    Awesome Catering Company

    What a fantastic company! John and his staff were so helpful and flexible for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding. The food was EXCELLENT and very nicely presented. They even managed to keep everything warm during the outside, cool evening! The communication was always very quick. Everyone was at the venue early, extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them for weddings and any other event!

    We are so blessed!

    Chuck and the staff couldn’t have done anything better. From our first conversation to the spotless clean up everything was first rate. Our daughter’s wedding reception food was beautifully presented, fresh and delicious. Thank you for helping to make our day a blessing.

    The food was AWESOME and the value can't be beat! Thanks for everything! I particularly enjoyed the carved turkey--it was really juicy. We got lots of great feedback about the food at our wedding!

    A Catered Affair catered my daughter's wedding and it couldn't have been more perfect. From the minute we spoke with them, we knew they were our caterer. The food was delicious and the service was incredible. I've used many caterers over the year and they're by far the best!

    We loved our experience with a catered affair for our reception! We received a lot of compliments from our guests about the food, and you really cannot beat the value with the pricing. They were also very accommodating when we decided to make some changes to our menu. I would highly recommend this company.

    I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had for our reception. The crew showed up on time, the food was excellent, and they did everything to make sure the experience was the best it could possibly be for my husband and me. Heck, they even made sure we had refreshments when we forgot to get drinks ourselves. Chuck and Sven are going to be remembered by us for a very, very long time!

    Chuck and his crew are extremely professional. They always arrive on-time and are ready to present on-time. Chuck's crew are knowledgeable, respectful and absolutely wonderful to work with. Chuck is the master of great food presentation with fabulous flavor. He knows what the guests would like and he delivers on his promises.

    A Catered Affair is amazing. They went above and beyond our expectations and anticipated our needs. We WILL be using A Catered Affair for any and all our events. I am truly impressed by their work ethic, customer service, and the food is unbelievable. I am still craving it!

    A Catered Affair is Fantastic! We’ve used A Catered Affair for most of our events and luncheons, and cannot describe how incredibly happy we are with them.
    Our guests always express how wonderful the food is, and the food they prepare is was amazing!

    Chuck Webster and his staff are the consummate professionals and offer great support throughout the planning of our events. There is nothing they can’t handle.

    I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending A Catered Affair and will definitely be using them again!

    To sum it up - Professional, food beautifully presented and delicious, staff very polite and helpful.

    It is always a pleasure to work with A Cateres Affair. The employees are prompt, helpful and very pleasant. The company offers a good value and good food.

    Great food!

    Did such a great job! Only down side was they showed up a little late for setting up. Made us worried they would be pulling in during our ceremony...

    John and the staff at A Catered Affair were amazing! They were flexible in helping us put together the wedding dinner of our dreams, mixing and matching different menus to make the perfect meal for our needs. They were responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, even with several last-minute changes.

    The food (fried chicken dinner and a full waffle bar) was excellent. We got so many compliments from our guests. The price was also one of the most affordable I've seen among catering companies of their caliber. I highly recommend A Catered Affair.

    Chuck and his staff were awesome. We already knew how wonderful their food was but the entire staff of A Catered Affair went out of their way to make our day special. We had a cocktail hour and a full buffet and all of our guests raved about the food.

    If you have the opportunity to work with Chuck and his team from, A Catered Affair, you will be very fortunate! My daughter had a wedding in our backyard July 21, 2013 and the event was utterly flawless!
    Chuck and his team provided top notch service and they were very kind, professional and hard working. I had a very small kitchen, however I did not hear any complaints as they worked and presented the beautiful summer buffet to our 120 guests. Chuck did several platters of grilled vegetables, tomatoes and mozzarella, skewers of chicken and beef, and a carving station of sirloin beef. His marinade was fabulous and I heard many compliments on how tasty it was. Several breads and salads were also served. The color, presentation and food were not only eye catching but tasted delicious!
    Chuck enabled us to purchase the liquor, mixes and he provided the bar tenders. This was a huge cost saving for us and enabled us to cater to our guest’s cocktail choices. I was also able to provide smoked salmon as an appetizer and Chuck co ordinated the platters which looked beautiful.
    I only wish I had another event this summer! A truly professional operation on one of the most important days in our lives!

    Great Food for a Fair Price

    A Catered Affair impressed me very much on the day of my wedding. The food was delicious. Both of the owners are extremely nice and were so helpful. My only complaint is that my husband and I served ourselves, which was extremely difficult in my big dress. Also, they were calling the day before the wedding to confirm details that should have already been confirmed and I was extremely busy dealing with other things that day. Again though, overall I was extremely pleased with the food it was delicious and they were very accommodating for our friends who were vegan.

    Very flexible and easy to work with! I wanted stuffed avocados and they made it happen! They also custom-created a champagne drink to match the coral/pink color of my bridesmaid dresses! Only thing that could have been better is the serving table and utensils could have looked a little nicer.

    We booked on a holiday last winter. Chuck was wonderful. He was really helpful in making sure we got what we wanted for our guests at the best price. We were offered a discount for paying in full when we booked which was to be reduced in the event our guest list decreased. The food was wonderful and just like our taste testing. The biggest hit was the smoked sausage and sauerkraut at 11pm. My only complaint is that the staff did not stay to provide the coffee service and cut the cake. Which left my guests searching for the coffee they left sitting out. Also pieces of my cake stand which had to be returned to the vendor were thrown away by mistake since the catering staff didn't cut the cake as we had included in our package. While I do not regret having our holiday wedding, I am disappointed that some of our vendors booked our event and did not deliver what was promised.

    Hired them after attending another wedding event they served at the summer before. I selected just a meal with two meats served as I had appetizers and desserts covered. I paid for 145 people and paid extra for everyone to have both meat selections. I ordered Chicken Marsala and Roast Top Round of Beef. We got very small pieces plain breaded chicken and what looked like sliced roast beef lunch meat but they threw in Lasagna which I was thankful for because it was the best part of the meal while it lasted. We had a spring mix salad that was good. We had 125 people show up at the event and we ran out main food! There is no reason why you should ever run out of food when you paid for 20 more people than what actually showed up. They should also never switch food on you either unless they ask first. Knives were also not set out until half the people were through the line. People are sitting at the tables trying to cut chicken and roastbeef with plastic forks. Just seemed cheap and chinzy nothing like the event they catered the summer earlier. Seriously dissappointed. Would never recommend them for anything that you would want for a "special occassion" still feeling totally ripped off.

    Hello Beverly. Thank you so much for taking the time to review our services. I would like to take a moment to respond and dispute several of the statements about our food and service. You paid $4.00 less for a 2 entree meal because you wanted to only have 1/2 of each entree. We did consult you to say that you would run out of one entree first and your guests would be left without a choice, which is why you paid $2.00 extra for meat lasagna. You also chose the free disposable dinnerware rather than the upgraded china package so the quality definitely isn't going to be the same. I do apologize that knives weren't set out immediately and have given that feedback to my staff. We feel we gave you everything you paid for and hope you would reconsider your review.
