My son's wedding was Feb 8th 2013 .It was a Friday evening and it was the biggest snow storm to hit the NY area in 2 years We had 125 guests expected and we were worry about how they were all going to get there with all the snow.We had guests coming from Florida, Ct and Ireland.The owner of Catlin Gardens called us and offer us a good rate for Thursday night so some people could come before the storm and of course everyone stayed Friday night after the wedding .Jacks Pub in the hotel stayed open late after the wedding the accommodate our guests.The staff at Catlin Gardens did a fabulous job .They were friendly and went the extra mile to make sure everyone had a great time.I have been to Catlin Gardens in the past for other events and have never been disappointed.I would recommend Catlin Gardens for your wedding or any other event . The hotel rooms are beautiful and very clean. Thank you to all the staff for make our wedding great.

Our Wedding could not have been more perfect at Catlin Gardens. I would highly recommend this venue for anyone that wants a picturesque place to get married. The grounds at Catlin Gardens are absolutely beautiful. The help that I received from all the staff members was amazing. All the guests as they arrived asked "How did we find this place?" We had the rehersal diner in Jack's Pub. Wedding ceremony was in the gardens. Cocktail hour was also in the gardens. All day/night long and for days afterward guests continuously raved about the beauty of all the facilities and the courteous and attentive staff. As father of the bride I felt my daughter was a prices and we were in a fairy tale setting. It was THAT beautiful. From first inquiry contact to check out at the Inn every employee was so helpful, kind and pleasurable to deal with. An outstanding feature is The Inn. After the reception a stroll to the Inn puts you in a luxurious room. An outstanding continental breakfast is provided. The food was exquisite at the rehersal diner the cocktail hour and the receiption. Caitlyn Gardens is THE BEST facility for a wedding.

We were beyond thrilled with our choice in Catlin Gardens as a reception location. The entire staff was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our and our guest's requests. James and Jamie made us feel completely taken care of and truly cared about. The grounds and manor house were beautiful, well-kept and distinct. Being not from the area, we had many out of town guests and booked the entire Inn for the night after which created a fun "destination" like feel to the wedding and gave us a great spot for the after party in Jack's Pub. We also had the rehearsal dinner downstairs in the brand new Grotto room which was intimate and different. All in all we could not have imagined a better place to have our wedding and will always be able to return to the Inn to reminisce about our amazing day there. Highly highly recommend!

My daughter Stephanie's wedding reception was absolutely beautiful! The Stack Family and their staff did an absolutely fantastic job with everything at Catlin Gardens. The groom's family is from the Pittsburgh area and they were so impressed on the professionalism of the staff/waiters/waitresses, etc at the wedding. Thank You for a job well done and thank goodness I have pictures to look back on and relive this special day of Stephanie and Tom's wedding!!

We got married at catlin Gardens 6 months ago it was the most beautiful place for a wedding. All my guest were so impressed with the location! It was a day we will never forgot and I highly recommend it to any couples who are looking for a beautiful venue!

TRUE STORY- I was in high school when I first heard a radio commercial for Catlin Gardens. It sounded amazing and wished that one day I would be a bride getting married at this beautiful venue. Well, 12 years later, I got my wish and was married at the most stunning place I have ever seen. Not only are the grounds absolutely breathtaking, but the staff is so friendly and helpful! The entire planning process was so easy and I truly felt like I was surrounded by family the entire time. I recently heard this story from one of my guests and I must share it with you. During our reception dinner, my step daughter asked for applesauce. The kitchen was out of this item, so one of the staff members drove to the local store to buy applesauce for her. I could not believe how accommodating the entire Catlin Gardens staff is. They went out of their way to make sure everything went smooth on our day. Many people will say how not everything can go perfect on your wedding day. Well, mine was very close to perfection. The only hiccup was that it poured all morning and afternoon. I desperately wanted the ceremony in the gardens and James and Jaime made that happen. They even held umbrellas while walking our guest down to the ceremony. During cocktail hour and the reception, I noticed how place cards were set up and how the tables were arranged and that every detail I wanted was executed flawlessly. The food was AMAZING and Jaime made sure we never had an empty glass . The after party was at Jack’s Pub located in the Catlin Gardens Inn. We had so much fun with our friends and family. The bartender was fun and on point the whole night into early morning! To top off an amazing party and after party, we stayed in a gorgeous suite. I truly enjoyed everything about this venue and I have received (and am still receiving) emails, texts, and phone calls, about how beautiful our wedding was and how breathtaking Catlin Gardens is. If you want an unforgettable wedding, this is your place!

We had such a fantastic experience at Catlin Gardens. Our wedding was picture perfect. The gardens were gorgeous, the inn was gorgeous, and the room we had the reception in was gorgeous. The whole day felt like a fairy tale!! Everyone who came to the wedding had an amazing time, and commented to us about it, in addition, they couldn't believe how beautiful everything was. I am a pretty anxious person, so I was a worry-wort bride, and by far for me the biggest thing, was how Jaime, our Maitre'd took care of everything for us, we literally didn't have to worry about a single thing. He was incredible. I can't say enough good things. If you're a worrier bride, I highly recommend this place. I can't forget Elsie at the front desk either, she was a tremendous help to us, and such a great person. Thanks Catlin for making our wedding unforgettable!

Our outside ceremony was beautiful, staff was more than attentive. The food was excellent and reception space and decor was perfect for our wedding!

I just had my wedding at Catlin Gardens on March 24, 2012 and it was AMAZING!! :-) Within the first week and a half of my engagement, I went to visit Catlin Gardens and fell in love with it before I even walked in the front door. The building is beautiful and the gardens in the back are gorgeous!! When we toured the reception room, I knew this was where I was getting married. They have this beautiful tented ceiling that is so different from anything I have ever seen and the entire reception room overlooks the gardens outside. We literally signed our contract that day!! I didn't want to look anywhere else!! And the best part is that there is a gorgeous new inn right on the property that many of my guests stayed at!! Everyone at Catlin Gardens was wonderful right from the beginning. They were soooo accomodating and always got back to me very quickly via email or phone when I had questions. Elsie at the front desk was great and was very helpful in the room blocks and setting up our breakfast for the morning after the wedding. Stephanie and James were great in helping me get everything in order and in going over how we wanted the room set up for both my ceremony and reception as we did get married there. And it was set up exactly how I envisioned it!! Jamie was our maitre d and he was wonderful as well. He kept everything in order and flowing so smoothly. He even made sure I always had everything I needed...including champagne :-) I didn't have to worry about a thing because everyone at Catlin are amazing at what they do!! So many of my guests told me how delicious the food was, how beautiful the venue was, and how great the staff was. And I couldn't agree more!! I had the wedding of my dreams and would do it again there in a heartbeat!! :-) Thank you Stephanie, James, Jamie, Elsie and the entire staff at Catlin Gardens for an amazing wedding!! :-)

Our reception at Catlin Gardens was wonderful. A few weeks before our wedding, our wedding coordinator left Catlin, which made us nervous. However the staff made us feel very comfortable, and the day went without a flaw. Although the gardens weren't opened because our wedding was in March, Jamie turned the fountains on for us because it was a beautiful day, so we could take pictures outside. There were a few requests that we had, and Catlin readily accomodated us. The food was delicious, the Manor House was beautiful and the Inn was convenient and beuatiful. We partied long into the night after the wedding at Jack's Irish Pub! Overall Catlin was a wonderful experience!

What an amazing venue. EVERYTHING was perfect!!! I never saw such a dedicated staff. A special shout out to Jennifer Stack, James (event manager) and Jamie (Maitre d'). My daughter's wedding is the second one I've been to at Catllin Gardens and both were sensational functions that ran very smoothly.
I found the food to be so fresh and delicious. All through the night people kept telling me that this was the best wedding they had ever been to in their life. Everyone was impressed by the venue. And this was WITHOUT access to the gardens as weather did not permit. STILL FABULOUS! We'll be back!!!

Having our ceremony and reception here was one of the best decisions that we eer made. It is not only gorgeous, but the people that we worked with were absolutely great. Everyone was willing to help however they could. We planned the wedding while being out of state and everyone that we were in contact with was very nice to us and able to answer all questions we had in a timly manner via e-mail or telephone. On our actual wedding day they were even better! It did rain slightly, but to ensure that my husband, our families, guests, and I were as comfortable as possible they supplied us with umbrella's, a golf cart to bring to the ceremony and anything else we needed. They were more than accomodating and couldn't be happier with everything!
