"Celebrations Made Simple, and Felicia Owens-Smith, Event Coordinator, may just 'save your day.' Felicia is professional, thorough, tireless, knowlegeable, and really fun to work with! Though she is based out of Winchester, VA, she can't be confined to rural Virginia, and is very active across the entire Washington, DC metro area. I first met Felicia through a client we had in common who thought, initially, that she wouldn't need an Event Coordinator and could take care of the arrangements herself. Needless to say, she decided to bring Felicia on in the last weeks before the Wedding and dropped an enormous list of tasks and expectations on Felicia's plate from the first day. Felicia took on all the pressing deadlines with a smile and a fantastic outlook. Her creativity made it possible for our client to make her wedding dream a reality - and I remember, vividly, the Bride introducing Felicia at the rehearsal and adding - right then and there - that Felicia had saved her life 'hundreds' of times. Felicia also has so many ideas, vendors, options, and wisdom under her belt - I'm convinced she saves every one of her clients at least enough to cover her very reasonable fees, and probably much, much more. Celebrations Made Simple is THE premier event planning company! From the very first meeting, I knew that Felicia was the perfect planner for my wedding. And I was right! The service was tremendous and you will not find a more professional and organized staff anywhere. The attention to detail and responsiveness was exceptional. Felicia was extremely flexible throughout the planning process and was by my side for everything every step of the way for every vendor meeting and every time I needed her. My wedding of over 260 people was absolutely beautiful... just as I envisioned it and every detail was carried out just as I requested. My wedding day was 100% worry and problem-free and I was able to relax and enjoy my day knowing everything was taken care of. And I mean everything: coordinating the rehearsal, final payments, decorating, and even making sure that anything left at the reception was returned to me. I highly recommend Celebrations Made Simple to any bride (or anyone planning any type of event) and look forward to working with Felicia again should I ever need to plan an event in the future. Honestly, you NEED to contact Felicia with Celebrations Made Simple to help plan your wedding. She was so helpful, so professional, and took ALL the stress off of me (especially the day of) so that I could have fun and enjoy it all. She listened to everything that I wanted and made it all happen. She was so efficient, took care of all the contracts, payments, tips, and all the little things that you don't want to worry about, or your family! My brother got married a few years ago and the family was responsible for so much that they didn't get to enjoy themselves very much. Felicia took care of everything for us so that we could all enjoy ourselves. And we did, we all had a great time. I didn't have to worry about a thing. She is EXTREMELY flexible and met with me several times to make sure we had everything straight. Her and her team were on top of things and thought of things that never even crossed my mind. I was not only planning a wedding, but going to school full time for my Master's Degree and changing careers all at the same time and Felicia made it all a pleasant experience. AND our wedding and reception turned out more beautiful than I had imagined or would have been able to do myself. I highly recommend Felicia with Celebrations Made Simple as your wedding planner. She is amazing! I would not have been able to do this all without her. Thank you Felicia, you are the best!

Felicia did an outstanding job getting my wife and I ready for our wedding and getting all of our vendors on the same page. Plus she did a great job making sure our reception contract was air tight on costs.

Felicia is experienced, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. She and the staff of Celebrations Made Simple made our wedding day an absolute joy! Our experience with Celebrations Made Simple was simply amazing. I tried to coordinate my reception for 200 people by myself. One week before the event, I realized that it was going to be a disaster. I called Felicia, the owner of Celebrations Made Simple. She was quick to take control of the situation and turned our reception into an amazing event. Felicia and her team were prompt, dedicated, friendly, attentive and just wonderful to work with.

I HIGHLY recommend Celebrations Made Simple.
