Creations by Jessie did a wonderful job on my weddings invitations! It took me forever to make a decision, I really thought you had to spend a lot of money on invitations to get nice ones, but I was wrong. I designed my own invitations, payed a little extra for the email sample, which I recommend, because I did have to change it a couple of times. The changes were made right away, and the invitations were beautiful! I would definetely recommend these invitations to any bride!

Professionalism is very key when running a business and these people don't have it. First booking appointments that have their clients waiting and hour before they see them , does not count as quality service. When they finally make it time out of their busy schedule to come see you, they will work with you to find what you want at a good price, but that doesn't matter if they don't come through on it. Making my client wait three weeks, thinking that she has invitations done for her wedding and out of the way, she than finds out that they decided they can't make her invitations for her because they are going on vacation. This is ridiculous, working in this industry must make you aware of time sensitivity that your clients must have when it comes to invitations. Plus if your running a business and your aware that your going on vacation why work out details and take appointments at all. Overall this company is not reliable to do what needs to be done.

Everyone beware!! These people wasted 3 weeks of my time and in the end never made the invites they promised. They are very hard to reach, never answer their phones and never reply to emails. They told me to put down the deposit for the invites and when I finally got a hold of them (it took me 3 weeks to find them again) they told me that its too late right now and that they can't design the invites. I am running out of time and am now forced to go with "store bought" invites. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Very Unprofessional!!! They are working from basement, family run and very unreliable.
everything about them is sketchy...keep your money and save your time and give your business to someone else...
