My family has used this store for many occasions, and unfortunately, this time, we were disappointed with the service. The quality of the dresses was wonderful, but once we purchased them, it seemed as though the staff became less friendly. Everytime we came in, they seemed annoyed with something & really tried to rush us. When my mother wanted to try on her gown again that was pressed already, they were not happy, but guess what...it had been altered incorrectly and had to be re-done. At which point they were not very apologetic about it, but rather annoyed. So when I then wanted to try mine on after being pressed, I got the same flustered reaction, despite what we discovered just moments before. We paid ALOT of money in there between my dress, bridesmaids dresses, and my mom's gown as well as alterations for many of them, and I would have thought we would have received more gracious service. I would hesitate a recommendation to this store at this time unfortunately.

Beware of their clearance items. Make sure you inspect it for any defects. The tiara i bought for $75 marked down from $110 was defective. Unfortunately I didn't realize it until the wedding. It was supposed to have three gems sticking up from the tiara but only had one in the middle. You could see where it was broken off at. Pretty disappointed that it was that expensive and was broken. Also apparently they are not very good when it comes to measuring for tuxes because we got the wrong size shirt and pants. Which really ruined the day because we had to get new ones before we could leave for our elopement. The day before when i picked up the tux my husband was working so couldn't try it on till late that night. Make sure you look closely at anything you buy from them and also try on everything either when you pick it up or soon after.

I initially walked into Country Bride without and appointment and they were very happy to help me. The lady that showed me around was extremely friendly. The lady who helped me try the dresses on, not so much. I am glad that I did not let her scare me off because everyone after her was fantastic. The lady that arranged the tux rentals and fittings was great. I felt like she was apart of my wedding. We also ordered my mother's dress there as well. It came in way too small despite ordering according to the measurements They did an amazing job altering her dress to fit her. I don't know where they found the inches. They completely reworked the dress and she looked amazing.

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!!!

I went to Country Bride because I had had good experiences with them in the past buying bridesmaid dresses. Plus I refused to go to David's Bridal. The service I got when I got my dress and even picking out the girls dresses was great. I went in a few different times to look at dresses and didn't have appointments. Someone would help me get them to the changing room and stayed with me until I was done without any complaints.

I had my alterations done by someone outside of the store. But two of my girls got theirs done there and they were not happy. When they went back to get the dresses they were not done the way the were supposed to be and had to be fixed. With my sister the lady tried to tell her it was fine and didn't need fixed.

For the tuxes, the girl that helped us the most is very sweet but somehow she wrote it all wrong in the book and luckily I caught it before they were all ordered. She had the dads wearing the wrong colored vests and the groomsmen in the wrong jacket. They fixed it quickly in the book. But then when all the tuxes came in pretty much all of them had to be fixed...either the jacket was too big or the sleeves of the jackets were too short. They fixed it all very quickly but it was a little nerve wrecking.

I would never go back to country bride. They ordered the wrong size bridesmaid dress for me & would not do anything to fix it. The dress is 2 sizes too small & now I have to spend $100 in alterations! Very disappointed!! :(

I loved my dress, and I really lucked out finding it in the sale room and needing very few alterations. The staff was cooperative and friendly for the most part.

I would not recommend this bridal shop. They only provided my bridesmaid dresses and i was not happy withe the service. One dress came back too small and the other were too big. i dont believe they measure correctly. Also it took forever to recieve the dresses and i did not recieve a call when they came in, i had to keep calling to find out. I asked if the dresses were there and she said yes they've been here for a week and I was surprised they hadnt called me!!

Not much to comment on here. We rented the tuxes for the wedding party at Country Bride. Very easy to and accomidating to out-of-towners. I have dealt with them as the groom and as an out-of-town groomsman. Tuxs fit well and they were on hand to make any last minute adjustments during the fitting. Plus Groom's tux is free!

having a bridal party where no one lives in state is a task in itself. They were not very flexible. also tried to size each of my bridesmaids one size up so they would need to be altered more. It was a pricey choice and i wish i would have gone somewhere else

I chose Country Bride because it was where my mother had gotten her wedding dress when she got married. It is truly a family business, and the excellent customer service that goes along with it. They were willing to accommodate my having multiple bridesmaids from out of town, shipped everything promptly, and even allowed them to have alterations done outside the store. Their alterations in-store were fantastic - my dress fit perfectly and was beautiful.

I had gone to Country Bride several times before I got married for prom dresses etc...and had amazing service...and that's why I went to them for my wedding gown. They were so helpful...even when I wanted to try on nearly 20 dresses. You could tell that they have fun with their jobs...and really do delight in helping out with your special day. Their dresses aren't cheap...but the service is well worth the money.

Had a wonderful attentative sales person. She was genuinely very excited for me and it was like "shopping" with my aunt or something. Patty was great to work with! Large dressing areas and very personalized service. While I was trying on a dress Patty was searching though veils to find ones that would best suit my dress. She knew my groom and I were on a tight budget as we were paying for a lot of the wedding ourselves. Patty did not try to pressure me into spending more money at all. Patty also took the time to show my brides maids how to bussle my dress so they wouldn't spend 2hours trying to figure out how to do it while guests were waiting at the reception hall for me to arrive.

Unlike David's Bridal, they were happy to help me without being "registered" in advance and without an appointment.

Very good selection, the staff was very helpful and kind.
