Overall - we had great communication with Rev. Bob. His services include constant communication via written response (he asks the couple to fill out a survey about your relationship), phone calls, and emails. Anytime we had questions, he was there to answer. Also, for our service, it included a wedding consultation to just go over any concerns before the wedding. We were really comfortable talking to Rev. Bob.

Then on the wedding date, I think it just started a little off when we forgot to give him the wireless mic. No one could hear him in the beginning and it was a little bit too long. Otherwise, the content was special and endearing.
