  Amazing experience!

  We hired Dennis and his team at Cater Phoenix to cater our wedding. Dennis and his team were amazing during the entire process, from the first tasting through all the decisions that needed to be made to the actual wedding itself the communication was prompt, informative and friendly. The day of the wedding went seamlessly, and the food was phenomenal, over a week later we still have people commenting on how delicious everything tasted. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Cater Phoenix, we will definitely use them again for other events.

  Amazing caterer!

  Dennis and his team were amazing to work with for our wedding! We got Mexican food and it was freshly prepared and delicious. We got many comments on how amazing the food was. Dennis was very prompt and professional in all our interactions, and just a really positive and friendly person to work with. The whole event went very smoothly and he had a very professional serving team. We would recommend them for any event!

  HIGHLY recommend!

  We are so happy Dennis and Whitney of Cater Phoenix catered our wedding welcome dinner. They catered to our different menu requests and were patient with all of our questions, comments and concerns for our wedding welcome dinner at Venue8600. The tasting with Dennis was fantastic and it surely did not disappoint the day of the welcome dinner. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We would highly recommend Cater Phoenix without any hesitation for any and all catering needs!

  Incredible

  The only thing my father wanted input on was the food (fair enough since he was footing the bill!). Chef Dennis was amazing. Professional yet still so personable. He was direct and up front about how they do things and what we were paying for. The food was INCREDIBLE. Every single dish. My only “complaint” is that everyone ate everything and we didn’t end up with leftovers (which Dennis had offered to pack up for us). The staff was amazing, the food was delicious, and honestly I think they should’ve charged more! Everything was absolutely perfect and Dennis was so accommodating and responsive. And as someone who grew up in Cave Creek, I was so grateful to have such an amazing local company cater my wedding.

  We LOVE Cater Phoenix

  Dennis and Cater Phoenix catered our wedding (70 people) and we are so happy with how everything turned out! We went with the Mexican menu and the food was amazing! The spice and flavors were great! Many of our guests complimented the food saying it was some of the best food they had ever had at a wedding.
  
  Not only was the food great but Cater Phoenix and their staff we amazing to work with. They were pleasant and very professional.
  
  Dennis and Whitney were always willing to work with us on all parts of the menu and were always quick to respond to our emails.
  
  I highly recommend hiring Cater Phoenix for your wedding or your next event! I am so happy that we did!

  Dennis at Cater Phoenix was amazing! We had food stations and we could not have been more happy. I had a guest with a gluten allergy and he was so great about making she was accommodated. We had the Mac & Cheese bar, the slider bar and the Pasta Bar. Our guests loved it! I wish I had pictures to share but I think the food was eaten way too fast!! haha. I highly recommend Cater Phoenix!

  The only thing we heard from our guests about the food was that it was the best wedding reception food that they've ever had. When we went out to their kitchen to do the tasting with Dennis, we knew that we made the right decision.
  
  The hors d'oeuvres we chose were the chicken and waffle sliders, the jerk shrimp, and the caprese salad skewers. They were all amazing and Dennis and his staff made sure me and my wife got to try everything. Our food stations were so good and I regret not stuffing my face with more! The buffalo chicken sliders were incredible, the taco station was so good, and the mac and cheese bar was out of this world. My mouth is watering just from typing this review. I highly recommend hiring Dennis and Cater Phoenix for your reception. You will NOT be disappointed!

  Best food ever! Cater Phoenix was our 2nd tasting and number 1 winner when we were looking to book a caterer. We loved how passionate and excited Dennis would get when we would throw out certain ideas we had about what food we wanted served at our wedding. The prices are reasonable considering the amazing quality of food you and your guests get to eat. Our guests even took food home, because that is how much they enjoyed everything! The staff is quick and incredibly professional. The display of the food is modern and innovative. We had 5 different stations for our guests to choose from, tacos, mac and cheese, salad, sliders and turkey. They are accommodating to any diet restriction and do their best to make sure everyone had a great dinner experience. I would recommend Cater Phoenix for any event that you would need a caterer for.

  In sum: I simply cannot sing CaterPhoenix's praises loudly enough. Everything about Dennis and his catering company is amazing! What first caught our attention was his philosophy about being transparent, which meant we were able to get much of the information (including his incredibly reasonable prices) online before even reaching out to him. What kept our attention and led us to book him was his very obvious love for cooking and for making dining an incredible experience. We had the idea to do something fairly uncommon for wedding food- a Spanish-inspired meal with a giant paella. Dennis immediately lit up and ran with the idea, helping us create the perfect Spanish menu that was within our budget. This guy takes true pride in his work and it shows.
  
  We arrived at our reception to find a beautifully displayed tapas table and buffet line leading up to the paella. And EVERYTHING about it was DELICIOUS!! We can't even count how many guests came up to us to say the food was amazing and that they had never had something like that at a wedding. They even went back for seconds! Unfortunately we had some lighting issues on the patio where the buffet was, but Dennis himself and a staff member literally stood at the table holding lanterns and huge smiles just so guests could see the meal better. He and his staff were so professional and attentive during the wedding. Easily one of our favorite vendors; we were honored to have them on our wedding day team. Great people, innovative chef, above and beyond service, incredible food. Please, please contact CaterPhoenix. We definitely will be for any future catering needs.

  Cater Phoenix is the best! They served amazing food, had friendly wait staff and did it all at a very reasonable price! They even made the entire menu gluten free and not one guest noticed! They loved it all and so did I. They even coordinated the rental equipment for us so we didn't have to.

  Dennis and his team at Cater Phoenix are Awesome! The food was above and beyond tasty than any wedding dinner I have ever had! We had booked more people than had actually come to our wedding and it's a good thing that we did. There were no leftovers, the guests went back for seconds! (Some tried for 3rds!)

  Dennis and his team could not have exceeded our expectations anymore than they did for us at our wedding a few weeks back. While planning we had made the decision right away that food would be a focus of our wedding and we wanted to do a food truck. After trying multiple trucks and catering companies, we had our meeting with Cater Phoenix. The food was great, Dennis was very personable, and he even sent us home with leftovers (he won me over right there!). Once the idea of Food Trucks came up, he brought up an even better idea; to have two live action chefs grilling tacos and elotes on site and fresh for guests. Everything was absolutely phenomenal and guests loved the mash up of butler passed hor d'oeuvres, buffet style dinner, and grilled to order. They were so quick and efficient with their cleanup and exit that we barely noticed it happening in the background. These are great people working for a great company, making great food. Thank you so much for everything you guys did for our wedding!

  Let me start by saying that Dennis is the nicest and happiest man I have ever met. He was such a joy to work with....and HE CAN COOK!!!
  The guests raved about the food, could not stop talking about it. The appitizers were amazing. My personal favorite are the mini chicken and waffle bites. We had a buffet line of salads, potatoes, pasta, and veggies...then a carving station with DELICIOUS beef tenderloin and then the mac and cheese bar. My guests were beside themselves with joy.
  Since we got married on NYE, we wanted a "late night snack" type of bar...so we had the BEST taco bar. So delicious and hit the spot after midnight.
  Going for a tasting in Dennis' kitchen is like eating at your friends house. He is so excited about your event, it makes you even more excited.
  His staff is friendly and attentive and know what you need before you need it.

  Cater Phoenix did a fabulous job with our wedding!!!! The food was served perfectly and the servers were very very polite!!! The food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I definitely recommend their Penne Pasta dish... so good!!!! Their food was definitely a highlight at our wedding! All of our guests loved it!!!!   Attention BRIDES! You want amazing food hire DENNIS! I am serious! I have been to a lot of weddings and I am telling you wedding food is HORRIBLE usually! Well lucky for Me and for all of you.. you have come across Cater Phoenix so you are in GOOD HANDS! I am not a traditional Bride I didnt want a sit down dinner nor did I want a boring buffet so Dennis being the genius he is came up with a brillant plan that made the food the "STAR" of the show that night! We had 16 feet of assorted Cheese, meats, olives, vegetable crudites, hummus and pita bread, giant shrimp cocktail with the most amazing horseradish you can imagine! Then we had 4 live action Chef Stations (Mac n Cheese Bar served in martini glass with toppings like pulled pork and creamed spinach, then we had a Taco Bar with fish and chk tacks with amazing salsa and quac, next we had a burger station with cheese burgers and buffalo chicken slides! and last but not least a beautiful carving station with Beef Tenderloin and Roasted Turkey! Its safe to say our guests ate and ate and ATE! I have never been to a wedding where the food has received the type of compliments ours has! It was literally a food fairy tale! On top of the service and presentation being absolutely on POINT... Dennis was an absolute pleasure to work with! His prices are reasonable, he is quick to get back and he is super super flexible! He is just the best! If you don't choose Dennis you are making the biggest mistake you could ever make for your wedding! So look no further and trust me you will be HAPPY!!!

  Attention BRIDES! You want amazing food hire DENNIS! I am serious! I have been to a lot of weddings and I am telling you wedding food is HORRIBLE usually! Well lucky for Me and for all of you.. you have come across Cater Phoenix so you are in GOOD HANDS! I am not a traditional Bride I didnt want a sit down dinner nor did I want a boring buffet so Dennis being the genius he is came up with a brillant plan that made the food the "STAR" of the show that night! We had 16 feet of assorted Cheese, meats, olives, vegetable crudites, hummus and pita bread, giant shrimp cocktail with the most amazing horseradish you can imagine! Then we had 4 live action Chef Stations (Mac n Cheese Bar served in martini glass with toppings like pulled pork and creamed spinach, then we had a Taco Bar with fish and chk tacks with amazing salsa and quac, next we had a burger station with cheese burgers and buffalo chicken slides! and last but not least a beautiful carving station with Beef Tenderloin and Roasted Turkey! Its safe to say our guests ate and ate and ATE! I have never been to a wedding where the food has received the type of compliments ours has! It was literally a food fairy tale!
