    What a great addition to our wedding! Every little detail was made to match our special day! From what we wore, hairstyle and flowers! The attention to detail is amazing! She was able to accommodate a rush order and had it here in plenty of time! It will make a great keepsake to have on display for years and years to come!

    Stole our money! Never received our cake topper! Do not ever purchase anything from this company! She is a thief and a low life!

    I write reviews normally to merrit the item that I have purchased. Yet, it's been 9 months since I ordered my cake topper, and 6 months since Kate responded to any of my emails. I tried as a last ditch effort to get my money back at least, to help pay for another topper or something else for the wedding, and no luck. Highly NOT recommended. If you ordered something from this vendor, good luck getting your item, or your money back. Don't make the same mistake I did, and wait too long. After 180 days (6 months) you can't do anything through Paypal, or the vendor site. Only thing you can do is sue, or complain, and write these reviews to warn other people to NOT order, or wait too long to get your money back. I was seriously looking forward to this topper, as it was customized to fit both my fiance and myself. I made the huge mistake of ordering way too early (I ordered in January and my wedding was in September) so I got screwed on all accounts. Best thing you can do is text her number she has listed on the site, but I don't think that will go anywhere either. I had like 4 different email addresses, but no response from any of them. I had ordered this through Etsy, and shortly after the Etsy store was closed. Thats what I get for being nieve enough to think when you order something online that the vendor will follow through. It doesn't happen that often...but this was a costly mistake on my part.

    I am not one to ever write reviews, however I was also scammed with this seller and I don’t want anyone else to be misled. I wish I had researched a bit more before making this purchase for my wedding. I figured buying through ETSY was safe as I have purchased many wedding items through the site. The cake topper was the very first thing I purchased for my wedding in August 2014 for my wedding in April 2015, clearly I wasn't wasting any time and wanted to make sure it arrived in plenty of time. Kate kept in close contact with me until I purchased the topper. After that she responded only one time and said she was getting caught up from Christmas orders, I never heard from her again! Then I realized that her business listing had been removed from ETSY altogether. I could only find her actual website elsewhere; I emailed her through that and to her personal email with no response. I was truly disappointed that someone could be so dishonest. What an eye opening experience this has been. Weddings are expensive and stressful enough, I didn’t need to go through all of this. Please use extreme caution when purchasing anything from this seller. FYI- for those who purchased through ETSY, you can request a refund. ETSY was kind enough to refund my order when they confirmed the purchase was never shipped or received.

    Kate has the worst communication. As soon as she receives her money she seems to fall off the face of the earth. I paid almost $300 for a custom cake topper for my wedding. I asked her before i made my purchase if she was able to make the item in time for my wedding. She assured me that if I paid the "rush" fee that she would have it in time. My last email conversation with her was on Feb 12. She said that she was almost finished and that she would send me a proof soon. at that time I brought it to her attention that the invoice she created showed that my "ship date" was March 11, 2014 and that I reminded her that my wedding is March 13, 2014. Her response was "No worries! I have the expected ship date on my calendar as next Wednesday, the 19th. I will see if I can update the date on your order page as well."
    Never heard from her again. Nor did she fix the shipping date either of course. I sent her several emails various ways (as a new customer, inquire custom order, etc.) to check up on my order seeing as Feb 19th had come and gone. No response what so ever. I even pleaded with her to just respond telling if she just fell behind on her orders and wouldn't be able to full fill myn in time for my wedding. This was a very disappointing experience, and I will be telling everyone and anyone who is getting married NOT to use this company.
