Christine truly captured my day in all its beauty! It had been raining all day, but stopped a couple hours before our beach ceremony on Tybee Island. This made for some beautiful light just before sunset. Christine really took advantage of the great light and with a little leading, helped us have some wonderful pictures.

We had a small wedding and only needed a photographer for a couple of hours. We paid a high hourly fee and had one of the on staff photographers. We ended up with about 200 proofs (though some seemed to be the same photo just cropped differently or made black and white)
She was very friendly and nice, however we were disappointed with our photos. The family photos had my husband's father feet away from the rest of us and partially blocked - I felt like a wedding photographer should have made him move in.

The lighting was very bad in some photos. We wanted to have photos of our guests taken so we could frame them and send them as thanks yous (again, it was a small wedding) but these photos did not come out well, and we nixed the framing idea once we saw them.
There was only one photo with my husband and his dad and it was not good at all.

The photos of our cake, the flowers and favors, as well as the 2 children came out wonderful - so wonderful compared to the rest we wondered if this photographer was an object or child photographer rather than wedding.

Every time I sent them an email I would have to resend several times over the course of a couple weeks to get a response.

Photos took over the promised 6 weeks to get as well. * * * * EDIT: we got the actual proofs a few days after the 6 months, the images were uploaded for us to view small versions online on the night that marked excatly 6 months * * * *

I suggest getting samples of the work of whatever photographer you will be working with before signing the contract.

I used Christine to photgraph my June wedding. My fiancé gave me a little grief initially about what I spent on the photography but once he saw the pictures he realized she is worth every penny. She is wonderful to work with and is very creative. I would highly recommend her.

Chrissy was great! You want someone who is fun to do your wedding photos, and she's certainly that! She made the whole experience as calm as possible (and her photos were great, too...).

Christine and her assistant were a pleasure to work with - she had a great sense of humor that made us feel comfortable right away. She captured our natural interaction perfectly, and also captured my guests beautifully. She's one of the pricier photographers in the area, but worth every penny.

Working with Crissy and her staff was a fun and amazing experience. We selected her by many (actually everyone we asked) locals' recommendations as we had just moved to Savannah and were planning our wedding. She was very open to suggestions and made sure to get all of the shots we requested, even the one where she had to round up all of our wedding guests for whole wedding group shot. Never having been professionally photographed before, her charm and sense of humor helped us relax to get those "spontaneous" moments. As spectacular as she is, the behind-the-scenes photoshop work is equally so. Our proofs came back to us much faster than I anticipated. Each photo was stunning and nothing was fussy or overworked. In other words, we still looked like us! The colors photos were vibrant, the black and white shots were well-balanced, and some of the more atmospheric shots had lovely, subtle filters applied. Christine Hall Photography is a great business. Chrissy will travel to your wedding location, has a variety of wedding packages, and is incredibly talented. An alumna of Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), her work has appeared in wedding magazines and other publications. She has also shot magazine covers for Paula Deen, a cook on Food Network. Although her work can be expensive, she's worth every penny. She also has other talented photographers that work for her who can shoot your wedding day at a less expensive rate, if you are on a budget. Everyone at her studio will ensure that your calls or emails are returned, you get the pictures you want, and you are happy with your photos.
