Joyce and Jessica Heisen (mom and daughter duo) were EXTREMELY professional and very easy to work with through a busy wedding process. Joyce and Jessica are extremely detail oriented, sent the contract on time and kept in touch with any last minute changes. They were very easy to work with and the pictures were BEAUTIFUL! We received the CD of pics within DAYS of the wedding, it was amazing!!

Joyce and Jessica were incredible to work with. They were fun and professional yet at times you didn't even know they were there. Just about every moment was captured, in the over 2500 pictures, that were emailed to us before we returned from our honeymoon. Our wedding album is truly unique. If you want to be in the best hands, I would only go with Casual Candids.

Joyce did our engagement photos as well as our wedding photos. She was exceptional in coming up with creative and memorable photos for both and her photojournallistic style was WONDERFUL in providing us with photos that are beautiful, creative, and memorable. I had an impossible time narrowing down the more than 3500 photos from our wedding day into photos to be included in our album. She provided us with DVDs of all the images she took so that I own all the images without added cost.

Joyce and Jessica were great. The pictures came out beautifully. The photographers captured all of our most important moments. Although, I don't think they were dressed very appropriately and there were some interesting pictured taken of my parent's bird and such. They are also a little pushy about time.

Joyce & Jessica at Casual Candids are beyond the best. They split up and each followed myself and my husband while we were getting ready in the morning. They were very personable & kind to our family members. We didn't feel like they were imposing...or even there! The shots that we received before we returned from our honeymoon were beyond treasureable. They caught us and our family at our best.
Since they are a "candids" type business, be sure to request ahead of time if you want any special family/friends/group/etc. shots as they are not going to coordinate this. Choose a lovely background and you will be golden!

Our pictures turned out great!!! The photographer was a bit abrasive towards some of our guests. However, I feel that the pictures are amazing and we had plenty to choose from! (over 2500 pictures!)
