Very disappointed in this service. Emailed her on January 7th to ask if I ordered a cake topper of a police officer and fireman for our friends wedding if it would be ready for Feb 4th. Her response that night was yes. Emailed somewhere around Feb 1st to see if it had been mailed to the bride as a suprise and was emailed back that she had had back surgery January 8th and wasn't able to complete the order. My question is why on the 7th are you saying yes if you know you are having back surgery the 8th. And why are you not letting me know that it hasnt been made 3 days before the wedding after I had emailed her. Bad business as far as I am concerned and I wont ever use again. Granted a full refund was credited but very poor communication and service.

I was looking for a unique cake topper. My husband is a car technician and when I did a search on the internet, Carla's website came up. She had the cutest cake topper of a bride in a wedding dress dragging the groom who was wearing a mechanic's uniform. There were scratch marks from his fingernails, a wrench in his hand and a tire next to his leg. This was perfect for the two of us. She customized the cake topper down to the hair color. I had asked if she could, put his name on the uniform like the one he has at work, not knowing if it was possible...she did and it was the talk of our wedding! She is very prompt on the order and I had the cake topper to my house in a little under 2 weeks! She has alot of other great cake toppers! Definately check out her website!
