Extremely helpful and professional! They spend a lot of time with you and make you feel important.

I had such a great experience shopping for my wedding dress at Cynderellie's Closet. They went through at least 10 dresses with me and allowed me to take my time in my decision. The prices were excellent. I was got a free veil with my purchase. They do not have an in-house alteration department but do work closely with someone in the same building. They also allow that person to use their business for the fittings. They were always friendly when I came in and made sure I had everything I needed.

I had gone to many of big bridal stores and boutiques and just didn't get that experience I was hoping for. At this small store, I was the only one in there on a weekday afternoon and I was able to take my time, look at all the dresses, ask questions and have the intimacy of finding my dress. They made me feel special and that my dress was the only one that mattered - even though they have many clients. Amazing designer dresses at great prices!

When I walked in I felt like I was being judged that since I didn't walk in with a Louis Vutton bag over my sholder and a little puppy in my arms that I just wasn't meant to be in this shop. My folks and fiance and were with me and we were OBVIOUSLY looking for a dress, the shop owner walked passed us a couple of times before asking if we she could help us. I said "No, I was fine" and we never returned.

And don't bother with the streamstress they recommend. She took out the corsett I had placed in my dress without asking and then kept it for her self - I never got it back.

Cynderellie's Closet was on the ball! They kept in contact with me to assure me the timeline of everything - I didn't have to go ask them for it! They opened up their shop two hours early so I could bring in all my girls and mom to try on my dress. Unlike other shops they have the room for that many people (6 people plus me!) so that was a real treat! They also had great customer service when my headpiece I bought there wouldn't come in in time - they gave me the shop one to use for the wedding and gave me a major discount on it. I would recommend going there for anyone - I actually did for my friend who is getting married and she got her dress there too! :)

Ladies at Cynderellies are fabulous (especially Wendy Kay)! Loved my dress - and the cost was very reasonable.

The price was great, definitely inexpensive, and a pretty good selection. Although the shop is small, they carry several different, inexpensive designers.

My only negative experience was the timeline in which my dress came in. When I ordered it, I was told the dress would come in well over 2 months before my wedding. It did not arrive until 2 WEEKS before the wedding! I also had to call the shop multiple times to check-in on it. I never received a call saying it would be late, and when I expressed the inaccuracy of what they originally told me, they denied any miscommunication. Needless to say, it was a scramble at the end and I wasn't happy. Luckily, the alterations went quickly and smoothly and the dress was ready on time.

Great cost and overall, the staff was friendly and easy to work with - I just could have done without the stress at the end.

I bought my dress at cynderellies closet after looking at many different stores. First the good. When I was trying on dresses they were very understanding, allowed me to take my time, spend almost 2 hours trying on different dresses. The price of the dress was reasonable, especially that they included the conversion from a zipper back to a corset gown. They even threw in a free veil when I purchased my gown.

For the not so great. I got measured for the dress with me in 2 inch heels, since the dress was difficult to alter with detailing all the way down the dress. When it came in I was shocked to find it was short, even without shoes it looked short to me. The only advice I got from the owner was that I should wear flats. The other thing was they forgot to mention that the corset back would add several inches to the measurement so I had to have the dress taken in over 4 inches at the bust, to which the owner commented, that I must have lost weight which I did not.

All in all, they seemed really great until I got the dress, and since I paid in full they bore no responsibility for measuring wrong. Fortunately, I found a seamstress recommended to me by a friend who took in the dress and added layers underneath the gown to hide the fact the dress was too short and you could see my feet. I wore flats and had a perfect day and I still have those 2 inch heels in my closet. It was the ONLY thing that wen't "wrong" with our wedding, so I am grateful!

I felt like I was stuck with this vendor because they were one of the few who had the dress I wanted to try on. The dressing room areas are cramped and dark and the staff seemed distracted and over busy. I was chastised and put into a needless panic for coming in to buy a dress in early November for a late July wedding, told that I had to order that very day or risk not getting a dress in time. I found that approach to be rude and condescending. Also, I live across the state and had my dress sent to me, but they forgot to order my veil when they put in the dress order, so they had to send it seperately. It took several days before they even returned my call about it. When they did send it, it came to me completely smashed down in a priority mail envelope - flat and crushed.

I was all set to get the first dress I ever tried on, when I saw a Maggie Sottero dress online. Cynderellie's was the ONLY place in Seattle that carried this particular style. Cynderellie's carried a nice selections of wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, and flower girl attire. Their dressing rooms were the biggest and the nicest I had been in (aside from some of the couture places), which definitely helps when you are trying on big dresses! I definitely recommend it as a place to check out on your hunt for wedding dresses.

I found my wedding dress here, I didn't actually even pick it out myself. The helpful saleslady brought it to my room and I'm so glad she did! They have nice hours that go into the evening and offer appointments as well. Pictures are also allowed, this was very helpful during my selection process.

There is a good selection of different designers and gowns to choose from at affordable prices. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in the search!

I love the ladies at Cynderellie's Closet. The boutique was such a cute place and wasn't swarming with other brides. You can go in without an appointment on the weekdays and they are so attentive in helping you find the perfect dress. The prices are also reasonable for what you get and my dress, shoes, veil and undergarments were perfect! Always a great experience.

Cynderellie's was my first stop when I was seriously beginning to look for my dress. I worked with Julie, and had an excellent experience. She really knows her stuff and made me feel very at ease. I went a few other places afterwards, and was originally going to purchase my dress in Oregon to save on sales tax, but I liked Cynderellie's enough that I decided to give them my business. In the end I also ordered my headband and veil from Cynderellie's, my mom ordered her dress there and 2 of my bridesmaids ordered their dresses there as well. Everything came in when and as we expected and I appreciated that I didn't feel pressured to do alterations or get any additional accessories there.

They are nice at first but if you want to save yourself a LOT of stress, i would NEVER go here again! They destroyed my vision for my bridesmaid dresses and chose to put 100% of the blame on me, were very rude and mean about it, and dismissed themselves completely. They weren't even willing to help out or see if they could reorder. The manager was impossible and one of the meanest people I've ever met!

I ended up repurchasing bridesmaid dresses at Ann Taylor and got them in time- but I lost $700 with 3 hideous dresses from this place. They are absolutely awful and added a TON of stress!!!!! I would NEVER recommend them. EVER!

I absolutely loved this quaint little shop in the tiny town of Edmonds, Wa. The ladies there were so very sweet and absolutely adored me, which is what every bride wants. I had been to many wedding shops before and found nothing I liked, people trying to sell every little thing they had instead of pampering me for my special day, or just plain ol too expensive for my poor little family to afford. But in this little shop, I found a lovely group of ladies who cared more about how I looked instead of trying to make a sale. They heard what I had to say, they helped me find what I wanted, and all for a very reasonable price.

I loved every time I went into Cynderellies. Their employees are not paid on commission, so there is no pressure. Everything in the store is under $1000, and though it seems like a lot to some, the quality of the dresses were incredible ... everything from a $250 simple satin gown to a $900 elaborate Maggie Sottero dress. I visited a few other stores, but had to come back to Cynderellies b/c of their selection and their personal touch to each girl that comes in. It's a small and private store with appointment only on the weekends. I did not end up getting my bridesmaid dresses through them, but they carried many popular lines with a 20% discount if you have 3 or more ordering dresses, along with a nice variety of MOB dresses as well. They also have a lady who works contract through the store who does alterations ... she's a little crazy, and the prices aren't the best in town, but she does an amazing job and gets it done for you in time. I would suggest Cynderellies to anyone getting married in the Seattle area!
