Catering with a Twist is AMAZING!!!!
They made everything so easy. We set up a tasting with them and emailed the menu of what we would like to try. The food was outstanding! One of their Chefs came out and went over the foods and explained some options. We finalized our menu and decided on all the details. Their options were awesome.
At our reception the food was unbelievable! Oh my goodness, I wish they could cook for me everyday at home! The staff was phenomenal! They were so professional, friendly, and at tentative to details.
The best part.....they packed us a to go dinner in a very cool reusable grocery bag with their logo on it. So when me and my hubby arrived to our honeymoon destination we were able to enjoy their fabulous meal again!
I am so looking forward to using Catering with a Twist again for future events!

First of all, you won't find a better, more diligent or productive email correspondant than Kassie from Catering With a Twist. From the moment my fiancee and I chose them to cater our wedding reception on 11/4/11, she proved to be incredibly helpful and amenable. We made numerous changes along the way as our wedding budget and plan for the feel of our reception evolved, but never at any point was Kassie anything less than understanding, patient and extremely accommodating.  You won't feel as though you're alone in the planning stages of your big day, or like you are being a bother by asking questions as they inevitably arise.

CWAT has a wide array of menu options to fit any price range, from informal to elegant with different levels of place settings to match, so you can really personalize your event based on taste and budget.  
We chose the Tuscan Romance menu, which featured an antipasto display of cured meats, breads, dried fruits, etc., caesar salad, four cheese manicotti and trout with rosemary and white beans. Everything was delicious! Shortly after my wife and I made our official entrance at the reception, a Catering With a Twist staff member rushed over full plates of food for us to immediately begin enjoying. Which we definitely did! Very prompt service.

Also, to save a little money we opted to supply beer and wine for the reception ourselves, and needed a TABC-certified bartending staff which Catering With a Twist made available. I would be remiss not to mention how incredibly courteous and complimentary they were the entire night. Our guests couldn't stop telling us how great they were.

Nothing but the best to say about Catering With a Twist. So very highly recommended.

Kassie and her staff (especially Kyle) were so awesome! They took such great care of all our guests and the food was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond customer service and made our wedding reception a night to remember. Catering with a Twist will FOREVER be my "go to" caterers!

They were very easy to work with. They took everything we wanted and the colors of our wedding and made it better than we could have hoped for.

We had heard of Catering with a Twist from a local wedding website and we could not have been happier to stumble upon Kassie and her team. My husband and I were looking for upscale bbq and Kassie and her team nailed it. The antique china was the cherry on top and many people commented on our place settings at the wedding. If you're looking for quality food from people who love what they do Catering with a Twist should be your first top in the catering department.

Catering With a Twist was a recommendation from our wedding coordinator and we are so glad they were our caterers! Kassie was great about emails and answering all my questions. We had Mexican food at our wedding and it was delicious. Kassie and her staff were professional, provided quality service and did a great job! You guys rock!

Loved Kassie she was amazing the food was perfect and her professionalism was amazing i am so happy that i found her! the price was perfect we used her for the rehearsal dinner and the reception....i couldn't have asked for a better group they were amazing!

Kassie and her team did such a great job! The food was delicious and we received many compliments from our guests about it. They were very professional and their service was exceptional. Our venue was rather small considering the number of guests we had and so we had to get creative with seating and where we were going to put the buffet. Kassie was not only understanding and patient, but offered the perfect solution to our space issue. Thanks, Kassie!

I used Catering with a Twist for my wedding and they were a great choice! I shopped around with several caterers before selecting Catering with a Twist. Kassie was awesome at helping me pick out my menu. I also used them for China rental since my venue did not include it. Food was delicious and service top notch!

Great during planning but as for the actual event, their performance was lacking. Not enough staff on hand, unorganized and the service provided was not as stated in the contract.
My wedding went over well enough but the catering services provided were certainly not to my expectations.
