Lynn was so nice & helpful! She wored well within my budget & our flowers were absolutely beautiful. My bouquet was more of a memorial for my mom & I cried when I saw it. I'm having it preserved because I loved it so much!

Lynn is AMAZING to work with and will blow you away with her arrangements. My flowers were much more expensive than what she charged me and my bride's bouquet was HUGE. (It was almost to heavy to carry around!) She is the best, honestly.

My first meeting with the vendor went really well. It seemed I could get everything that I wanted within my budget. However, it seems the product I received the day of my wedding was not what we had discussed. For example, I wanted full red rose centerpieces for half of my tables. This large white flower that took up too much of the table, precluding us from lighting the candles we had spent money on, were added to the centerpieces. I did not care for how they turned out, and were not what I wanted. I had made some changes to the information provided at the time of our first meeting. When I asked for a revised quote with the amended prices based on the changes made, I never received this document. I have no idea how much I saved by taking things off, and how much I paid for what I added on. I do know one thing - the original quote had me paying for $50 dollars worth of rhinestones in my bouquet; however, I had not one single rhinestone in my bouquet. I still have yet to figure out where that $50 dollars went.

Ok so we met Lynn and loved her although we did not love her prices. Anyway we went with her only to be sooooo disappointed! Her coworker showed up to the church w/ the flowers, my bouqet was totally wrong it was supposed to be all blue roses but it was 75% white flowers mixed in, then it was supposed to be very uniform w no flowers floating all over and was it no it was the total opposite of what I wanted. My bouqet was all wrapped in linen and the linen was SOAKING WET!! We actually had to try and wring it out so it wasnt leaking all over my dress and then during the ceremony my sister had to get the server to get me a towel b/c it was sooooooo wet. ALl the other bridesmaids also had wet linen wraps and then they forgot 1 whole bouqet and didnt even say sorry. The men were supposed to have blue roses and what did she bring , WHITE LILLIES!!!! I hate lillies and they looked sooo tacky and cheap and totally did not fit our theme. The flower girls had mini bouqets and they were closed w/ these huge sharp pins which sliced up both of their fingers and my sister who grabbed it from them. Lastly our centerpieces while pretty were totally not what we agreed on , so what tell me is the point of meeting w/ them if they dont pay attention. Id never spend so much on flowers again and how do I go about getting a refund????

Professional and creative. My flowers turned out absolutely perfect and exactly as I wanted! Lynn was so nice to work with and put me completely at ease!

I decided to go with Lynn because she promiced me amazing flowers, I did not get what I asked for. My center pieces were awful they looked like a 3yr old put some sticks in a vase. the water was supposed to be colored, it wasnt, they were ugly and not at all what I asked for. I had no bouquet to throw, they forgot, so I had to throw my own bouquet. My girls had white LIllies, they were all wilted. We paid an arm and a leg for her services and she did nothing of what I wanted...very dissapointed! DONT GO WITH LYNN! alsp, my sister inlaw went with Lynn a month after my wedding, her colors were all wrong, she made her a hanging bouquet when she asked for round. She want mostly white orchids with a very small amount of pink, she got all pink with barley any orchids.. I dont understand how you can make so many mistakes.

Amazing! Loved my flowers and loved working with them. I gave them a budget and they put together a nice package for me. Couldn't ask for anything better!

Lynn is very creative. The first time we met with someone ther, Lynn was out and she had someone else directing our appointment. It was a disaster! I was so confused on what i wanted and ended up making another appointment with Lynn later on. I changed alot of things in my second appointment because Lynn actually understood what i wanted. In the end the flowers turned out beautiful and I still have people tellling me how they just POP in the photos!

My flowers were beautiful and I got so many compliments on them but there were details missing that we agreed on. The organization there isn't 100% I got calls from staff about making payments when they had already cashed my check also on every appointment the same portfolio is used so it is very messy and hard for the florist to read, even though it was her notes. There were details from my final appointment that were missing and details from past appointments that were vetoed but showed up in my flowers. After my final appointment I wasn't really sure what I was getting I never saw sample arrangements but was promised them (I did get to see sample flowers). I wish I would have been more thorough at my last appointment to go over all of the details with her and made sure we were on the same page. On the positive note Lynn is very forth right and up front with her customers. I had a January wedding and she made sure I knew if a flower was very expensive or hard to get, she worked to help me with my budget since flowers are very expensive in January and the sample picture I had was full of exotic ones. On the wedding day Lynn and an assistant came to the church and pinned on flowers and gave us vases and boxes to transport flowers from the church to the reception site. She also set up the flowers at the reception hall and the place looked great I even had the reception hall staff ask me who did the flowers. My guests were even more delighted when they found out they could take the centerpieces home.

The whole process with Lynn was great and the flowers were beautiful. I was disappointed with the centerpieces. The small were suppose to have lights in the vases and they didn't at the reception. Also for what we paid for the centerpieces I expected a lot more.

Lynn was outstanding at her dedication and love for design.She was timely, professional, and the flowers were so lively and fresh.Every detail looked great,the colors flowed well with the linen and decorations.I would highly recommend Lynn as a florist to anyone in the Cleveland area.

My Flowers were GORGEOUS, and the ladies we worked with were very nice and helpful!

The only complaint I have is they were suppose to put Crystals in my flowers and I paid an extra $25 for it, and they didn't put them in, but appologized and refunded the money for the crystals. Also, my maid of honor ended up with no decorations on her bouquet, like the other girls had, because they forgot to put them on. I wasn't that upset about it because they were really nice about it and the flowers were sooo beautiful and I really enjoyed working with them!

The delivery charge of $75 to deliver two blocks down the road (at country lakes party center) was kind of shocking to me as well. I bought a couch, dining room table, and hutch from wayside furniture in akron last week and had it delivered to my home in solon, and it only cost $55.. why in the world would it cost $75 to deliver some flowers up the street??? Its silly to me, but oh well.

I would definitely recommend them! My flowers were gorgeous and look beautiful in my pictures!!

Creations by Lynn did a phenomenal job. I did not even meet with them once in person, just simply described what I would like to see and they outdid themselves!!! Everything was exactly the look that I had envisioned and the flowers look absolutely stunning in the pictures. They are a smaller florist but definitely worth it...absolutely spectacular.

Lynn did an amazing job with our flowers! All of the boquets were a really nice size and reasonably priced. She did an awesome job on our centerpieces too. There was a mix-up with the head table, and she was able to turn the arrangement she had made for it into something that worked for the table that we actually got. The flowers still looked great a week after the wedding and we got a ton of compliments on them.
