We would first like to address the client’s concern(s) as extremely important to our business. We believe that EACH BRIDE’S experience should truly be a pleasant one and this is truly what we strive for as you can see from what other previous clients have shown in reviews. We worked very hard to make certain that April’s wedding day was wonderful and it was. It is important to note that we went out of our way to accommodate the client by throwing in some extra perks in their package that were complimentary as a courtesy to them. During the process, the client was out of town and we maintained regular conversations via email, conference calls, and several in-person meetings which is what the package allows (Month-Of). There was a single instance of a delay in response to an email which we are aware of; however, the client sent the email and was given a reason for the delay and a notice as to when she could expect a reply at the time the email was originally sent. The reason for the delay in response was not purposeful or vengeful only based on logistics. Prior to this instance the client never mentioned any problems or issues. Our company reached a growth spurt during this time and has since had to add more staff in order to prevent future issues. The client’s voice messages were always returned in a timely fashion within 24 hours. Upon understanding the client’s frustration, the coordinator did issue a written apology as well as a verbal apology by phone as well as in person. We would like to also address the client’s following comments:

1. Chic Soiree coordinators did not arrive to the wedding dressed inappropriately in jeans nor change clothes on the premises. We never have and never will. The lead coordinator was dressed in a Navy pantsuit and black sweater, the two assistants were dressed: pink blouse/ black slacks/flat black shoes and black blouse/black slacks/flat black shoes. No one ever dressed in jeans to the client’s wedding and our staff was properly dressed for the occasion.

2. The client’s vendors were notified well in advance of the client’s information regarding the wedding day activities and we do have the emails and phone records to prove this matter. Note: At times after the consultant has notified the vendor of our service, a vendor will contact the bride/groom with a possible question instead of the coordinator.

At the end of the evening we received many "thank yous" for a job well done from the couple as well as her family.
