids loved their dresses. It's frustrating that you have to prepay for a dress to be ordered in a different size, and there's no return policy if id doesn't fit. My sister had to pay a huge amount of money to get hers altered.

My alteration was horrible. I could barely breathe in my dress, and the person's response was, "I can fit three fingers...that's our general rule that it fits right." I almost lost it. My wedding was only 8 days away. Thankfully, my mom insisted that it be let out. I went back to try it on again and pick it up 3 days before the wedding, and it was perfect.

Some employees were great, others were horrible. It was a very hit-and-miss experience.

I had the best experience with David's Bridal. I first saw my dress online, when I found it in the store it had been discontinued but they had one left in my size and color. The people are very friendly and helped me out a lot. I was so happy with my dress.

I had the most amazing experience at David's Bridal with my Bridal Consultant, Krystal and my Alterationist, Marisa. I was having a hard time finding a dress that I really wanted and after trying on 7+ dresses that were all "okay", Krystal suggested that I try on one of her favorites that she thought I would look good in. The dress she suggested wound up being "The Dress"! Then Marisa helped me make the dress "me" by creating the most amazing and perfectly fitting sleeves. Without their help I don't know if I would have found such an amazing dress. Thank you both!

I was very pleased with my wedding dress purchase from David's Bridal. It was under $500 and just what I wanted. The first time I went I made an appointment with all of my bridesmaids and it was great. I wanted to browse other stores but ended up really liking the dress I had tried on there. I called to make and appointment and they were booked the entire weekend. I decided to take my chances and drop in to buy it and hopefully try it on (I had been dieting and lost some weight). When I got there it took about 15 minutes for someone to help me and I was treated like I was bothering them for coming in without an appointment. After promising them I would only take five minutes at the most to try one or two dresses they let me in a room. I think the service is hit and miss there depending on how busy they are....

I had gone to other boutiques and had found the sales staff to be quite rude and unhelpful. I went to David's Bridal after many unsuccessful attempts at Boutiques and Salons in Portland. I ordered my dress 16 weeks in advance as they did not have it in stock and when it did come in it was in the wrong size!
After speaking to the manager they found my dress in Tacoma, Washington and I told them if they could hold it at the store, I would be willing to drive up there and pick it up same day! The manager told me that they had to order it into their store. After they ordered the dress to their store I had to have my dress altered and they requested that I pay a rush fee for alterations (even though they were quite aware of the mistake which they had made). When I cam into to try on my altered gown, they had taken it up too far and it needed to be redone. They then requested that I pay 1. an additional rush fee and 2. an additional alteration fee. I had to argue with the manager several times and left the store crying when they finally agreed to bite these costs. Long story short...if you have a lot of time and don't mind making a few trips then David's Bridal is your store!

I had a great experience at David's Bridal. They were very helpful at assisting me in picking out a dress in my price range.

I had a wonderful time at David's, particularly after a bad experience at another dress shop where they looked down their noses at me once they heard my budget for the dress. My bridesmaids and I had a fun time there looking at dresses, and they didn't mind my trying dresses on that were far out of my price range. The woman that helped me was funny and super-friendly, and after figuring out my likes/dislikes, she found my dream dress on sale for $500!

The good side first: David's Bridal seems to have a good value for the money you pay. My dress was on sale for just over $500 and it was the dress of my dreams.

On the other hand...

I was very dissatisfied with the *service* at David's Bridal. I walked in, and one of the salespeople offered to start a fitting room for me, which I gladly accepted. She didn't follow through, and ignored me for the rest of the afternoon. When I let another salesperson know that we were interested in getting dresses for me and my 3 bridesmaids, she opened up a fitting room and said we could all share. As if there's room in there for more than a person and 2 wedding dresses! Then, when I went to buy my gown I was pressured to buy undergarments in the wrong size, because they didn't carry my size but the cashier demanded I buy them RIGHT AT THAT MOMENT. Well, I paid for my dress only and never went back. I would never trust a place with service like that to do my alterations!!

The dress quality was great, and the prices were acceptable. There was an issue with getting my dress steamed after I had had it altered elsewhere, but that was cleared up after discussion with a few managers.

All of my bridesmaids dresses were from David's Bridal and they were beautiful! All my bridesmaids got different style dresses but they all matched perfectly and were able to flatter each of my bridesmaids figures. I was very happy with the result!
